Terrible customer service! I pulled up to the pharmacy window and the woman was very rude. She had a disgusted look on her face and sighed. She said "name" rudely and sighed again when I said I was picking up for two people. I asked her if she was ok and she rudely replied "yes, name??" I told you you don't look like you're okay do you need a break? She said "No, who are you picking up for give me the names?" So I Asked for the woman's name and her supervisor because this was the second time I had to deal with a nasty attitude from the Walgreen employees. She refused to give me her name or any info...made me wait for 35mins on my meds. Unbelievable...I will never go here again. The ONLY reason I went back was because my doctor sent my meds there instead of sending them to my new pharmacy. So disgusted with the way they treated me. Not to mention she butchered my name on purpose after telling her 5 times. She assumed I was Hispanic and mispronounced my name. She began to laugh with her coworkers and took her voice off speaker so that I couldn't hear her but she was definitely talking about me and laughing. 🙄 I don't know how these people find jobs. She needs to go back to school and be educated especially on customer service. I will NEVER shop nor do any monetary business with Walgreens in my life ever again. Truly disgusted! -5 Negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🤢

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The pharmacy never fails to make you wait no less than 30 minutes any time you go through the drive thru. To top it off, prescriptions are never ready on time and they do not communicate. This isn’t the first time that my child’s prescriptions weren’t ready. Then I give them SIX HOURS to fill them… only to get there and they don’t have 4 out of the 5 medications. It would've been rather nice for them to have called me to inform me of this so that I would’ve had enough time to get the meds needed for my very sick kiddo. Do better, Walgreens.

It was pretty much empty when I visited and it was pretty good. The cashier was very friendly and greeted me and my friend when we first walked in. We grabbed what we came for and was out and the same cashier who greeted us rang us up and was very kind and quick with our checkout. Definitely a great place to grab a last minute items or a Arizona drink!

If I could give it a lower rating I would. WHATEVER you do avoid going to this pharmacy. The staff is just terrible like one review has already stated they are always out of meds. When I asked if they could check the other locations so that I could get the meds I was rudely told that the other location was at lunch and that I could call. This isn't the first or will it be the last as long as this staff is there. I don't know if no one there knows how to order stock or if they are just incompetent. Like other reviews have said they don't need a drive-thur they take no less than 10 to 15 minutes per car. I have pulled up there once before and the same rude tech that won't call and check with the other location stood at the window for about 5 to 10 minutes never acknowledged that I was there but later she called another employee to help me. If this is the best that Walgreens at this location can offer they should just shut down this useless store.

Great Pharmacy manager and staff. Very friendly staff. My prescriptions are always ready when i come in. They go out of their way to help you. Show you where items are. I couldn't be more happy with a pharmacy.

Every single experience I have had with this pharmacy has been unpleasant. They are EXTREMELY lazy and clueless. Customer service is horrible. Everyone is NOT on the same page. If you are looking for stress and frustration this is the place to receive it. Currently in seek of a NEW pharmacy. I miss my Realos Pharmacy in Four Oaks, they were the best. If it weren't for insurance issues I would have never left Realos.

I had bought in this store many times and they had always been very kind, today happened and I was attended by a cashier named Bod and I don't know but it seems to me that he is racist because of the way he treated me and then his manager named Iam came and things got worse all very badly they seem to me to be racist I will not return to this place it was very uncomfortable and stressful. on a Sunday afternoon.

The Pharmacist Kettle would not give an emergency supply for blood pressure medication. She isnt trying to help anybody.

Long story short, my wife was in need a prescription and her physician sent over the wrong one. Mistakes happen. I walk back not 30 seconds later and asked if they could really quick call back and see if they could get what she was originally supposed to get, they straight up told me it wouldn’t be happening any time in the foreable future because they were “busy” mind you, there was next to no one in the drive through, and there was only one other person waiting in front of me. Laziness at its finest. Unbelievable.

Great customer service the douche at the drive thru walks away as I’m sitting there and doesn’t come back. Then i go inside and ditzy at the register ask me for Id for meds that I already stated wasn’t mines. What are you verifying exactly...I have picked up way to much medicine for my mother without showing Id so don’t try and do your job now.

I've had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking to the same woman twice who seems to always answer the phone for the Pharmacy. Aside from barley being able to understand her, she is incredibly rude.
