Drove 18 minutes away because we wanted something different…an hour later we got our food (the place was not busy) and it was subpar. Our food was cold, not flavored or fresh ; missing sides that never came out and not worth the drive or wait. Service was worse it was as if we were avoided and the older woman working at the register was a tad bit rude, restaurant smelled weird but the kitchen looked somewhat clean…so that’s a positive.

I got the Tuesday special, which was salbury Steak with gravy and onions. Side of cabbage, potato salad, and hushpuppies. Let me tell you the value is there. Great prices, home cooked grandma's style food. The sweet tea was so good, and the staff gives you a piture to refill from. The issues I had were the booths. They were old and not much space between the table and booth to sit if you're a larger person. Also smelled like old people and cat pee. Wasn't a pleasant smell at all. Was all throwaway plates, cups, and silverware.

First Timer...Had Arnold Palmer Refills served up just as the previous one was emptied without having to utter a word. The Fried Chicken is Very, Very Good, including the sides (coleslaw & potato salad) I picked. The food is worth coming back for in order to try the different choices on the menu combined with the Awesome Service and Friendly Atmosphere.

Food was absolutely delicious, I mean everything we ate was good. Fried Chicken (perfect), Collards (perfect), Potato salad (perfect), yams and mash potatoes (perfect). Service was above the norm, very friendly service and they were genuinely glad to see us come in to dine. We live about an hour away and we will take this drive again with family and friends. Sorry, I don't have any pics to show you because our plates are clean.😁

This was my first visit to this little place. Don't let it's unassuming roadside storefront fool you. This place has some awesome southern food! We visited in the middle of the afternoon . The place was not busy at all! In fact, there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we went in. the food was served quickly, was hot, and very delicious. The staff was reasonably friendly. The restaurant appears to be extremely clean! Social distancing was not an issue during our visit as this place has a number of tables, and was not crowded when we were there. This place is one of those little roadside treasures everyone needs to try. Skip the chains, and support local quality restaurants! For fellow vegetarians, this restaurant does have a vegetable plate. However, be careful as some Southerners often cook some vegetables with meat added in. This restaurant does have some vegetables that do not contain meat. Just be sure to ask if you are unsure about whether they contain meat.

Had to wait 20 minutes for fried chicken which i was informed. The chicken had very little coating on it. No spices. No flavor at all and slightly dry. Very disappointing. Do not get this plate.

No handicapped entrance, just steep steps from parking lot. Seems a bit expensive, but plenty of food for the price. Fried okra is good. Water is fifty cents apiece extra! Friendly atmosphere...country cooking.

The best flourburgers in town. Seasoned to perfection especially when you order one all the way extra crispy. Don't forget to order fries or onion rings, makes a yummy meal. You need to try it out. There are plate dishes from seafood to country food to order from the menu. Enjoy!

Just passing thru town, and notice Duffs, drive thru line is long...but I travel ALOT, and I was really craving home cooked.. so I sat in line.. and then pulled to the side, and waited. The owner brought out my food... So friendly ...the food was hot and delicious. This will be a stop anytime I pass through. I'm in love with this place!

Very disappointing. Took 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries at 2:40 on a Sunday and the place was almost empty of new customers. Plus the server said fries came with my order and they didn't and the cashier didn't even offer to take the charge off my bill. Plus they charge for a cup of water! The food was good but I won't be returning.

The food was warm and delicious. You'll have to mix and match for a vegetarian meal, but definitely better than some crummy fast food when passing through this little town. Everything is served in styrofoam though, which is a little depressing since they're not biodegradable.

My wife is from the North and had never heard of a flour Burger let alone eaten one so I ordered one for ME and she ate it. Just about the whole thang. Smh. Wonderful food and great service. An hour and a half drive and do worth it

Not sure what the hype is about for Duff’s but we will not be returning. The fish sandwich was dry, overcooked and disgusting. Sandwich would be a loose term considering it was nothing but fish between a bun with no condiments or veggies. The fried squash was clearly frozen from a bag. All the pieces were stuck together and when pulled apart, the digging unfried breading was orange. Only good thing was the sweet potato fries…that’s saying something.

We stopped here for lunch yesterday on the way home from the beach. I was surprised due to all the good comments. There was a distracting odd odor, maybe some cleaning product? (I tried to ignore the odor since I do like cleanliness). The decor looks like it is the original work from 30 years ago and due for an update!Convenient and plentiful parking in the back. But only a slight attempt was made to hide the kitchen behind the checkout counter.I'm a native Carolinian, so the menu was very familiar with a good choice of "meat and two vegetables" entrees. I ordered a hamburger steak with onion gravy, fried okra and sweet potato fries with hush puppies. 5 stars on the fried vegetables and hush puppies were delicious. Perfect iced tea. My hamburger steak was actually just a very well-done hamburger (sans bun). Excellent sweet onions, but the gravy didn't taste homemade (loss of a star).I agree with other reviewers about the incredibly friendly service and fast food delivery. Change the name to "Duff's Friendly Fast Food" and I'd rate it high. However, if I wanted to eat lunch off a Styrofoam plate with plastic utensils, then I'd have chosen a national chain restaurant. And to remind customers of how wasteful this is there was a giant open trash bin overloaded with plastic garbage sitting in the middle of the dining area. The folks in the nice town of Beulaville deserve better.Visit Duff's for the super service, the excellent iced tea and delicious fried vegetables. One would have to use a lot of imagination to call this a country cafe.

The service was okay, but the food was disgusting. I ordered a duffs burger and the buns looked like pancakes and the creamed potatoes didn't even compare to instant potatoes. I won't be back.

Service was excellent the young ladies worked well together and were friendly and helpful. Food was well prepared and very delicious. I would stop in again and eat there. Prices are reasonable.
