I go here to eat food at Donna's deli in the back. She always has something good to put in your gut. Her prices are reasonable too. I do check out the truckload meat sale when it's running. They have butchers on site that can cut you just what you want. Ask for Jamie.

If you love a really good breakfast biscuit, Donna’s Deli at the Pig is your place! Located in the inside of Piggly Wiggly in the back of the store you will find a small little restaurant where the locals love to go. It is lined up in the morning for their incredible made from scratch cheddar biscuits. The cheese is blended in the biscuit batter and baked to perfection. Eat as is or add your favorite filling from eggs, sausage, chicken, or bacon. They are huge. I can never finish a whole biscuit. They also serve breakfast platters and sausage and gravy. Donn’a is also popular at lunch time for their fried chicken, baked spaghetti, fried flounder (on Fridays), burgers, and hotdogs.

I come here to get my meats. They have fresh cut meats (daily) and at the best prices too! (Although everything else in this store is pretty expensive ).

Good for bulk items (think family fish fry and seafood boils). They have a variety of items. Some old-fashioned foods and ingredients you can't find other places. The deli offers a hot bar.

If you are in the area around breakfast time I highly recommend stopping at Piggly Wiggly for breakfast at Donna's Deli (located in the back right corner of the pig). They have the best bacon egg and cheese biscuits in the morning and their cinnamon rolls are to die for!

Piggly Wiggly has the best meats at a great price. Butcher available onsite. Fresh local produce. Great staff.Also has Donna's Deli, awesome food daily. Can also get meals & desserts for special occasions. Offers hiliday meals, just like home cooking.

It was after 5 when I got my handwritten payroll check. No one around would cash my check besides piggly wiggly. It was awesome and they were super nice about it. Spent 10% that I was going to buy anyway and I was on my way. THANK YOU!

Small, clean and neat. Not a huge selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, but a nice deli. Good place to get your weekend groceries for your beach trip. They sell coolers, if you forgot one. Also roasted chickens available. Nice meat counter.Great staff.

O man another welcomed preservation of American history I was absolutely giddy in the parking lot I moved from wash state n we used to have piggy wiggly stores n unlocked doors n so it was like a home coming for me great deli n great prices n they got all you need I promise n it isn't corporate of 500 companies but ma n pa what we founded this country by love it I vote yes

We enjoy the Pig. In and out. If other stores are out of something...you can usually find it at the Pig. We just had that happen when we were looking for a heavy cream nobody had it everybody was sold out went to the pig they had like a carton. They also have a little extras that other larger grocery stores don't have like budge made from local vendors and they have a deli in the back that serves breakfast and lunch great food and you can get stuff to take home has REN they have a small dining area. Most of our local firemen and emergency personnel eat breakfast there.

Vegetables were fresh. Meat department was outstanding ! I found out where the hometown butchers went. They are at Piggly Wiggly! Staff was friendly and helpful. The "Food Tiger" ( name changed to protect the guilty) was just down the street. I prefer a store with that small ,hometown experience!

I usually like going here because everyone is so friendly. Today was a different story. I had two check out people, a rude, surly girl with multicolored hair and a young man. She had her cell phone and a bottled drink right in front of her at the checkout and he had a drink and a cup with a straw as he bagged. She asked me if what I was handing her to weigh were sweet potatoes. Really? It wasn't some strange looking vegetable, it was sweet potatoes! Neither of them spoke a word to me, so as I left I said "thank you?" as a hint to her as what she should be saying at this moment. Her response was "You're welcome." The lines were filling up and a girl came to open another lane. I saw her being just as rude to her customers. I've never experienced rudeness in Piggly Wiggly before. Are we bothering you? Boring you? Paying your salary with our shopping at your store and keeping it open? I'm very, very disappointed.

I've always liked Piggly wiggly. While this one has great lunch and dinner plates to go, the meat department has gotten a little pricey. I recommend buying only what's on sale. With that said. The meats quality is fantastic.

I did not think I would ever see a Piggly Wiggly, but there it was in Beaufort! I have seen the movie Driving Miss Daisy millions of times and have always wondered if the Piggly Wiggly was still around. This store had items in it that I have not seen in YEARS!! Prices were reasonable, and from what I could tell, it looked pretty well stocked. If I have the chance to visit this area again, I will be stopping by!

Woman at the express lane was doing nothing but wouldn't ring my items up and then the Woman that did ring us up couldn't lift anything because her back was hurt. And things are a little pricey . We probably won't be going back.

I've been shopping here for years. I have tried other places but almost always use this store. I always find better deals on meats and a nice variety of fresh, locally grown produce. Staff is friendly, store is clean. Great low prices compared to everywhere else.

I find "the Pig" a very nice place to shop. I usually find what I'm looking for or something very similar. Their prices are comparable and the employees are very friendly and helpful.The location is very convenient, with immediate access to highway 70, with a parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Lines extremely long. Outdated inside. Looked like they are barely holding on to the store. Not a rich selection. Kind of set up like a morgue..chilly inside. And old tile every where and you can cancel out service..shop on your own. And wait to check out.brightly lit but no flavor or personality just there type of feeling.

Always find what I can't find in other stores. And some people think they are more experience but I go to several stores on the monthly shopping day and meats cannot be beat in price here. Always check adds, get coupons and look at more than one store. It takes time but when you live on my income it's worth the day to visit each store. Never go without a list of your needs. Things are going to get much worse so you better think ahead of what you will need when no stores has anything on the shelves.
