Store is constantly a mess, not stocked well, freezer section has been broken for over two months now. Usually only one person is there working and the other is usually always "at the bank". Shipping carts are always in the aisleways. Discarded ones are piled up in the parking lot. Seriously one of the worst retail environments. Might be a corporate policy issue not sure. Avoid. Go to Walmart instead. Even out of your way it's worth it.

Their shelves are ALWAYS empty & there's a couple female managers/employees that are very rude. I'm a regular DG customer, but only visit this store when absolutely necessary.

My go to store but something is going on. Went in this evening and another manager who wasn’t the least bit friendly, AT ALL. People keep leaving, no one stays and with the cashier and manager today, I can understand. Sad, a lot of us “regulars “ spend a TON of money because of that hometown feel., guess we’ll spend elsewhere. If ya can’t be friendly, then maybe should choose a different profession. Like a warden, or even a meter maid. Just saying

I'm in this location several times a week. Convenient, on my way home. Good prices and a great selection keep me from having to stop in town. Debbie, the GM, and all her staff, are wonderful! So nice to be called by name when I go in! Dollar General might be a national chain, but the staff certainly keep it to a small country store charm! They're just fantastic that way!

Huge, extremely clean!!! One of the nicest dollar general stores I've been too.Only complaint, I'm 44, shouldn't have to get my license every time I buy cigarettes.

They closed early because they got a truck in. They've been doing this Every time they get a truck in for the last few months. Extremely bad management. Not just at the store level.

I'm not a fan of this brand, however, my reviews are based on the performance of the staff at each store, and not aimed at the company itself, which would be impossible because there are simply too many of them.Everyone here is delightful and the store is neat and tidy. Manager is Deb

Walked in and everyone on staff was dancing to "Gangum Style" by PSY. It was hands down the best time I've had a the DG.

I love this store and it’s location. It was and is much needed for those who live 25/30 minutes away from closest grocery store. Great at having the items I forget to get.

This Dollar general is probably one of the worst ones in the Boone area! This sales people are almost always rude and the store is always a mess.

Nice store, incredible inventory, pretty much a mini Wal-Mart.. save yourself trip into town. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the visit to DG. The lady inside was so sweet and kind. We visit here once a year and I hope she is there again next year.

Mostly cheap made trash and horrible foods.. but worst thing was the long line with only one person on register. I was going to buy some beef jerky.. but.. wasent worth it.
