I have to drop my kids off at school and Everytime I try to come to this dollar store they are never open at 8am so for the hell of it I’m sitting here waiting right now and they are still not open. They should change there hours if they don’t ever want to open the doors.

This store has gone downhill fast! I went in today and the boy, who had nothing wrong with him, was sitting in an Adirondack chair at he register and couldn't hardly even reach the register. One girl working, came up front, had a skimpy belly shirt on that was showing half her stomach and half her bra too! Nasty! I'D rather have less staffing than to have this to look at that!

Absolutely terrible service. A friend and I were trying to run into Dollar general tonight to pick up two items. As she was walking to the door an employee literally locked the door in my friends face, mind you this was before they were schedule to close. When she went to the door and knocked the employees just sat there and laughed at her refusing to open the door. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. If this is how you treat paying customers at work, I would hate to see how you act outside of work. Absolutely detestable behavior.

Today I picked up a couple things I needed but was unable to find a BICYCLE LOCK at this store.So I asked the ladies at the front deck if they had any.They recommend that I go next door to TRACTOR 🚜 SUPPLY.So I took there advice and found a BICYCLE 🚲 LOCK at a great price.Thank You Ladies for the information.OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!👍

Around 9:20 am Saturday May can 23rd I went inside the store looking around trying to find fans. I finally found them and there was a nice variety. But some didn't have a price on them. So I went up front to ask the cashier. She was waiting on another customer so I stood there patiently waiting to be acknowledged. When the cashier looked at me it was like I was some peasant and I should know better than to ask her a question. It was very rude. I asked my question anyways and her very rude comment was"in just a min" I asked if she knew the prices on the fans. If she can't do 2 things at once maybe she shouldn't have rudely acknowledged me. I waited still patiently walked around in eye sight and she never came to help m.

Employees are nice just weirdly unprofessional. Store is an absolute mess but most DGs are. You don’t go there for organization but quick shopping, however, you don’t get that either cuz you really can’t find anything or anyone to help. We all just wonder around aimlessly like zombies and they only have one register open when there is someone around to run it. The cashiers also switch back in forth....MID customer....Hmmmmm ok? Lower your expectations and it’s fine I guess. I never had a bad run it with anyone.

Since this store has been taken over under new management it has become a nightmare. When you go in there you can not get down the Aisles because there is stuff in the middle of the floor and you sure can't get a wheelchair in there because of the messy aisles. The manager is very rude. I liked it better when Alan was managing this store. I don't go there nearly as much anymore because of the junkieness of this store.

Pretty unorganized,out of stuff to much,had a good manager but moved her to other store down road.worker there had covid,they never told their customes about it.alot of people where. Exposed to it.the manager should of let customes know instead of keep it quiet. That store want down hill .

Great prices on the things I use most and close to home. Biggest gripe is that this particular location always has the aisles blocked with unstocked merchandise, making it almost impossible to steer a cart through. And the checkout lines are always long.

The employees were very kind even at close. The store itself was a mess though. You could barely walk through the isles and often had to step over product. Was disappointed there were no children's outfits to buy.

The customer service was things I needed Zyrtec in the cashier give me direct directions. However a friend of mine was looking for a toy souvenir for her child and their toy selection was very few to know. Also there was construction outside we have to cross over various barriers to get in and out

This dollar general never has anything stocked, and always has boxes of merchandise scattered everywhere. Hardly any room to maneuver a buggie, and most employees are super rude and uninterested in listening or helping.

Since remodeling their stores, the aisles are very narrow and cramped. Product is crammed in everywhere. Also 8 out of 10 times they don't have things I used to go to the dollar store for!

I think it's a great store Mr Alan and Serra and joe are fantastic people. They will help you find anything. I enjoy going inside the entire staff is very helpful polite .

Cashier was rude because I did the dg coupons and it took the register a couple minutes to load them all. She told me my total before it was done, and said I think that's the total, I don't know..I paid with cash so I gave her what she said.

This Dollar General location is a disgusting hot mess. There is stuff everywhere in the aisles that it makes it hard to navigate throughout store. The shelves are all disorganized with stuff thrown everywhere. I have no idea how it stays open with such sloppy, disgusting messes everywhere.

Shelves are never stocked. Carts full of stock to be put up line the aisles so you can't get to the shelves if they were stocked.

I wish there was a negative star system. This Dollar General like many others is horrible. 18 people in line one cashier ringing people out, to Dollar General employees walk in the door and walk straight to the back without helping. Dollar General sucks
