Always very nice people. Close and convenient in a pinch. Generally has what I need but not always. For big grocery runs we go to the Dallas location for better variety. It's small and old and really needs to be updated, but that's not the employees' fault.

This store really took us back in time. It's one of the older stores, but it was fantastic. A blast from the past! We were traveling through and wanted to pick up some cheese crackers. I picked up some Vienna Sausages and cookies, too. You should stop in if you have a chance. Good on Ingles for keeping it going.

They had to shutdown the Deli earlier than posted due to lack of personnel- which is actually affecting many businesses. Though, my "just a few items" quick stopover turned into a good $30 haul w many comparable or prepackaged deli items available, & a great selection of other fresh items for dinner for 2 nights, my 2 work lunches- incl snacks- & a desert [for $30 :) ]. A worthwhile trip.

This store has been a embarrassment for years, steadily the quality of people and inventory just going farther south. To the point we’re having disciplinary meetings at the cash register. When offered suggestion to not air your dirty laundry in front of the whole town I was met with some snide , condescending attitude

Sometimes the cashiers are great here. Lately though some of the rudest people ever to work the holidays and all new people. Had the bagger today rudely ask me how many Smithfield hams I have because it's one per customer glad I didn't grab an extra to donate to the unforunate!!!

Time machine. I enjoy going here because it takes me back in time. I remember this was pretty much how all stores looked when I was a kid. The staff was very friendly. Prices are good. Selection is kinda small.

Dirty. Very little options especially compared to the Dallas and Kings Mountain locations. I dread going to this one but it's the closest one at the moment. I don't trust the meat or produce at this location, too many bad experiences with either.

Nice little grocery but doesn't have a lot of fresh fruit or fresh vegetables to choose from. The meat department, deli, and bakery are great.

This is like the grossest and smallest Ingles I know. A whole refrigerator isle was empty and dirty. The people there are great and it's the only grocery store on the way home. So blaming the store not the people who work there.

Gotta change my review. My teenager went in tonight around 9 and went to check out with cash and they told him they didn't take cash after 9. Such a big fat lie!! I go in there allllllll the time after 9 and in almost 12 years no one has ever told me that!! So he stood in there for about 10 minutes and then some guy behind him saw he was having trouble and paid for it with his card. Then I go in and confront them and they (manager) said they do take cash but were changing out the cash box. So in 10 minutes of him standing there trying to figure it out the cashier couldn't tell him that????!!! She lied and said everyone in line knew (they didn't and she didn't tell anyone). No way am I supporting a store that lies to teens then lies to cover their lies. Might need a new cashier Ingles. They started closing down their register an HOUR before closing and were to lazy to get the cash back out.

I called to order cupcakes red white and blue for a special event. Told them to make sure it was dark blue like the patriotic colors and he said I got it. The bakery person even called back to confirm the order and again I said I need the blue dark blue like the patriotic colors, again she said I got it. Well she didn't get it cause I got light blue cupcakes instead. I had to go somewhere else to get what I needed.

This Ingles has been here forever it seems, I stopped in out of curiosity and it hasn't changed a bit in twenty years they had some really good looking meats, and they had some good-looking salmon. This store brings back memories!!! They're checkout lines are limited, but their check out girls are fast and the nicest of anywhere!!!!!

I'm in love. If I lived closer this would be my one & only grocery stop. Items are dirt cheap, the staff is very friendly & helpful, and everything is easy to find. First time I came here, there was party size Doritos for 1.80! I usually never buy anything but food at grocery stores but my last trip I ended up getting all kinds of hygiene products too because they were on sale. There was many good brands I've never seen before. Most were natural, no paraben, & sulfate free which is wonderful. Only issue I've ever had was I bought some Not Your Mothers dry shampoo. Originally it was 5.98 but on sale for 4.48. Usually it's an 8$ item anywhere else so I grabbed it. I took a photo of it to share with my friend, who also uses it. When I checked out I noticed it rang up as 9 dollars. I told the cashier that was not at all correct. She tried to argue with me & brought the manager over, who ALSO tried to tell me I was wrong. So I pulled out the picture I took and showed them. They had to go back in and change the price manually. But they never once apologized for arguing with me, or taking up my time. Smh.. So make sure you know the prices before you check out.

Store has definitely went down hill. Tried to find croissants that were not burnt on the bottom. The produce use to be really fresh. Not so much now. I gave the stars for customer service. I hope they get it together. Use to be a good store

A very enjoyable shopping experience. There's ALWAYS some NEW item here that I've never seen. Fair prices, friendly staff & the parking lot is big enough for tractor-trailer parking although you can't stay longer than other to do your grocery shopping.

I visit this store at least once a week specifically for the hot food bar. For $6, you will get some fantastic quick lunch and these serves STACK your plate high. My only complaint is that the store tends to be a little confusing if I'm looking for something specific.

They're very nice kind and sweet they always help me find what I need and I do take my service dog in there they always recognize her and say hi to her by her name we always go in there and buy the drumsticks for ginger they're very sweet very friendly place to go shop...

I love this store. It is my favorite grocery store! Friendly staff and a clean store. And you can get in and out of here with no problem.
