Sorry but taking time to say the service is poor. Our turn at counter finally came at 9:20 No one would look at us, so I just waited until a woman came around and said they close the lobby at 9:30. I looked at my phone and it was 9:25. I stated “you’re not going to serve us when you just served the guy in front us”. Yes she said we close at 9:30. I said it isn’t 9:30. She then said this is the time we close and our drive thru is busy. Sorry I know they’re not getting paid a lot to be there, but that was egregious.

Pulled up to place order at drive-thru and no one answered. The time was 9:35, I waited for a minute or two and then pulled around to the window to see if something was wrong. All I could see was someone’s back sitting in a chair in the far room. I circled the building again and spoke into the drive-thru speaker saying “hello anybody there?”. Still no answer so I left. Not the first time this has happened.

The service was horrible. Just a bunch of kids goofy off and not helping the customers. And when everyone in the lobby was staring into the back to see what was taking so long, in girl said OMG why are they looking at me. It’s just going to make me go slower. She then proceeded to get my order while licking her fingers from the chocolate. I grabbed my food, left the building and threw my food in the trash.

Worst dairy queen! Melted everything, shake was more like milk. Don't try to turn my blizzard upside down. I would've wore it! Rude employees!! It took 15 minutes for 2 items. Don't waste your money or time! We should've bought ice cream at the gas station it was connected to. Horrible!!!

Wasn't given a receipt but we ordered a large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, a large choco strawberry blizzard, and a large oreo brookie blizzard at the drive thru approximately 820pm. My large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard was like a milky milkshake. I went back around and politely told them that this was more like a milky milkshake than a blizzard. They brung me another one that was the same. Dont know whats wrong with the people working there tonight but we never had any problems eating there and we eat there very often.I didn't take it back the second time because I was very mad at this situation. If the machines were messed up, I would understand. But its not even 70 degrees outside and the blizzards were melting as soon as we got them. I know I'm just one person and no one cares but I will not be eating there again. Its a shame because McDonald's mcfluury made it all the way, 18 mins, home and it wasn't even melted like the blizzards we were handed twice in less than a min of the drive thru.....hopefully it gets fixed...thanks and God bless

Good ice cream obviously but the woman who served us at the window kept messing with something in her mouth, like she literally put her bare fingers in her mouth and then served us. The workers should be wearing gloves and not be touching their faces.

Second time in the last two weeks I waited in line just to be told when I got to the window sorry we can't make ice cream cones. You would think Dairy Queen would be able to make ice cream cones.

First time trying it. Good food prices are high. I order a hot dog combo. Was told I could get a side of choice. I chose the side salad and the price was much more than 3.99. So I just got the hot dogs. Told the lady the choices offered was misleading if you Have to pay more for a side it should have been noted. She said she didn't know why it was ringing up as a separate order and not combo.Good note staff was friendly and service was fast. Did I say the hotdogs were 😋

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes when I got to the window the girl charged me for the person's order behind me.She did not even put in my food order.She called the other to girl refund my money then it took another 10 minutes and she still got my order wrong.I had to go inside anyway to get it straightened out.These young teenagers cannot run these stores without adult supervision and the manager on call they have is not doing her job correctly.When I went in to get my order fixed, the young teenage girl had her drive thru speaker off and was saying very derogatory things about the customer in the drive thru.The customer is not the problem ,it's the disrespectful young workers,they have that have no clue what they are doing or even care about this Dairy Queen.

They took our order and we sat in line waiting for about 10 minutes. When we got to the window we sat there for another 10 minutes. There was a lady with a badge on that said assistant manager but nobody ever spoke to us at all. It looked like they were working on the register...? I'm not sure what was wrong because like I said, nobody ever spoke to us so we just left.

This is a treat Dairy Queen instead of a regular one, so don't expect all the Dairy Queen food items to be here, although there are some. The experience is pretty quick and employees are nice. Would recommend going there if you have a craving for ice cream.

Very limited menu. You don't know until you get up there to order. There needs to be a different name than dairy Queen. Maybe dairy Queen Express? Sincerely, a hungry mom on a road trip with kids

Shame on them trying to pass off vanilla soft serve mixed with chocolate syrup as chocolate soft serve! The veins of white in the very pale brown blizzard were a dead give away and the sweet syrupy taste.!! When I told them they insisted it was made with chocolate, but when I showed them the vanilla stripes, they offered my money back. What a sham!!

Wife and I wanted a treat so we went to Dairy Queen again. As usual she ordered something chocolate, a chocolate brownie extreme concrete. I ordered my usual a strawberry concrete. We splurged and ordered medium concretes. I ate all of mine but she saved half for dessert after dinner.

The person who took our order didn't ring up the second thing we said, nor did she read the order back to us to ensure that it was correct. When we pointed out that we had ordered the she didn't ring up, she initially tried to argue with us rather than let us make a second order and pay for the one she didnt ring up.

I always have a good experience with DQs ice cream. Reason it isn't 5 stars is when i get to the drive thru window there is an awful smell when the window opens so i have to hold my breath when giving my payment and grabbing my ice cream. Please fix this issue cause i love yalls ice cream but i cant stand that smell.

Not only did this Dairy Queen not have ANYTHING that a regular Dairy Queen should have, the man who took my order was so rude and was huffing and puffing at me and rolling his eyes. Awful service, if I could give a negative rating I would. Will not go back.

Jason, the Supervisor, has a great team working with him and they always make sure that my order is correct and that I have enough napkins in order to stay nice and clean. Love this place 🤗

Just stoped for the 1st taking my kids back had a great experience and employees were super friendly and polite. Gave kids candy canes. Thanks for great service. Will stop again.

In middle of pandemic and state ordered mask guidelines, notices on door and not one employee wearing a mask to protect your customers. Not a good corporate citizen or community member imho. Won’t be back even when this is over.
