Biscoe Pet Hospital is a great establishment in our town. The place is clean and tidy. Upon arrival Tammy is very welcoming and helpful. Scheduling appointments is easy, whether you want to do so online or over the phone. We’ve had the pleasure to meet all three veterinarians and they’ve all been wonderful. They are so knowledgeable and recommend appropriate care for your loved one. The staff is so friendly and helpful every time. They are full of information and handle your pet with care. Zeus loves to go for checkups since he is spoiled by all the girls! Becca is a good friend of ours and we love to see her when we go. So happy we found a place where Zeus feels comfortable and safe.

Jan 2021 update - Dog & cat appts today. Dr Rakosky & Techs & Receptionist were great. Been w them since the Hospital opened. Dog & cat's names were on their Welcome Board, forgot to take a pic. Thankyou for your care.Like the people, dog likes the room w a view. Update sept 2019 - feral kitten found in our yard 3-4weeks old. The Staff take really good care of him, and really good care of my dog too. I enjoy their pretty & welcoming artwork too. Thankyou! (Couldnt figure out how to post a new post.)

From the front desk to the examining room, the staff is phenomenal! They always greet you AND your dog in a pleasant manner. Extremely knowledgeable and always gentle and patient with our sweet girl, Darby.

I have too many good things to say about Animal Hospital Biscoe that cannot be summed up in one review. I have taken both dogs and cats here. From simple annual checkups/vaccines to more serious TPLO surgeries (TWICE), the staff is always thorough and understanding. They explain all of your options, including the pros, cons, and price points. EVERY member of the staff has been nothing but kind to my animals (to the point they look forward to going to the vet). They treat them all the same - with love, patience, and respect. I am confident they care as much about my pets health as much as I do.They make note of any allergies and explain things in person as well as synopsized in a "report card", outlining the information they gathered and things to keep in mind.In 20+ years of taking animals to the vet, AHB is truly my favorite. Thank you to Dr. Rakosky, Tammy, Rebecca, Yaleen, and everyone else on the staff for the amazing care they provide my animals!

Good communication from everyone at the vet. They worked with me to get me an appointment. The were friendly and thorough. I loved them so much that I will be taking my entire animal family to see them! Kitty Crush liked them too and she doesn't really like anyone!

I’ve been a client for several years. They truly provide the best experience I’ve ever had with a vet. They always make me feel like my babies are just as important to them as they are to me. My Granddaughter took her dog there to start her therapy for being spayed. Everyone was very nice and explained thoroughly what they were going to do. Gave us info on daily regimen for her. Very thorough, took their time with you. I am glad we went there.

Biscoe Pet Hospital is the best thing that has happened to Montgomery County. We take our animals to them anytime they are in need of care. I love all the staff there. They have always been the best ! I would recommend anyone in the area to take their animals here for medical care. Thank you Biscoe Pet Hospital!!!

They are great. Took our cat for shots and to be spayed. They gave great aftercare information and even followed up the next day to check on her! Now let's see how they handle my 90lb Pitty mix next week for shots lol... stay tuned....

They were great with my cat Tinker! We made the very hard decision to have her put to sleep because she was suffering trying breathe. We knew something was wrong just didn't know what it was. She was almost 15 years old and has lived a great comfortable life as an inside cat who had been fixed and lived so very much!! After they were done they checked and she had congestive heart failure and we made the right decision by not letting her suffer anymore. The hardest thing I've had to do. It broke our hearts but we did what was best for her. They were so loving to our baby and us! Best Vet around!!! Nobody else will treat our babies!!

My dogs get very anxious at the vet and the Biscoe Pet Hospital staff took the time to comfort them and give them breaks between procedures. They made my dogs and me feel very comfortable. I also liked that they gave me an estimate of what my dogs needed done at beginning of the appointment and explained everything clearly. After the appointment they gave me report cards for both of my dogs and made sure I understood their procedures. Great vet hospital with a lovely staff!

Love love love this vet! Our two year old Border Collie fell and hurt herself, I called around closing time but they still took time to ask me questions and suggest what I should do. I came in the following morning and I have never had a better experience with such an amazing staff! They made both me and my dog feel comfortable and welcomed!

My appointment with another vet to have my cat neutered was canceled the day of the appointment, so I called Biscoe Pet Hospital. They were able to schedule my pet for the procedure the very next week. The check-in process was easy and they seemed to treat my pet very well. He came home healthy and happy and was back to his normal rambunctious self in no time at all.

I cannot even begin to adequately convey how phenomenal the staff are at Biscoe Pet Hospital! Dr. Barnett is truly a caring professional and I am so grateful to him for taking care of my handsome man, Jake. The three techs, Brittney, Becca, and Pamela were so kind to Jake and his mommy and we are truly thankful!Ms. Jennifer, the receptionist, will never know how much her patience, reassurance, kindness, and hugs meant to me. I was an absolute wreck leaving Jake for his procedure. The office staff can make a huge difference, and I'm so grateful to her! Thank you for the kindness and respect that you give clients.I can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Barnett's bedside manner. He was thorough, clear, respectful, and kind. I know that his work has made Jake's health better! Dr. Rakowski took the stitches out and did some taps on other masses. She was patient and gentle. I'm quite particular about who I let near my babies, and I am grateful to the staff because their professionalism demonstrated that they care and want to help pets.Biscoe Pet Hospital is the first place that I've ever taken Jake where every single person showed sincere kindness and compassion!I am not sure that I have words that can clearly convey my sincere gratitude! Thank you each for your part in helping Jake (and his crazy mother) get through his surgery and recovery. While I sincerely hope we never have to have surgery again, I'm thankful that I know he will be treated well and respectfully while at Biscoe Pet Hospital!

The front desk recipient is very friendly and welcoming! Dr Brian was so great with my pomeranian puppy, making her feel comfortable even though she had to get shots!!!! Will definitely be back!

We love Biscoe Pet Hospital, the staff at the front, the techs and the doctors. They always make us feel like our Penny is as special to them as she is to us. The vet takes the time to talk to you and advise you on treatment options. We recently moved and were closer to another vet practice but we nor Penny felt as comfortable so we will drive the extra miles to Biscoe.

I will never regret switching my pets to Biscoe Pet Hospital. The professionalism and care you receive is phenomenal. They care about the pets, genuinely. When we take any of ours, they provide adequate feedback on what's going on, ALL treatment options and even little preventative options as well. My pets feel at home here and that means the most. They may be a little frightened at first, but they just "hangout" once they get to see the staff. Thanks from Mydknyte, Sugar, Molly, Bubba and Melony :)

These folks really love what they do each day - taking care of your fur babies. They are helpful with any questions, don't rush you out of the exam room, they make sure all questions are answered before you leave. The way they handle my babies and the compassion they show, makes it all worth it. You can't go wrong by making this your fur baby's vet doctor.

Loved all of the staff & service. Actually met Tech /Pamela outside during lunch. She gave me the phone number & Mandy was able to schedule me an appointment for the evening. Dr Erin Rakosky was so thorough in checking my baby chihuahua's eye. Thank goodness, no scratched cornea. Pamela & Becca were so good cutting both my kittens nails & putting on soft claws. Everyone truly cares for the pets they take care of.Great Animal Clinic!!

We just moved to the area and we take both of our cats here.. They had all of their records transferred to them quickly ... . Staff are super and they are efficient and very caring . I have a diabetic cat that needs special care and they are right on it each time I call. I highly recommend this place!

My two dales have been seen by this practice since we have gotten them as puppys.They are very friendly always very helpful and really care about our dales.I cant imagine taking them somewhere else.Also our dogs love the staff. My dog, Jasmine, was treated with excellent care by Biscoe Pet Hospital. The doctor and staff made sure I knew how to take care of her after her surgery. They also called to see how she was doing the next day. Thanks for all of your hard work!
