Well me and my grandson went there for the 1st time it was an awesome experience we really love going places that they want you to put your hands on the tools. And equipment . It is just fun to do.. I like The complete chicken co-op. It is just a fun place. To spend your money and time at.

I walked in looking for a gun safe. Alicia was went above and beyond with her service. You don’t see that anymore. She walked me through all my options and made sure I was getting the best value for my needs. I can not say enough about her service and desire to help. The prices are just a bit more expensive, but I much prefer this place over alternatives like Lowe's or home Depot. As a gardener and a micro farmer with small livestock, I can always find just what I need here.

This (Gastonia/Bessemer City) store is generally stocked well & clean, but rude staff. I live within a close range of 3 stores and I'd rather drive the extra couple miles difference to visit Lincolnton or Denver(much friendlier staff).

I usually shop the Shelby store but stopped by the Gastonia store today to grab feed. Multiple racks had "additional 50% off lowest ticket price" so I grabbed a few shirts. Shirts rang up ticket price and when I questioned the 50% off I was told the price was "good enough for the shirt". I asked to clarify with the manager. The manger informs me very rudely that "one of her freaking employees went ahead and put the lowest price on the tag when they weren't supposed to." She goes on to inform me that she did not personally make the mistake therefore she would not honor it. I said okay leave the shirts off I'll just get my feed today. She rolls her eyes and says to the cashier "well I mean $8 for that shirt is a great deal so I don't know why she's complaining!" I was shocked! The cashier says back "yeah, I know! Like obviously no matter what the sign says $7.99 is the lowest this shirt will be!" Needless to say I left the couple hundred pounds of feed and other items I had sitting. I will be shopping at other local feed stores from now on!

We mostly go for sunflower seed but enjoy looking around. We are always greeted and their employees are always friendly and helpful. The 40lb bag of Sunflower seed is the best price we've found. 40 lbs for $19 and we go through it in 2 weeks. 4 stars because I do think their decorative items are overpriced most of the time.

The best kept secret for pet supplies. Kong items are usually $3 or less compared to other places. Always great sale items. And what can I say I love this kind of store. Always can find a nifty thing or two at a great price

I will give them five stars if most of their products that shouldn't be, are higher priced than other places for the same product. Now don't get me wrong, the heavier equipment and stuff like that is fairly priced but they'll get you on bags of dog food easily. Overall I'll go back

Very well stocked.Clean and well lit. Friendly and helpful staff. They are across town from where I live but I don't mind at all as it is worth the drive. Have been here a number of times and have always had a good experience.

Super nice here. The guy at the back of the store took time to explain to me what was just marketing and a waste of money - he could have sold me the more expensive stuff because I am new to chicks (had pullets previously). Got chatting to a man and his grandson in the parking lot and they gave me good tips. Guy at the register was lovely and even had a "moo" ringtone on his phone. As a novice chick raiser felt very happy that they were so nice - sometimes people get sniffy when you are new at something but they were good. Usually shop in Shelby but was driving by - next time I need stuff if I am in Gastonia will pop in again.

Love tsc. Great people, clean store, good quality products. They get to know you, they know me by sight now, they always have my stuff ready at the customer service desk cause they know I'll be in to pick it up just after 12noon when I'm done with work. If I need something ordered, they have NO problem doing it.. And they know my dogs as well as I usually bring them in on weekends.

Everyone was very helpful in finding all of our tires for our mower and replacement valve stems. Everyone had a good knowledge about the store and it's placement of everything we we're looking for. Really cool store - everything from clothing to dog food. It's definitely not just about tractors.The selection of any given item may be limited because the store's range of items is very diverse; however, overall it's a convenient place to shop for a variety of needs.

Very clean store. Well organized. Friendly, helpful staff. Prices are comparable to other stores on similar items. Some items were priced less than you find elsewhere, but quality was not compromised (still name brand).

Overpriced, but neat, clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. Well stocked. Convenient to highways and easy to get in/out. Plenty of parking. Stand alone store which has less traffic. Would shop here versus other crowded stores that sell the same sought after products.

I go to this Tractor Supply in Bessemer City a lot. I use their brand of pet food. They never have enough people working. I can never find anyone answer a question. When I do find someone they usually can't answer the question. They is one guy who is great and is always able to help me. They only ever have one register open no matter how many people are in there. When you need them to carry something out it is hard to find someone and it takes forever. There customer service skills are very lacking. They is a guy with a beard that woks there and he is always so rude. The other day it was my turn to be rung up and there were 4 people behind me in line. When he gets done with the sale in front of me he just walks away from the register without saying a word. Another girl came to ring people up but I had to move all my stuff I had already unloaded to another register to be rung up. She said nothing to the people behind me and they were just standing there. I finally had to tell them he was not coming back. When the run out of a product it takes them forever to get it back in. Probably 3 weeks to a month. God forbid you ask them to order it. They will never call you to inform you if they were able to get it in. I have to call them and they usually have no idea what I am talking about. Moral of the story is this store is poorly run and if you want good customer service go to Lewis Feed store in Gastonia or Southern States in Dallas. They are great.

Same stuff across the USA that's sometimes a bit pricey. Love their pet supplies! Cute, unusual novelties for outdoor decor. They sell live chicks and ducklings in the Spring.

I was Truly Amazed at everything Tractor Supply had to Offer. Being a First Time Customer, I wanted to see what they had for Cats, Well was I Blown Away!!! They had so much to Choose from, I Must have stayed in there for 45 minutes or longer!!! All of the Usual Stores that I had been buying My Cats can food have basically gone to Pate Which My Cats will not eat, but I was able to find what I wanted and My Cats were Happy and well fed. Tractor Supply also has a Rewards Program if You sign up With Your Email address and they will Randomly send You Coupons, etc. Keep up the Great Work Guys!!

If I could rate my past several visits 0 stars I would! For the past several visits, I have encountered the worst customer service and the worst attitudes towards customers than anywhere I have ever been. The two ladies running the registers between the hours of 4:30-5:10, in particular, had the most unprofessional attitudes towards the customers that were checking out. I've always said, if you don't like your job, change it!

Couple days ago I went here looking for some bunny food. (It was my first time ever being there so I was new..) when I found a employee I try to show her the item on my phone, at the same time when I had my phone out she was walking away from me and was staring me.. She probably did it cause of the 6ft social distancing rule, now that I think about it... But when I left after she told me what to do I heard a female voice “I don’t even know what he’s talking about” like really? That’s how they treat their customers? I feel like it was cause of my race, being Hispanic... And because there was a trumpConvenience stand right across the street so makes sense.... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tractor Supply on a Sunday afternoon in the spring can be insane. This was the busiest I've seen. However, the store was clean and organized. Checkout was smooth (not super quick with two long lines) an efficient. These guys did a nice job preparing for spring. Oh by the way they had chicks for sale!

I frequent this store for chicken and garden supplies. The staff is very helpful. I recently had something attack one of my chickens, I went to find some medical supplies for her and a lady staff member spent time helping me pick out the best products for my hen. I was very upset and the staff member made all the difference in the world, she seemed to reaaly care about my situation. Thanks
