Do not put your pets in these peoples hands! This business does its best to remove negative reviews to paint a better picture that what actually occurs. They will claim you’re not in their system to deflect any negativity rather than holding their team accountable. My German Shepherd has GI issues which she takes medicine for and I left her at this facility for a week while I was out of town. I provided the proper amount of food as instructed for the duration I’d be gone. When I returned, my pup was underweight and looked like she had not been cared for in the slightest. Along with her belongings were several unused bags of her food which goes to show they don’t follow any personalized instructions you give them should your pup need it. You’ve been warned.

I've been taking my dog there for a year or so now and he loves it (and me too)! Everytime he realizes where we are going he gets super excited and never gets tired of it.The employees are so loving towards him and friendly to me as well! A great way to make sure that he gets the energy out that he needs and the socialization he loves even when our work schedules get hectic. They even have an app where they tag your pet in photos and it's great to see everytime.

I love this place! I’ve boarded my dog Milo here a couple times and they always take wonderful care of him and send me pictures! My dog enjoys the times he’s boarded here and always come back to me happy and healthy! I highly recommend this business for anyone wanting to board their pet at a trustworthy, high quality place!

We used this kennel twice, and both times we picked our very loving and social dog from this kennel she would shake and cry the entire rest of the day. She was not supervised well, because no one could tell me what her experience was like or what dogs she played with. She has had issues with going to kennels ever since she stayed here, and before she had never had an issue and enjoyed staying at other locations.

We all know how getting in with a local boarder is a process that can take time, but once you’re a client, you’re a client for good. Not true here, so I recommend investing your time and money somewhere else. We’ve been going here 14 years, but when I called to book boarding they said I was a “new” client because I hadn’t been there since they launched a new software system a year and a half ago, and they weren’t taking new clients. I understand not taking new clients, but after going there (and recommending them to others) for 14 years being put on the client waitlist is ridiculous. Other boarders in town would never do this. Spend your time and money with a different kennel.

We boarded for the first time ever and fetching ridge was the one we chose.The staff seemed very nice and helpfull and it was easy to book my fur baby Winston's stay. During his stay we called to check in on him and they were completely honest with me andI appreciate their honesty , they told me he was a little nippy with the staff because he was in fear and nervous to be there. When they could have said he's doing great and playing and id never known . He eventually warmed up to them! I would definitely use them again.

Fetching Ridge is a very clean and not too big pet spa and kennel.Staff are friendly, are good groomers who respond to individual requests and work and care closely with the pets they board there.They're always a favorite choice to take my fur baby to. Lol

I am GRATEFUL for all the staff for taking such good care of my pup when he is in their care. When I was sick, I knew he'd be happier boarding and they would give me updates to help me with the single mom guilt of not being able to care for him. But, he had already known the facility through day care and they told me they kept his routine to help him enjoy his stay. When I first took him for daycare, he was cautious at first (which is his usual response to a new place) but they quickly gained his trust. This morning, he was excited when we turned down the road and was ready to get his play and cuddle on. A great facility, staff, and safe place for the most important guy in my life: my pup, Enzo.

Never go here! I moved to the community in June, 2021. I have two 12 lb. dogs, 11 and 12 years old. They have been groomed every six weeks their entire lives. Not matted. The black one hates being groomed. I told them this up front. Just put a loose muzzle on her and clean her up. I am NOT picky. “No, we want to form a relationship with her”. I said, “She’s 11, just do what you can, it’s all good”. The first visit they shaved her, second visit they didn’t have to do anything because of the shave 6 weeks previous, third visit they shaved her again. Never a call, just a surprise when I picked her up with a $130 bill. It is now 35° and my dog is literally freezing. I am from Chicago and never in my life have I bought my dogs “coats”. Amazon will be delivering a fleece jacket for my shaved puppy. FYI, I never leave these reviews, I just had to.

Great experience! I was visiting the area for a few weeks and boarded my dog there over the weekends, as I was doing some motorcycle riding. The online booking system makes the whole process super easy, the team at the facility is extremely friendly, welcoming, yet professional. Feels like you're leaving your dog with family.Would absolutely recommend and use Fetching Ridge again.

They saved our bacon! Husband took me to the beach at the last minute and Fetching Ridge provided our two schnauzers (children) kennels for the week. They arrived furry and came back expertly groomed! Definately worth the drive. Their cats are precious too ☺ dropped the babies off today, they went right in to see the friends they made before. Feel good about leaving them here, i know they'll get top notch care ❤

I called to see if Fetching Ridge had room for my doggie, Rosie, for a short notice board. They accommodated me beautifully and allowed me to schedule her for a week of boarding as I didn't know what my schedule would be. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to pick Rosie up early and she looked great was in a wonderful mood. They told me how sweet she was and that she had made friends. The staff was very sweet and even helped me get her belongings into my car. I will definitely use them again. Thank you! 🐕

I took my one year old Labrador, Lexi to Fetching Ridge this past week while we were on vacation, she was well taken care of, and staff was wonderful to work with.I messaged them a few times while we were gone to check on her, they always replied back and sent us pictures.She was groomed as well and looked amazing when she was picked up.Lexi and our family look forward to our next visit!We would like to thank you all for taking such great care of our girl!

They do a great job grooming with our little morkie mix who is a little bit feisty! Also, they boarded our 3 dogs for a week and when we came back, we noticed that one of our dogs, an American Bully who has skin allergies, looked even better than when we have her! Very pleased with their services!

I am very grateful to Farrah and Ramsey for how they have cared for my little 5 year old Maltese, Mr. Kit, over the past year or so. After his regular groomer of 3 years went out of business, I was referred to Farrah and couldn't be happier with her methods and skills. No dog I have ever known really likes the grooming process, but I have noticed that my dog is calmer and more at ease with Farrah than anyone who has ever groomed him before. That says a lot with these little guys.As to boarding, I had planned a trip to Thailand and had no one to care for my little boy while I was away. He had never been kenneled and we had never been apart more than a day or two. I liked the idea of the "pet hotel" concept as opposed to the typical caging methods utilized by most kennels. That, plus my experience with Ramsey and Farrah made it a very easy choice.I can confidently say by Mr. Kit's behavior and appearance that I believe he was attended to and cared for better than he would have been anywhere else. I was sent photos and even a video of his activity while I was gone. I really don't think I could have asked for more and I feel that these people are striving hard to treat all their charges like their very own.My hat is off to them and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the love and care they give and have given to my little boy. He is precious to me and I believe he is precious to them as well.

My pup has the time of her life here! Anytime we pull into the parking lot to drop her off, she sprints out of the car and inside and starts begging to be let behind the counter. All of the kennel attendants and workers give her so much affection, and really makes her feel at home. Sometimes, I think she likes to be at Fetching Ridge more than she likes to be at home! If you’re looking for a place to board your dog when you have to go out of town, make it here! They will treat your dog like it’s their own

Rates are reasonable, they really are amazing with our dog Luna who can be difficult and stubborn 😀 Luna always seems to have fun and be well taken care of. They have a nice facility. I just wish they had cameras you could just tune into on an app. Especially in the play areas!

Ramsey, Farrah and the entire staff are amazing! My dogs who are normally very shy in boarding situations are always so excited to go to fetching rigde. My springer spaniel who needs groomed quite often always comes out looking like a show dog. I would highly recommend all pet owners to choose fetching ridge for all your boarding and grooming needs. You guys are great!
