Had a lovely visit Friday shopping the market. Some really great finds, collectibles. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The young man in the coffee shop was especially helpful, very friendly and personable. Enjoyed our visit very much and will stop again next time we are up in the mountains

You had pleasant people at the desk when we were there. There was a wide assortment of stuff throughout. We had a great time shopping but we were in a little bit of a rush. We are going back before we leave the mountains on our vacation.

They have good antiques here, but are a bit overpriced. They also do not offer a bathroom, so if you are traveling from a distance, go before you get here. The man wasn't very nice when I asked him about a bathroom. I believe a Market this big should have a bathroom for customers.

This was a great little gem! I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! If you’re in the area, I highly encourage you to stop by! The prices are also really good, especially when compared to shopping in larger metro areas.

Karen and Kyle who work the front counter are about as rude as can be. Coffee shop next door is nothing to write home about. Antiques inside are so over priced it’s comical. ie… fake plastic sharks teeth $35.00… Enter at your own risk. Plenty of other antique stores to visit around the area.

Haven't been here in awhile but today went in and bought some stuff. Caveat emptor: if your purchase is tightly wrapped in plastic before you buy it, open it before you purchase. There is a strong likelihood that it will reek of cigarette smoke and the cashiers will not offer a discount. Like knock you over kinda cigarette smoke. One of the shadiest practices I've seen at antique store in awhile. Be better.Edit to the reply that came 7 months after my review: One of your vendors clearly does and wraps his items tightly in plastic to disguise the smell. I opened the package in front of your cashiers and they also smelled the overwhelming smoke smell, I requested to return the item or at least get a discount and was denied. Dropping a star as you guys can clearly not take constructive criticism.

Poor costumer service. The man and woman at the front desk acted as if they hated to be bothered, when asked to contact seller of high priced item. When spending over $200 it seems a business would allow you to at least use their restroom. Not this one.

Terrible customer service. Very rude slob behind the counter with a complete disregard to people. I watched his interaction with people for a retail store ought to be courteous and polite. His was completely disrespectful and down talking at you. When asked why he has such an attitude he kicked us out of the store.Not worth the time to visit or even buy from this store.By the way the stuff that they have is overpriced and major cheap copies.

Wanted to be sure to share my experience with others so their vacation would not be ruined as mine was. At first I thought maybe it was just me having a bad encounter, but I’m AMAZED at how many reviews here absolutely coincide with the experience I had. The man at the front desk was the nastiest, rudest, meanest individual I’ve ever met and his female sidekick was only second to him. Super confrontational, itching for a fight and verbally abusive the moment he realized my political views didn’t match his. Why he was discussing politics with a customer is beyond me, but he brought it up. This all occurred in the first 5 minutes I walked through the door! He was VERY unprofessional and had a total lack of knowledges about customer service. DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment, they don’t deserve your hard earned money! Like another review wrote.... 0 out of 10!P.S. a couple out in the parking lot stopped me and told me they heard how he was speaking to me and left without making a purchase because of it.

Total a’holes. Was ready to spend some money and contribute to the local economy. Literally dropped my purchases and left after the EXTREME RUDENESS of the man behind the counter. My advice …. Go somewhere else. How he was disrespectful and gender biased was obscene. This place should be shut down as doesn't represent the community . If I could give a zero rating. It would be even less. Save yourself. It spoils the experience if the town and the beauty it offers

Only leaving 2 stars due to fact that there was tons to look at. Nicer stuff as well, but the second we walked in the female manager says "we close at 5" we were aware, as it's posted on the door. We still had 17 minutes. You can see alot of the product in 17 minutes, and still make a sale. Fast forward 5 minutes to close, we're already headed back to the front, she comes over again to let us know they close soon. Alright we get it. You are ready to go home, no need to be rude though lady. My stepmom shockingly still bought something, cause anything i found interesting went out the door the second she decided to be super rude. I hope you folks still have the ability to keep customers with the rude customer service associates you have. Oh and even with our purchase, we still walked out the door at 5 on the dot.

Use to be a nice place to go. Now the mask nazis have taken it over and won't allow entry unless you submit to the useless and tyrannical mask nonsense. Upon entry, the employee behind the counter bellowed out .."You got a mask, we require it." No "hello" or "excuse me". Very rude. My money will be spent at a sensible, friendly, freedom loving establishment.

Big place but I find many of the booths are more junk than antiques and their prices are high based on the quality of merchandise. Also, their inventory does not turn over frequently so if you go twice in a month it feels like you are looking at the same stuff. It’s so much nicer and cleaner than it used to be with the new owner. That’s a plus. Worth a stroll through but keep your expectations lower and you may be pleased

The open sign is lit up and I am waiting 20 minutes for the door to unlock. I walk up with my kids and first thing that was said to me is your not coming in here without a mask. Rude but okay. .. I ask do you provide them? The man says “no and your not coming in here without one.” We left and will never be back. I understand rules and policies but what I don’t understand is how disrespectful people can be.... or an owner of a company to have the audacity to speak to a young family that way trying to help support there business. Not Today!!

I can honestly say that my family and I, have never encountered such a rude and vile employee before. The way this man berated and talked down to us was disgusting. And unfortunately it wasn’t just us, I stood and listened to him talk down and belittle an elderly woman who was just asking a simple question. I really wish I had gotten his name because that type of behavior is deplorable. I can only hope that more people will speak up and get this man out of there.The rest of the staff were very friendly and I love coming to this antique mall but we will not be coming back while this employee is still there.

My family and I came here sightseeing the area and decided to stop here. We walked in, and immediately we were given a look, and no one said hello when we all said hello.Overall, not impressed at all with this antiques store, lousy customer service, and we were all there to spend. The items are ridiculously overpriced and the store is packed with the same old same old.I found Hidden Treasures Antique Store, to be much, much better, in customer service, prices and cooler items.I don't recommend Front Porch Antique Market at all. I think giving a 2 star rating is very fair.

We've been coming here for years, mostly just to wander and look for whatever struck our fancy. We've bought a few things, mostly what my daughters were into at the time. The people who run Front Porch are helpful and friendly and they even put in a nice little cafe where you can get coffee and talk about your purchases. It's a lot of different sellers selling different things so when you're searching it's hit or miss, but worth the visit.
