Hello! This morning Randy & Jerry helped me a great deal with some downspouts and irrigation pipes. Randy also helped me find the garden hose my husband needed and other items.We have came into this location before and have received excellent service also from Albert on the front end! He has a wonderful spirit towards helping others! We would recommend this particular store and location in Gaston County!Thank you all for your help! You are appreciated!

My guys Always get hassled when renting on the tool rental side apparently lowes has a hard time distinguishing personal rental from business rental and will lose a valuable Cusotmer if continues.if a business rents equipment under their license,insurance and has an employee pick up said equipment that employee shouldn’t be hassled for their insurance license that’s what the business is for to assume the liability via their insurance license and information on the rental contract I’ve personally tried working this out with the manager at this location but with no resolve I’d hate to have to set up accounts elsewhere just for the simple fact it’s close and could be convenient if these issues where resolved.

I had the worse experience today (3/12/2024)! I went to purchase thermostats and the gentleman that helped said he would take the two Honeywell thermostats to the checkout since I wasn’t ready and had to grab a few more items. I went to the self checkout where he said he would take it to and the associate (older lady with cane) says it’s not there. I walked over to the returns/exchange and asked and the associate says she will call. I stood there waiting, no one showed up and I felt like the associate appeared to not not care. I walked back to the aisle I got the thermostat from, no one was there. I continued back to the self checkout. This time I was going to ask for the manager. The older lady at the self checkout asked me if I found it and I said no. I was frustrated now because she didn’t TRY to at least call somebody. Now I was angry. I left and went to Home Depot and bought what I needed. Terrible customer service and interaction!!!!

The only reason I'm giving any stars is because of the amazing associate named Danny who helped us. Give that man a raise! He was one of the only people in that store who helped us today. We went in looking to buy a grill. We found the one we liked and then went on to look at stoves. 3 employees standing in the middle of the department chatting while we're looking, and not 1 of them came up asking if we needed help. We were about to give up and leave when Danny yelled, "Hey there! Can I help y'all with anything?" I'm pretty sure it wasn't even the department he worked in, but he got us taken care of. Thank you Danny!

EDIT: I wish I read the reviews before spending so much with Lowe's. Seems that they have a problem with coming through after you pay them. I am filled with regret for trusting them with my needs.Original:Don't go through Lowe's for blinds. It took a week to get someone to measure. Paid about $4500 for blinds and installation on 8 windows, and placed our order. ONE MONTH LATER, when they finally had availability for install, they canceled our appointment and pushed us back further (after taking off work). Garbage.

A typical Lowes - a good place for your construction or gardening needs. The store is typical with other Lowes on the area, it is clean, well-lit, and staffed with knowledgeable staffs.

Got what i needed and needed what i got. Like the Military discount when buying in abundance. Just could not get any good service. And help loading all the stuff i bought. Needless to dssy but it was near closing time and employees walking out after work not offering a 58 year old man if he needed help. Pavers wood rocks sand. 30 minutes of work for one person counter tops. Done with this store. I reckeon the orange sign store will get my bussiness now.

Great Lowe’s Home Improvement store!The location is huge and has a lot of items stocked in each department. The store is kept clean and well staffed.The store has several options/features/departments worth mentioning:- large indoor and outdoor garden areas- large lumber department- propane exchange- water jug exchange- key cutting machine- truck rentals- online ordering pickup and parking at the front- nice design and layout of the store- large parking lot

Easy in and out, ample parking. Friendly and helpful service. Very well stocked, too! Annuals I've purchased in different seasons last so long and bloom beautifully. My go-to place for plants, mulch and garden supplies, as well as home repair needs.

So if anything happens to where you have an account and someone stealing your money buy your account and routing number and then only way to stop it is to completely close account then can I get my money back through cash since I did it as Debit card purchase with my pin input also not credit card but nope can’t

I ordered a Bosch dishwasher on 12/19/2023 to be delivered and installed on 12/29/2023. On the 29th, I received a call from the installer that the Dishwasher was not at Lowes on Franklin Blvd. in Gastonia NC. THEY DIDN'T ORDER IT FROM THERE WAREHOUSE!! No one from Lowes called or texted me about this! So, here I am taking a day off of work, waiting for my dishwasher and it wasn't even ordered!! I am completely disappointed with Lowes and their non-caring staff! I am out of my day's pay because of their bumbling staff that can't do their job right! It will be a long time, if any, that I order from Lowes!!

Do not use them for toilet ordering and installation. I ordered a toilet nearly 3 weeks ago. When I called about the status they told me it had been damaged and I would be refunded (at some point). I asked to speak to a manager (Brad) who offered no apology and simply said he could cancel the order and I could come to the store to purchase a toilet for install. Apparently Brad doesn’t realize that there are tons of other places that sell and install toilets that don’t hold your money for 3 weeks unapologetically and wait for you to call to find out why there’s a delay. I’m embarrassed that I have spent as much money as I have there…thousands of dollars on fencing, doors, a new roof. I was even looking at them for siding. They lost a very valuable customer today. Good job Brad!

This scarecrow is about 15' tall!8/30/23 We had an excellent experience today. Wilma in appliances and CATherine in customer service both went above and beyond to make our refrigerator purchase painless. Wilma's so good that we waited to order it until she was working. She's very detailed and knowledgeable in her department. Cat straightened out our MVP account and explained its features, most of which we were unaware of. Thank you, ladies. They should have more employees like you. You really know your stuff!

Rented a trencher. 24 inch Wheeled type is very difficult to operate. One hand must be on the chain engagement and the other on one handle with the wheel drive lever. It's impossible to operate like this! Get the tracked 24 inch if you try it. It dug well if you had it going where you wanted. Would have been nice to be told where at the building to return it as well. Parked and walked in for nothing...

Fairly quick in and out. Their all out of the Sta-Green grass seeds we normally use. I want to try the Pennington one but my hubby wants to stick with the same kind. Also the selection of aerators were pretty much non-existent. Settled for the hand tool that did the job just had to use a little more effort than I wanted to use. Well back to cutting and deweeding.

The Belmont location is hands down the best Lowes in the 5+ counties around it. Pro desk will go above and beyond to help with anything within their power. I will drive out of my way to go to this location. If I'm working in Denver, Charlotte, or even Mathews, I'll stop here to get everything I think I'm going to need for my job.
