The manager Rebecca is the most hateful disrespectful person I have EVER had to deal. I am a courteous shopper and always polite and she was mean and rude to me and my mother in law because she wanted to void out a transaction because her coupon didn’t work.

Manager was something else. As I was waiting in line, apparently a customer ahead of me was rude during the checkout. For the next 10minutes she was loudly saying things like "it takes everything I got not to slap everyone that walks through that door." She was so aggressive and unprofessional, in addition NONE of the employees were following the mask order.

Good stock. Prices are what you would expect. Salesperson Eric was EXTREMELY helpful and polite. Big thumbs up for DOL-GEN. He was never to busy to aid me in my search

Needs new management!!! And someone needs to go through and remove out of dates, they have way too many! They have one price on the shelf and when it's rang up at the register, it's a totally different price and higher one at that.

I was questioned about purchasing a bag of ice. The cashier confirmed that I indeed paid for a bag of ice. I had to get the i cooler unlocked and was told it was empty. I there fore had to get a refund. Have been using this store for a while and have never felt disrespected like I was this day. If I were stealing ice I would not have had an employee in unlock the cooler.

There's a reason that a person has a position as a store manager. My daughter and I recently startedcouponing, (I know we r a pain to get behind in line and to the cashiers). We have been to several DG locations, and we always have a problem with the digital coupons not taking off the total. NONE of the cashiers nor managers want to look nor take the time to find out what the issue may be. Mrs.Triplette always opens up another register and is ALWAYS willing to help us. She always has found the issue within minutes. This DG is out of my way, but I will always shop at this location just because of how nice and friendly the people that work there!THANK YOU again, Mrs.Triplette for taking the time out to help!I say again, theres a reason why she is store manager!

Your average DG here. Got followed around by staff assuming I was shoplifting for some reason. I'm pretty sure if I am driving a vehicle and wearing a few gold rings and a haircut I'm not trying to steal tea bags and mountain dew or a phone charger.

Both registers crashed, the manager called H.R. and they thru her under the bus. All in all, the staff and store are wonderful. The people working there just need the higher ups to do their jobs..🙊🙉🙈👀

Right now in the state of North Carolina masks are mandatory throughout the statemasks are required when I was in the Dollar General store cherryville highwaythere are signs asking people to please do their part and wear a maskand only one of the Dollar General employees there were four had a mask around her chin and part of her mouth none of the rest of them were even wearing oneI am finding this frequently at many Dollar generals and this one every time I go there. How do they expect their customers to go around with a mask on their face when the employees can't be bothered. Almost none of the customers were wearing masks either.

Bobby is the best! He's always very friendly and also very knowledgeable! The other DG stores in the area (Dallas, Bessemer City) are awful but this location is great!

It's always kind of cluttered but they have almost anything I need. I'd go here before some supercenter. Quick and prices are pretty good.

Both times I have been to this store the ladies stand in the door way smoking. You have to walk in between them just to get inside. You can smell the smoke inside the store also. Not a good way to earn business that will keep coming back.
