Although the food was great, the service was not it lacked pretty bad. Not once was our table checked on, the only kind of assistance we got was just that our waitress was leaving and that someone else would come help us. Maybe there was miscommunication but nobody ever came to help us my boyfriend had to go to the take out window and let someone there know we’d like our bill so we can pay. Maybe takeout would be a better option. My two stars is kind of generous..If you decide to eat here though i won’t lie the Redneck Ruben was amazing..

I have always been a big fan of the food espically the fried pickles, I had a aunt over and was telling her about whiskey mill and she wanted to try them, my pickles were no longer spears but they were so burnt that the pickle was dried up, I called over there because they failed to put bacon on my sandwich and I told him about the pickles, all he could say was "Yea, that's how they've been coming out of the fryer lately, then goes on to tell me the supplier has been giving them bad food lately and low and behold NEVER offered to make it right so I paid $19.14 for a hamburger, I am One very Unsatisfied customer and will be talking to the owner... 1 Star was too much...

So we had Kat, a new employee who we hope stays, she is kind and very nice, however she might leave because her trainer Melissa, absolute hateful!, and that's being forgiving, was training our bartender. This person Melissa, a nightmare, ruined everyone's times, but people have bad days, i hope this was hers, may she find peace, other than that, come here, ask for Kat!! BEWARE - Been here a few times now. Food is gross. Service is nonexistent. Attitudes suck. The only reason we went back was that friends were going here so we figured we would try again. Terrible experience each time. Terrible experience this time. I would leave 0 stars if that were an option. We sat down yesterday and didn’t even get acknowledged. I had to go get a menu myself and ask multiple times for service. Then when the food came, two people at our table didn’t get their food. Two more didn’t get all that they ordered. When I asked our server about it they said the kitchen was behind and then still took forever. The server literally brought one of the items to the table after everyone was done and ready to leave. The other two got their items in a to-go box at the end while we were leaving. My grilled shrimp was fishy, spongy and cold. I had to ask for cocktail sauce three times and finally got up and went to the kitchen myself to get it. Then discovered it was ketchup with a tiny amount of horseradish in it. At this point we were all laughing about it but it’s not funny. It’s sad.On a previous visit a waitress sprayed all of us with bug spray while we were eating. It got into my eyes and sinuses and a few other at my table. When we asked her to stop, she kept spraying saying the manager told her to keep the outdoor area sprayed. The waitress was moody and had an attitude when confronted and the manager wasn’t much better.I wouldn’t eat here again if you paid me and gave out free beer. Trust me when I tell you, go somewhere that actually cares about its customers, food and image.

Edit to this post on 1-12-2024 .. whiskey mills in BC use to be the place to go. Now they could care less if they hand you the correct order. We ordered grill chicken salad. Whiskey burger with cheddar cheese/ fries basket. With extra small fries. 4 ranch an a cherry lemon sundrop extra cherries my husband brings food to car. Goes back in for my drink. I look in bag an low an behold.. 3 orders of chicken wings??? He had to go back in. An get correct order. We get home. Fries tasted like they were 3 days old. His "WHISKEY BURGER" only had lettuce no sauce burger looked an tasted dry. 🤦‍♀️ so we will no longer be eating there. You have fun with your service an food. ........... edited. .. Love this place. Awesome food. Very friendly staff. Great service. Always with a smile. Great atmosphere. Always a happening place to be.

Great food and fast, friendly service. I was riding my bike to nowhere in particular when I spotted this place. It looked clean, interesting and moderately crowded on a Sunday afternoon.I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and fries. The burger was good, big size with crispy fries. I had a cocktail, which was served in a plastic tumbler.They had football and other sports playing on some nice big screens. I'll definitely be back since the food was good and the prices very reasonable.I'd probably award 5 stars if the tv placement was as good as some of the other sports bars and because the cocktail was served in a plastic tumbler. Neither of those were real shortcomings as far as I was concerned but I have to reserve that fifth star for the establishments that go all out on the details.

Including the tip, my family spent over $100 on dinner at this restaurant tonight. We ordered 3 philly cheesesteaks, 2 whiskey burgers and Buffalo chicken tenders, A large salad with blackened chicken And some Mac and cheese bites and 2 orders of jalapeno poppers. The Philly cheesesteaks were very small and the meat was processed and tasteless.the rolls were not bakery quality. Looked like they were sub rolls from the bread isle in the grocery store. The burgers were just OK. Again, not much flavor and was definitely a frozen processed meat Patty, Not fresh ground beef. The chicken tenders came with buffalo sauce on maybe half of the tenders.the blackened chicken on the salad had no seasoning and was more like plain grilled chicken. The salad also only came with shredded cheese (melted)and bacon. We had to add our own tomatoes and onions and cucumbers at home.-- The only things that were actually pretty good were the jalapeno bites and mac and cheese bites.We wanted to like this place so bad because it's very near our home But I just can't justify spending so much money on tasteless food and small portions when there are so many other options out there.

We both ordered the Southern Style burger and asked that our burgers be cooked "well" done! They came out pink and some places were raw! Instead of making a scene, we decided not to come here again. The young staff had their music playing loudly in the cooking area, and swinging on the doors going into the kitchen area. Couldn't have a conversation for the rap music being played so loudly from the kitchen not to mention the music coming the speakers in the dining area which were not that loud. The kitchen staff were dancing around the food and coming in and out from the kitchen to go out side and smelled like they had been smoking pot. Very unprofessional and we will never dine at this one again. This was our 4th trip here and our last one.

The food was nearly perfect.. and that's saying a lot coming from me.. the service was fast and friendly. I got a side salad expecting iceberg lettuce, maybe a couple of chunks of tomatoes and about 6 tiny stubs of cheese, but to my surprise, it was the absolute best side salad EVER.. I'm talking fresh greens, cheese, onion, tomato, AND GET THIS.. BACON. NOT FACON BUT REAL BACON.. in a side salad!!! THE meat was a good quality, and the rolls were really good, not those buns from Walmart.. my tea was way too sweet for me, but my cup stayed full. The price was very fair for the quality of food served. The meat cooked to perfection as ordered. I DO NOT HAVE ANY AFFILIATION WITH THIS PLACE and have not been there to eat even one time before this. I thought to myself... this food deserves a real plate. 😆 I'll be back next time I'm in the area for sure.Parking: Plenty of parking but small spots for big trucks
