Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and when I got to the counter the young lady long blonde hair very loud spoken was talking about a precious customer and stating all their problems. This is violating their personal right and Hippa rights. This was not presfessional and very degrading. Management needs to correct this matter.

The busiest and most efficiently operated CVS I’ve encountered in 60 years of frequent CVS visits from NY to Al and now NC. Pharmacist is on point all the time and everyone has a role. Yes there is always a wait because it is busy and they are selling drugs that people have questions about so be patient and you will get good service.

I work 3rd shift so sometimes when I get off early I like to go to this CVS because it’s the only thing open and I can use my coupons and all of that. Go in there tonight needing to get some things for the house that were going to be quite heavy and I’m pregnant so I can only carry so much. They said they put the baskets and buggies up at night and couldn’t let me have one to do my shopping that I could walk to the counter with every item basically. each time I pick something up I’m supposed to walk to the counter each time to sit it down? Well then I decide to just get the laundry detergent I need and I call for them to come to the case and now she can’t get the key to work. Even though I clearly see someone got it to work because there are definitely items missing from the case. Worst experience I’ve ever had in this cvs. You would think they would be more accommodating and accessible to people like me who work 3rd shift and have only the ONE option to go to for any needs at that time of night.

I would give 5 stars for the night shift crew however during the day, they are extremely busy and need more workers. The drive thru line always takes forever so I usually just wait until night to pick up my medicine. Other than that, I love cvs and all team members in the pharmacy and store.

I went to pick up my prescription and there were eight people in line. I waited my turn and discovered that I did not have my driver's license. I told her I would go to my car and retrieve it and come right back. She said that would be fine. I came right back in and went to the front of the line and said I found my driver's license where she absolutely ignored me calling the next customer in line up. I asked her "do I need to get back in line again"? She said yes, very rudely and of course now there's another 13 people in line. Worst customer service ever. I will try to find another pharmacy.

Cvs has pared down the choices when you call the pharmacy. Most questions can be answered on the automated line but do keep your script bottle so you have the script number, you will need it.

I went to minute clinic two times in the last 2 weeks. The nurse and doctor were very kind and considerate. They made a bad situation not so bad with their kindness. Thank you.

I love this CVS, It is 24 hours. The cashiers are so very helpful. The Pharmacy Team is one of the best, always willing to look for a coupon or recommend speaking to your doctor about a savings program. Great selection and well stocked.

I have been getting my medications from this location for over 20 years and now within the past four months they are telling me one medications is on backorder. I have had to switch all my medications to a different pharmacy because of this issue with CVS. I know that they have a contract with certain companies but when they can't get the medications from them then they need to search for another company that can supply the medicine!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy, the line will take hours regardless if there’s 2 cars in front of you or 8 cars. They have the slowest service I’ve ever seen

Very rude pharmacy worker who was working and answering the phone at 5:30 on 10/28. She did not even care to sound even neutral, but just rude. No customer service at all. Sounded as if she would have been happier at home- not sure why she even came into work today.

I’m revising the horrible review I gave 4 mos ago, only to make myself feel better because CVS certainly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction- that’s a proven fact. Wow, just horrible- 12 minutes to connect to a human pharmacist, that’s just pathetic. If anybody gave a damn, whoever is running the store should feel like a fool you can’t run a basic business. There are 2 lanes in the drive thru, yet they aren’t capable of using them, we’re stuck with 1 lane because of their laziness and poor management. Wow, just wowTragic

I just left urgent care and didn’t see the prescriptions on my app, so I wanted a time frame of how long I needed to wait, as I still have a 45 min drive home. I asked her if I could get a time frame for my prescriptions to be completed and she rolled her eyes, then asks for my name and date of birth, I told her and she said 30-35 mins, so I explained I just got off a 14 hour shift, is there any way we can speed that up some, because a lot of times, they can. Instead of saying “we are really busy, we will do what we can” she crosses her arms and says “no” - I was a lead tech for CVS for years and still have an active license, so I know how it gets in retail pharmacy, but her dismissive attitude is not who I would want greeting my customers. Have some compassion for others and learn some customer service skills.

Professional and courteous, open 24 hours and weekends. If they are out of a medication, they get it promptly, and notify me with text, If my insurance won't cover a medication, they apply lowest discount card. They are very helpful whenever I have questions. I really like this CVS. They do get busy, and often have to wait in line, but it's like that everywhere and sure they do their best. Most of all, I want to thank the pharmacists there, for informing me without lecturing me about certain medications. I'm old, tired, been through hell with this body, and have been lectured, I didn't like it, thanks for the respect.

Very rude on the phone! I tried to tell the lady that I was on hold for so long and she just kept yelling at me and over talking me telling me that you know we're busy here we're doing a lot of things here but not just sitting down doing nothing! I told her I understand that but I was on hold for at least 45 minutes stuck in their automated voice system couldn't get to the pharmacy and then when I got to the pharmacy I was on hold for about 30 minutes and then somebody answered the phone but they put the phone down on the desk. I could hear them talking I can hear her ringing somebody up I was so afraid she was going to hang up on me again This is my third time going through this and I just had to have a prescription transferred from one CVS Pharmacy to the other CVS Pharmacy because I move. I called my old pharmacy and told him I wanted to transfer my prescription to another CVS in another town. They told me I had to call that pharmacy and that other town and I said even though it's the same CVS? And she said yes. So I had to hang up with her And then call the other pharmacy Well after being on hold with them for 45 minutes and having them put the phone on the table and I can hear their conversation but nobody was answering me. When she answers the phone finally she was very irate and just very nasty on the phone with me! I was thinking about switching to Walgreens and I think I should have done that.

Pharmacist there on 08/22 told my mom to use a needle for her medication TWICE, “oh it’ll be fine.” He should be fired immediately. DO NOT use this CVS.

Decent service if you have 45 mins to spare. Not organized & quick to blame the doctor's office for failure to fill prescriptions... The Man uses them because it's 24 hrs. Not me...

Had the worst experience with this place and I have never had any bad experiences here. Laura has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My husband and I asked about a specific product that we know they carry and she didn't want to help. She also laughed in our faces as we were about to walk out the door. This is NOT what a cashier is supposed to do, they are supposed to be the face of the store and she was plain out rude. Something needs to be done about her.

Yeah they really are the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Each and every month they need an authorization from my insurance which puts a hold on the prescription. I’ve asked them to remove this every month. And come the next month, the same process. I have been driving through the drive theu window for over an hour now. They keep telling me to come back in 20-30 minutes. They have all my records. The insurance won’t cover the meds. I pay cash. Shouldn’t be an issue right?! Well cvs can’t seem to handle it. I’ve reported it. Nothing is fixed. I’m tired…some of us have full time jobs that don’t have the time to deal with this stuff. Fix your process.

if you need answers this is not the CVS for you. I dont think the pharmacy has EVER answered the phone.. its beyond obnoxious as theres always a bunch of people working. They also took it upon themselves to cancel my prescription and not tell me so that was really cool

3rd shift staff is very rude. I came in at 3 in the morning to get some milk. I walked up to the self checkout. My hands were full so i set my stuff down and walked over to the as seen on tv stuff and the cashier quickly walked up to the self cheand turned them off and walked back over to the other isle and continue stocking. I grab my things and made a gesture letting her know i was ready to checkout. I stood the therecfor another 10 minutes waiting on her. She had a really bad attitude. I wish i could've read her name tag. Just thr way she acted was very inappron priate. As soon as I finish checking out she immediately walks back over and turn the self checkout back on

I have had nothing but the utmost personable and courteous service at this CVS. The pharmacists have always been extremely patient and go out of their way to answer any question I might have..... Especially the night pharmacist. I trust his knowledge completely. Overall a Great Team in my opinion.... I love the store.

Our normal cvs is closed because the employees have COVID. We were forced to use this cvs because of that. We called. They didn’t have the drug in stock. No biggie. The person (GINA) said they would call around. They did. Found another cvs close by that had it in stock. She was about to hang up on my husband before he had a chance to ask questions and he said wait wait wait to get her attention and she said WHAT?! She was so rude! As someone who has worked in pharmacy for 14 years I know it’s stressful. However my employer would write me up for talking to a patient that way (especially when the patient wasn’t the least bit rude to begin with). The fact that these large chain pharmacies can treat people the way they do and stay in business makes me sick.

The pharmacist Carly almost made me cry, she was so rude. While she was on the computer she asked for my insurance card and when I placed it on the desk she didn’t say “thank you” or acknowledge it in any kind of way, so I thought okay, maybe she didn’t notice. When I said “ummm… here’s my insurance card” she rudely snapped back saying “I’m doing several different things at the same time right now!” and she said it very slowly as if she thought I was mentally impaired. Ummm I have ADHD, not autism!!!! It was so rude and blatantly offensive, my mom overheard this and became angry and came over to see what was going on, and noticed I was tearing up. Upon noticing my mom beside me, she then said “Oh, I just had a really long day today.” No sorry or anything. Despicable! A long day is no excuse for taking it out on a customer! Then when I went to pick up my medicine when it was ready she saw me and her eyes bulged out like a deer in headlights and she stepped back and said “Oh!”, yeah, gee, I wonder what that was about… I mean they had JUST called my name two minutes prior because my prescription was ready, so what the heck was she surprised about?! It honestly felt like she was judging me for my appearance or something. I’ve been getting my prescriptions from here for 10 years now, but I’m going to try to switch pharmacies.

The pharmacy is pretty good although they do have one cashier there that is very inappropriate. She is fairly new and a younger white girl. My children and I have quite a few meds that we get every month. This girl makes comments every single time about the amount of prescriptions we have. She has something to say about each one of us. It is extremely embarrassing and very unprofessional. Also, if you are put on hold when you call, most likely you will be, they are blaring some extremely loud and obnoxious music. I normally wouldn't say anything about it but I seem to spend more and more time on hold. When I mentioned it to the gentleman that finally answered, he said he could do nothing at all about it. I don't think that is true. I don't think he wanted to be bothered with it. Over all though, it is a very good pharmacy and the staff is very kind and helpful, with the exception of the one cashier.

This location now takes lunch 130-2 which I understand. So I was in line more then 5 mins till. The man in front of me was taking his time when he finished they just dropped the metal gates as if I wasn’t there and with no acknowledgement of me. I was their before their breaks began I should have been served. This is rude I will be moving my business where I feel like a valued customer.

I've experienced several issues with the Belmont CVS pharmacy. You typically have to wait a long time to get to the drive up window. They can't spell long last names and are not very professional about it. I was told by the online refill system it would be ready at 1:30. At 3pm when I get to the window, the girls says just circle the building and get back in line and it will be ready. There are 5 cars behind me which would take at least 30 more minutes added to my already 15. No thanks, do yourself a favor and find a smaller pharmacy or online pharmacy where you are not subjected to this terrible customer service.
