The cashier was rather rude, along with the manager Mike. Any retail store knows that if you have more than one item in a section marked down, then you honor the new price. Had three core items on clearance and refused to mark down based on their own mistake. The store itself is dirty, unorganized, and the rolltainers blocked most of the shelves. Pepsi products and trash were shoved underneath the shelves. I recommend skipping this store when you run your errands. Hwy 101s location and Otways are much better about following protocol and safety measures.

This store was clean and fully stocked of everything we needed for a quick outing to the beach. Sure mayday fast in and out shopping experience a breeze. The two beautiful staff members working that night even helped me pick up some of the things in the store which made my experience even more pleasant.

I love Dollar General with all my coupons and Saturday five dollars off just wish the one in town was stocked as well as 101. Have reduced buying many items because we refuse to buy anything made in china. I know it's hard but it's not Impossible if you look for it.

Signs for different area's were labeled well and above each area making things quick and easy to find. They also provide reserved parking directly in front of the doors with a low ramp. A public restroom is also located inside. Most importantly, they offer some great deals.

The person Checking me out today was very nice. I didn't get his name but I believe he is a manager. If he isn't he should be because he was very pleasant and helpful to me. He greeted me when I walked in and tried to help me with my questions. I used to avoid this store because of rude staff... but now I think I'll start coming back.

Very Friendly staff. Really like shopping there. I was buying some Generic Aleve & picked up the box, looked at the price & decided this was the one I wanted. Got to the counter and it rang up $2.00 more than I had seen on the shelf. I told the clerk there was a whole line of them behind this one & the price was why I picked that one. She went & looked & came back & said she would honor the lower price because they were misplaced in that area. I Thanked her & told her that was AWESOME Business. ****

I just love to pick up those good namebrand products at reasonable sale prices. It makes shopping fun. People chatting, help finding what you want, crowded aisles, interesting things you don't always find elsewhere, great prices on pet food, vitamins, spices. What can I say!!!

Always find neat things here. Kid crafts and house decor. Store is usually not crowded with people. Some aisles are hard to navigate like toys and seasonal.

Friendly staff, all with smiles and perhaps a story to tell if you chat them up. Well-stocked shelves of the usual type for a dollar general. We frequent this store for various items when we're in the area.

This place is ridiculous. Operating hours are posted on website (not correct) posts on front door (not correct) and sometimes the place ain't even open. Y'all just open when you feel like it. Man, I don't even stop anymore, just go on.

If it was possible for 0 stars that's what I would have chosen very nasty inside and out. Bathroom was so nasty I wouldn't have even let my dog pee in there. Staff is rude and very unhelpful

I went to Dollar General this morning and the store was clean as always the gentleman that check me out he was very polite answered all my questions and you don't find it a lot of stores so I will be shopping there again like I said the store was so clean everything was in place some of the Dollar General that I have visit or not like that

Everytime my son and I go into the dg in Beaufort,they treat us like family,they all know my son,and always make him feel good,In the summer time they have a fan blowing in the aisle,they know my son is afraid of it,they always turn it off cause they know..thank u my dg peeps

For some reason you have your closing time set as 9 pm on google but you actually close at 7 pm which is ridiculous. No dollar store closes that early and if you’re going to then at least change your time on google.

Not enough employees. Every time I get in a long line and wait for my turn I get half way to the register and then a different employee will come open the other register. Then the people behind me all run over to that one in reverse order so that now the person that hasn't been waiting at all gets to go before I do or even the people that have been in line longer. Happens every time. I dread going inside the Beaufort dollar general because you don't know if you will have this place ruin your day!

Place is always a mess. U-boats full of half unpacked boxes contesting the aisles. Employees too busy smoking and hanging out in the aisles to check people out... NEVER a quick trip. Wish we had FAMILY DOLLAR back in Beaufort!
