She cut a gaping hole in my dog’s belly area and didn’t tell me that she had done it. I texted her and called her numerous times about it. I even sent her a certified letter, which she refused to accept. I understand that mistakes happen. My issue was her refusal to acknowledge what she did and seek care for my beloved dog. I had to take my sweet girl to the vet where she got 5 stitches and was put on pain medication and limited activity for two weeks. I will never use Victoria’s services again nor will I ever recommend her to anyone. Ever. She was totally unprofessional and uncaring in how she handled this situation.

Victoria is wonderful! She always makes a special effort if you need to change your appointment, or if you need a minor miracle and have to have it done today.Our Boykin was traumatized by another groomer; for the first three visits we had to literally pick her up and carry her in, but by the third visit she was running right up to Victoria's door!And having her business right here in Blowing Rock makes the day easy to plan, and saves me hours of driving.Zibit and Farkle think that she's the best! She's our groomer!
