I am not one to complain, unfortunately this location is hands down the most unprofessional around the area, Iv purchased from here twice with the same experience, the burgers were not fresh as in they were cooked and put under a bowl in the corner of the grill hours prior to being purchased, the individual cooking seemed to be defensive towards the waitress after she asked a simple question, the other individual which seemed to be either the owner or the manager seemed just as unprofessional, I'm not sure who's responsible for putting these two individuals on a customer based job but I'd really hope they would acknowledge how those individuals are hurting business.

I’ve gone to Hwy 55 for years growing up. Since before it was Hwy 55 and it was Andy’s. Never have I ever had tots cooked to a crisp the way that they were. At first, I thought it was the chili. But it was actually just how crispy they were. They even had a burnt taste. Server didn’t come to check on us. Not even once. Had to flag someone else down in the kitchen to even get his attention. Would be 1 star but there was a lady who was really nice and, after hearing the problems, provided fast service on her part. Definitely won’t be back here.

The new manager of hwy 55 beulaville smells like straight alcohol every time I have ever been there . It’s completely a mess. My dad was a manager at Bojangles and let tell u if he ever went in there he was have a cow and the manager would be gone for sure.

Amazing service!!! Food was delicious 😋!They even sang happy birthday to my son!! Will be coming here when we choose to go to HWY 55, thank you to the staff for giving my family and I a great experience!

The food is good, the waiters are always friendly. But today I found this sharp piece of plastic in my milkshake, I’m not happy about this because swallowing something sharp like that can cause serious damage. If you do eat here please be very careful.

My lady and I stopped for burgers to go on our way through town. She ordered first, for a Carolina style "all the way". I ordered a JB&B. While reading back the order the young lady behind the counter read back an All American instead of the Carolina which had actually been ordered. How does that happen,,My girlfriend was fine with that and left the change of order alone. Dude on the grill was gloveless, which is fine, but wiping food schmoo off his hands on his work shirt and going back to the food is not fine.We received our burgers and left the store, only to find out I had been screwed over and I also been given an all American, not a JB&B, which costs a couple dollars more.I think it is a sad standard to have to unwrap all of your food before leaving a place to ensure you have gotten what you ordered, but that really is a must in these low wage places. I wish people could be payed enough to care. I guess a 20% 5$ cash tip is still not enough for the basic standard of "getting what you pay for"

So I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but my Lord. The first thing my husband & I noticed about this place was how dirty it was. It wasn't even busy and all of the tables either had old food still on them or crumbs. We took a baby wipe to the table we sat at and it turned almost brown. Bathrooms weren't clean. Booths were sticky. Floors weren't clean. The service wasn't bad. My husband loved his burger but mine tasted bland and weird. The lack of cleanliness here had me looking around for the sanitation rating but I didn't see one. I recommend driving 15 minutes down the road to the Hwy 55 in Richlands instead. We won't be coming back. 😬

Had dessert sundaes. Ice cream had pretty much melted. Server had a trouble remembering what we ordered. Another server had long hair that was in a low ponytail allieing her hair to fall over her shoulders....Parking: Ample parking.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Walked in, was not greeted, nobody got the door (which is the Hwy 55’s are supposed to do things) and sat a table for about 5 minutes without even being acknowledged only for the waitress to approach another table, and then continue to make a milkshake as if we weren’t waiting. Mind you there was only two other tables in there. No menus received. Also, the manager was standing at the bar with another waitress fussing about something, and still didn’t even acknowledge us!!! Terrible customer service. Whole place smelled horrible and it was dirty and dark. Never again. Don’t recommend.

Unfortunately, I couldn't give it a 0 star review. I have been eating here since it opened, and have seen a steady decline in the quality of food as well as the quality of staff. Having just choked down the failed attempt at a cheese steak, I'll never go back. It tasted as if the grill hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks. Good job guys, way to destroy a franchise.

The waitress was very rude. She made comments under her breathe after I asked for a float and then changed it to a snicker shake. She said "OMG" with an attitude after we wanted to order chocolate on our banana split. Everything just bothered her. I don't recommend going to this Hwy 55 if you don't want to be rudely attended.

Y’all they’ve been short staff for awhile and it ain’t their fault. If you can’t respect a waitress then just order to go. One girl that is clearly new is the only one on the floor and she can’t help the hold up.

Food is normally decent if you get take-out, but I don't recommend dining in. The dining area has been gross/sticky for the better half of a decade, and the manager is horribly rude to both customers and his staff. I've reported his behavior in the past to corporate in Mount Olive, and so have many other Beulaville residents, but he's still there. I recommend driving to the location in Kenansville to eat inside rather than trying Beulaville's.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have tried to call in orders and get the buns on sandwiches toasted on the grill so that it doesn't get soggy and mushy on the ride home, and get told it would cause cross contamination. I have also been told the manager wouldn't do it, because he was in a mood. I have heard the foul mouthed manager berate and belittle the young waitresses there. It is shocking that the organization would allow such an unpleasant individual to represent their company.

I always like this place. I always get the same thing too. If you get grilled cheese make sure they have plain bread and not put it on hamburger buns.

I called in my order and first it was suppose to b the lil Andy’s special but sure I got charged for the regular, also I asked for extra honey mustard when I called my order in and they waited til I get there to tell me they r out and just now realizing I didn’t get my drink :-/

Great food, reasonable amount of waiting time. Only complaint is lack of napkins . Not a problem , if you are carrying back home to eat, but I wasn't. Napkins s are a neceo!

Had the cheese steak and fries. It was fantastic! Food was so hot and fresh that I had to let it cool down before eating it! Will definitely go back!
