I love everything about the Pet Hospital. I take all 5 of my dogs there. I did go to another vet for many years but it was hard to get an appointment at times. The Pet Hospital has walk-ins in the afternoon which is great! I am very comfortable knowing if one of my dogs get sick, they will be seen that day. Plus, I love Dr John. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer any questions you have.

Thank you Dr. Bryant and staff for your kindness yesterday with me and Yoda. Even though this was the hardest decision I have ever made, it was the right one for him. He is much better now. Dr. John and his staff are just the professionals you want taking care of your beloved pet. After my dog's second knee surgery (the first was done elsewhere) I feel as though I can speak to the concern and competency shown by this group. And, frankly, you won't feel as though they care more about your money than your animals.

The nurse who helped me was great, but the person at the desk answering calls had an attitude rolling her eyes and also the person that was on the phone that made the appointment with me did not tell me that both cats would have to have a rabies shot. I'm a first time cat mom going to a pet doctor, I don't know these things. These things have to be voiced so I had to leave with my cats because I didn't have enough money to pay for extra rabies shots. Things could have been done differently to prevent all that but the desk lady didn't have to have an attitude. There was no reason for that and I didn't get an attitude back or anything. I was still nice. I did make a follow-up appointment but I'll be canceling the appointment after thinking about it and just going somewhere else

Our gentle giant crossed the rainbow bridge Friday, Needless to say, our family was distraught. Dr. John and his staff provided excellent service for our beloved Max for over 12 years and they are the most compassionate and Caring group of professionals I have ever met. I highly recommend the Pet Hospital for all of your fur babies needs.

What an amazing staff and the doctors. There are no words. They understand that our pets are our family (kids) I was able to get my cat in 10 mins after arriving. Do to a swollen face. If u need a great vet I suggest you go here for all of ur fur babies needs

I rescued a Dog from a bunch of liars and abusers, but after 3 visits to The Pet Hospital, he has gained weight and is healthy and happy! He was in such bad shape when I took him right after I got him, we weren't sure he was going to make it but Thanks to Dr. John, Katelyn and everyone there being so kind and informative, I'm a client for the long run! Excellent service and very friendly staff! Very highly recommend them!

Pet Hospital is hands down the best place to take your fur babies to. They have a wonderful group of people working there and they all are very professional and kind. I would not take my babies anywhere else. The Costner household will "Fur-ever" be a pet hospital client/patient!

Got a little irritable because I thought there was a problem with my baby boy, even sent pics and then waited until close to closing and then suggested I take him to the emergency vet. I had just paid him over 500.00 for another issue

Called and asked the price for spay/neuter for 3 kittens. Was told $110 each. Arrived and the total was almost $400 each. Exam, pain medication, IV were all EXTRA. I opted for the bare minimum and still paid almost $650 total.

Caring, attentive, dedicated and just are the four qualities of this business that come first to mind.It is evident in their care of both the animals and their owners and this was experienced from "the top down". Doctors, techs and support staff all exude compassion and fairness.Keep up the great work!If you are looking for a fabulous place for your fur babies health needs, try them! You will not be disappointed!They are now a part of a corporation based out of Heartland SC, yet the experience remains the same. Likely because much of the staff is also the same.Not sure if Dr John always sees the big dogs but we have always seen him. He is great!Thank you Dr John for your informative and caring approach.

Although we have had less than satisfying experiences with Dr Bryant and Dr Ramos the past few years, the other staff are always very cordial and nice. The receptionist and front desk staff are always welcoming as well. We have been owners of patients since the opening of The Pet Hospital. Dr John has been our vet since the retirement of Dr Tessener and Dr Neunzig, and he is wonderful. He's very knowledgeable and very caring. We would not go to any other vet and we are always quick to recommend The Pet Hospital when someone asked for recommendations!!

Dr. John LaStella always gives my animals the very best care. He is up-to-date on the most recent treatments and is cautious in his approach, first trying the least bothersome for the cats and the least expensive for me, the owner. I trust his advice absolutely. His staff is well-trained, courteous and helpful.

The staff here are AMAZING. My grand dog TINKERBELL went there for 17 years. In July we had to have her put to sleep and they were so comforting. They are the best.

The best place to take your pet. Dr.Lastella really cares about the animals and isn't all about money. My dog had an operation called (FHO) I got 4 estimates from other facilities, not one under $5,000, The Pet Hospital only charged me $1800. They were the miracle my dog and I needed. Best staff super friendly and friendly. Dr.LaStella will explain the situation and make sure you understand what's going on in a comforting way.
