Dr. Rose is my grand dogs vet and he is wonderful. He's very caring and passionate about you and your pets. We had Dr. Mercer help us when we had to put our Dixie Gurl down. She explained everything that was about to happen. She is now our puppy's Dr and she loves him like we do. This is a great place for your fur babies 😍

We just moved to Pamlico County and transferred our cats to Coastal Pet Clinic. Awesome! Dr Laura and her vet tech, also Laura were great though my babies were nervous. Not pricey at all. Great atmosphere and waiting room. Receptionists/intake were prompt and friendly.

Dr. Rose has been our vet since moving to NC on Jan 2021. He is caring, attentive, and very knowledgeable. In the past month or so, our one dog has had several medical issues. During that stint, we’ve seen Dr. Mercer. She is WONDERFUL, equally as engaged and knowledgeable as Dr. Rose. She’s gone above and beyond to ensure my doggo is on the path to better health! An outstanding organization. From the 5 star service you get from the front staff, to the technicians, to the Vet assistants to the doctors. You can be assured your animal (you loving fur baby) is in great hands. I highly recommend as does Ripken my giant German Shepherd.

Tried to call them several times and no one would ever answer the phone. Mind you, this was during their normal business hours. Odd way to run a business. I went to Oriental instead. Friendly staff there who actually answers the phone.

So caring and reasonable. Dr Rose is always patient and considerate and takes his time to find out all the answers to our questions. His wife Patricia at the front desk is always accommodating and calm and genuinely kind and compassionate. I would not take my doggies anywhere else I trust them with my babies completely.

This was our first visit since we are new to the area. It was a very nice and clean office. The receptionist was extremely nice. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions even the silly ones. And the doctor that saw our kitty was very sweet and extremely helpful. We had questions from previous vets about our cat and this veterinarian was able to help us with all our questions. Very nice and friendly. I would recommend this veterinarian office to anyone that's looking for a nice friendly clean doctor's office for your little fur babies.

Nice vet. However the staff is questionable. Chick with the piercing and tattoos likes to be snide, then they whine when one stands their ground. Way over priced and perceived to be on the greedy side, quite so. The vet himself isn't in any way starving, a bit on the obese.side.... partially why they are expensive, over priced....... many compla8n about this..... find a different vet.... vets in Kinston are bynfar better and more reasonable. Seriously consider the Kinston vets 9ver these guys. You'll only get angry.

The staff are amazing, friendly to you and your pet as well as knowledgeable. I don’t know what I would do without them! We had taken our youngest dog to the emergency vet one night and she needed a surgery next day. I called CPC and they accommodated regardless of what they already had scheduled they made sure to get her in, I am truly thankful for them!

Dr. Rose and the entire staff are amazing people. I have worked around several vets as a professional dog groomer, and Dr. Rose is one of the most patient and kind veterinarians I have ever met. Dr. Rose and his staff are excellent. They're very knowledgeable, and really take time to explain procedures, diagnoses, and care options. They also truly listen and try their best to understand when pet owners may not have/use the correct terminology. And, they do all of this with a sensitivity and comforting demeanor that makes the "nonroutine visits" easier to bear.

Dr. Rose and his fantastic staff treated Rascal, my rat terrier, in the last year of his almost 18 year life. My great regret is that I did not take Rascal there when we moved here in 2008. You will never find a more caring and knowledgable vet then Dr. Rose. He is that rare doctor who not only knows his trade as well as he can, but also visibly loves the pets and treats their parents and them with the highest order of respect and caring.

My husband's boxer, Josie Myrtle, has been a patient of Dr. Rose since we brought her home at 8 weeks old approximately three years ago. She loves the entire staff and gets very excited when realizes where we are going! She is seen by Dr. Rose for annual exams, shots and illnesses. We wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Everyone here is great. They worked with me on my bill b/c an emergency arose with my other pet that required EVERY CENT of my savings to be spent@ the emergency clinic in Havelock. They didn't turn me away b/c I couldn't pay right then. Dr Rose ALWAYS takes his time & explains things very thoroughly & answer ALL of my questions. I will never take my pets anywhere else. (Except in an emergency, of course, if they are closed or cannot fit us in) the staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable, & kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FUR-BABY CLINIC!Update: I still love these people! They are so great and having a walk-in clinic on Thursdays evenings is really helpful when I can't get away from work during the week for an appt during normal business hours.

I took my Registered Service Dog (A Blue Fond Pitbull) by Coastal Pet Clinic for her first visit and her rabies vaccination. The staff was very helpful and well mannered. They even allowed me to stay with her when they gave her the shot. She didn't yelp or holler.They where even able to take in this little Midgit cat. That i could not take care of at the time.I would definitely Recommend Coastal Pet Clinic to my Family and Friends.
