I've shopped there for many years. I love it, the workers are always friendly. They have a good selection and competitive prices. The parking is free but kind of hard getting in and out of if pulling a trailer. Don't know if they have a restrooms. Good place to get your supplies from.

The cashier Dean was exceltionally friendly and helpful. It was a refreshing experience to have someone interact with customers in such a rekaxing enjoyable manor. Store was well stocked and clean. The organization was a bit tricky in certain locations because of hokiday inventory being put out so, understood. Prices are still in the higher range in my opinion but, i believe they do price matches? Very calm and nonstressful atmosphere which is huge deal for those of us with PTSD, etc. Thanks guys!

The Black Mountain location is the best ever. I've been to others and they don't feel the same. Black Mountain has an actual small town feel. Very welcoming and helpful staff and what I want and need is almost always in stock!! Don't bother with the others if you want excellent service and friendly staff go to the Black Mountain location!!!

I love this location. I love this store. I love their selection and they carry items not found at your major hardware stores. I always find what I need. The staff is always so friendly and are part of the reason I keep coming back to the Black Mountain location. Thank you for friendly service and always having what I need. I will keep coming back.

This is the very first Tractor Supply store I'd ever visited (2014), which is unfortunate for the handful of other locations I've visited since. All the way around, shopping this location is consistently damn near flawless, no exaggeration. TS maintains a top position on my list of favorite places to shop, despite location specific weaknesses or undesirable particulars. Doesn't change a thing. But if this was a competition, Black Mountain store would win by a landslide! ❤️😁

At 20 minutes after the posted opening time at the Black Mountain store, no one would open the door, and no one was answering the phone and no answering service. I don’t have time to sit around and wait with the other 14 people who are there also waiting so I left. Very unprofessional.

Ok, single guys, little known secret about Tractor Supply. This may be the single best place to pick up chicks in Western North Carolina. You have to pay attention, because there will be a lot of others there for the same purpose, but if you play you cards right, you definitely won't be going home alone. The have Rhode Island Reds, White Leghorns, Orpingtons - even the occasional duck or turkey. Come get them.

Today I needed a BICYCLE LOCK for my MOUNTAIN BIKE 🚵‍♀️, 🚵‍♂️.The young man quickly walked me to where the BICYCLE 🚲 locks were to help me, eventhough I think he wasn't even clocked in yet.OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏 👌 👍.I don't remember his name, but the young man was kinda tall, long haired dude.GIVE THAT YOUNG MAN a PROMOTION!He's definitely a ASSET to your team.👍

Great store for either a quick stop or a longer trip.I happened in for some feed during Chick Days, and was very impressed at both their selection and care given to the chicks (this one is sleeping, no worry!)Black Mountain is a bit of a drive for me, but this is definitely one of my favorite locations.

Stopped in for a few things little did I know I'd meet a good guy Dean. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Store smelled as it always does like a clean horse stable. That's not a bad thing just saying the smell really hammers in the "tractor stuff be here" factor. I like the place.

Just called and asked for an item. They did not carry it but they carried lag screws and as I tell the woman who answered the phone okay and about to say we going to come get some lag screws, she tells me better luck next time and have a good day and hung up phone! She did not even go ask anyone else if they had what I asked for just told me that and was gone off phone, I guess I will have better luck next time somewhere else.

I get my dog food here on a regular basis. I buy Taste of the Wild, which is a great and popular brand, yet nearly every time I go in to buy it the shelf is empty. When I ask if there is any in the back, there is. Now, due to the regulatory of the empty shelves, I just walk straight to the back to get it. Otherwise, the employees are friendly.

I stopped in about 15 minutes before they closed tonight spent about $120 on feed and things. Billy rang me up i loaded my things and left, only to get home and find that I had left a bag behind. I called the store around 8:45 and Billy picked up I told him why I was calling, and he rememberd me right away. He offered to meet me on his way home and drop off my bag. He trully went above and beyond to help me. I will be back thank you so much

Yesterday I wrote an email to customer service and a review about a $10 price dispareity between the website and the store where I purchased dewormer. Today I had a voicemail from the store manager letting me know that they would honor the lower price. That's great customer service and I'll be back!

I love this place. Every other weekend they do a mobile vet clinic! Tons of stuff for all animals from dogs to ducks. Medicine too. They have plants, tools, And sometimes live baby ducks! Less expensive than apet store and you can buy in bulk. They have huge things of cat litter that's half the price of the grocery store. Plus very helpful, educated, and friendly staff. Also you can bring your pet inside on a leash.
