I'm from Wisconsin and visited The Barking Rock 12/26/13 while visiting family. Was looking for a gift for my 4 month Boston Terrier...found an awesome thermal lined coat and took a gamble with the size. Leanne was very nice and helpful while we were there. When I got home the following week I discovered the coat was too small :-( Emailed Leanne and she said she'd order me a larger coat, I was able to send her the small coat back and she shipped me out the larger size.Look forward to visiting the new store next time I'm in town.
