They don't Carry very much at all. Choices are very limited. And what little things they do carry. They are almost always out of because it's the only major grocery store in town. Needs to be a Walmart and another food lion in town. And watch those prices. They love to mention a deal. But it's the usual price. Not a deal. Otherwise they Jack prices up on things if you're not paying attention you might get swept up into it. This FL is okay but somewhat ridiculous. And I miss the nice workers that have been for years. The newer people aren't as nice, not helpful and certainly not knowledgeable about anything in the store. But it's all we have unless you go to Washington.

Very rude employees. Wilma Clark act like she has and attitude everytime you check out with her, to the point I rather shop at speedway cause some of the employees have a nasty attitude.

I am at the point where I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next grocery store or spend more at the convenience store than shop here. There are very few decent employees left. The attitudes I have dealt with and then the way I saw a manager speak to another employee was appalling. I guess the "remodel" made a bigger change than anticipated... To make matters worse, their selection is basic, produce has to be checked because it tends to be bad. ...Just be careful.

It is what you expect out of a food lion. We have been met very nice staff and they usually have what you need. Not the biggest selection, but the convenience makes up for ot.

Workers are nice. Whoever is in charge of ordering and just overall management is pretty horrible. Never have the same things. Never order enough. Always selling rotted or almost rotting fruit, veggies and meat. Have to drive to Washington so might as well for everything...Just alot of things you won't have to deal with if you drive to Washington.In the 4 years I've lived here it's only gotten worse.Goodluck finding someone who cares either. If you ask them to order something they'll just stop getting it all together.

I've been using their order online with pickup for about 2 yrs now. It costs just 1.99 to have them do your grocery shopping for you. They have been extremely accurate with my orders and the pickup time is less than 5 mins. Give it a try through their app or website. It's very user friendly. Only 4 stars bc of product deletion which may not be their fault.

Stopped in Food Lion after church today for some deli chicken.... got a big box of teriyaki drumsticks and thighs... They were absolutely terrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry and the sauce was tasteless. Will be a while before we shop at the deli again.

This Food Lion is always clean and in a good arrangement. Very easy to find everything. The manager is very pleasant. Usually if they are busy they will open up another lane to accommodate. This is my favorite grocery store in the Beaufort County area

Many items that we've grown to regularly purchase seem to be discontinued. Hard to ignore the many empty shelves. Now, after buying our Christmas trees here for years, they're not offering them. Bah Humbug!

They never have half of what you go to get. Aisles are full of employees trying to restock during the day. Shopping carts have been scarce many times. Too many EBT customers that hoard all the sale items then turn around and sell it

Great place for small town eastern North Carolina, providing food options otherwise not available in rural areas. Lookout for coupons and I suggest food lion to do a weekly sale or discount cart to save money for poorer families and soon to expire food items. Keep up the good work and friendly staff.

They need more selection. Didn't have the mini muffins I usually buy at the other Food Lions in Washington. A nice man who helped me at the deli said they sell out of those particular muffins everyday because a lady comes in and buys them all. So please make more for the rest of us then!Had to wait behind 3 people to check out because only 1 register was open. On a busy Saturday evening, they could've called for customer service so another employee could've helped or they just could have 2 cashiers working. It's a small town store, with fewer options and no associates to help out with anything.

This food lion had some very good deals. And it smelt like cookies all thru the store. I was greeted by a young man 👨 who asked me if I needed any help let him know. Very pleased with the customer service.

The Belhaven Food Lion is where my wife and I shop at. The friendly people that work there are very helpful whenever we are there. I came across a $10 bill folded laying in the aisle floor. I saw the manager Cassandra and gave it to her hopefully the owner would get it back.

The people who work in the deli act like it pisses them off if you want to get something. They are also good at ignoring you when you walk up to the counter. If there was another grocery store he I would patronize them instead of this Food Lion.

Worst hot food bar in the County. Not even sure what the wings are made of, rubbery. Compared to the lil Washigton FoodLion, Belhaven is shameful. Salads are impossible to get, especially the chicken tender ones. Guess we get the leftovers after all.
