I went there to get a room had a reservation was told I couldn't check in until 30 min later then they had no room ready. Said they had one went upstairs and it smelled like pot so bad we went back to get another room and that key didn't work. So we just went to get a refund and it will take 7 day I would not recommend staying here. They are very unprofessional and unpleasant. I was also told my 5lb dog had to set in my hot car for check in horrible experience

Free hot breakfast....when the only hot option is a waffle I don't consider that a hot breakfast waffle or cereal. Please don't say toast is a hot breakfast.Room had a snack size pillows for a large bed seriously those are for a couch not even a single bed let alone a king size. Clean roomRooms: Terrible pint size pillows

I have stayed at better and worse. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The outside corridor entrance was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel can use improvements; the shower tub did not drain well and there's a noticeable gap where the door joins the jam allowing light and air temperature into the room. Coffee was pretty decent.Room 130Rooms: Shower did not drain well.Door doesn't seal tightly. Both light and differing air temperatures entered my room (130)Noteworthy details: The outside open corridor has the appearance of being shady. Numerous beer bottle caps and cigarette butts litter the ground.

There are over a dozen other hotels right in this area, just choose one of those instead. Especially if you are a young woman, this place will not make you feel safe.I've never had a hotel give me a "breakfast pass for one" card before, but that's just the beginning. When I was given the pass I thought, "wow, the breakfast must be really good for the receptionist to go through the extra trouble of informally handwriting a breakfast pass on a random piece of paper for every room. They must have people trying to sneak in all the time to take it!"Nope. It turns out it definitely wasn't that the breakfast was really good. I actually can barely understand putting in that kind of effort to make sure no one sneaks in to steal... a waffle? A bag of quaker oat oatmeal? An old apple? Must be a very impoverished area to need to ensure no one steals a bad hotel waffle...I never saw any of the other guests with a "breakfast pass" nor anyone wondering where we should be turning them in (no one was present in the room or at the front desk to collect them). No one asked me for my pass, I had to actually offer it to the receptionist when I finally saw her myself. Strange. The door to my room was so stuck that I actually thought my key was broken at first. Nope, it was the door that was broken. I had to slam my body against it *while in the pouring rain with all of my bags* THREE TIMES before it finally budged... and I stumbled into the room nearly falling over. This repeated every single time I went to open the door. The pillows were tiny. The bathroom had no fan (which I always like to use for extra white noise because hotels are so noisy, this one was definitely no exception including up until midnight).I'm a young woman traveling alone by the way, so thanks for giving me a bunk door I need to slam against multiple times to get through. Made me feel really safe in the area that is apparently so full of thieves that they regularly steal hotel waffles. The receptionist was not a girl's girl, that's for damn sure. There's a bit more, but I'll just say that this was one of the very few times in my life that I've felt that a woman could be described as "creepy."And I guess I'll be the one to tell the owner: maybe don't give paying guests a weird breakfast pass that they have to wonder or worry about so you can protect your 75 cent quaker oatmeal packets. Or just have the receptionist actually monitor the lobby like every other hotel? Or, hell, keep the breakfast passes but get better food that's worth fussing over.Just horrible vibes. Easily in my top 3 worst hotels and I've been to a lot of hotels with very low expectations.

I love the location, quiet. Yeah, you hear cars, but it's not like it's really disturbing you.The one thing I REALLY disliked about this hotel is the bathrooms.I hate when the sink is not in the same room as the toilet.Like image, you finish using the toilet, and you touch the door/door handle. Then you turn off the light, which, by the way, is on the outside of the bathroom. Then you are just constantly contaminating your area. Whether you wash your hands or not. Also, the shower curtain will not fully close, so when you shower, water splashes onto the floor, and now your towel carpter is soaked. The shower curtain was pretty moldy and smelled awful. They were helpful, breakfast socks.Laundry, $2.00 to was & $2.00 to dry, dryer, so not the best as it won't fully dry your clothes. It does look like they are remodeling some rooms, so it may improve in the future.

This was a quick stop to sleep. And if I came back through, I would stop again for sure. From the check in to the wake up and go. 5 stars. The young man at the check in was super friendly and helpful. The rooms, were recently renovated, very nice. And so clean. Housekeeping is on point! Thank you for being here, and to all staff for taking pride in your work. It shows in all the details.

Staff was pleasant. Room and grounds are not like the photos. Very run down and dirty. Trash all over. Our room was non smoking but smelled of smoke and it was falling apart. It was dirty ( carpet made my sons feet black. See photo) found underwear in our bathroom. So gross! And so many flys in our room. We arrived very late or we would have changed hotels. Traveling with two tired young kids and just needed sleep. Stay somewhere else!

I stayed here for 12 days while my semi was in the kenworth shop.I have a small dog and quality inn was quite accommodating. Only a $15/night pet fee when most charge $25.Was given a “pet friendly” room, I think they only have some rooms allowing pets.Had a nice patch of grass right outside the room.My stay was quiet. Really couldn’t hear anyone around me. Service would check every day or two to see if I needed anything.Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed. No signs of bedbugs or other critters unlike reviews for other motels in the area.Zero complaints.

Great quiet location right off I-95. Beth at checkin was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet. Water hot but wish the pressure was a bit better (not bad, I'm just picky since I have super strong water pressure at my house). Only thing I would change would be them not offering a full continental breakfast as there was coffee, waffles, and cereal + toast/English muffins but no eggs or sausage, etc. Overall, great value for a pleasant stay. Bonus- right next to well lit gas station for easy fill up before continuing on your road trip.

For $107.00 I expected a more. This Motel was very dirty. And very much so unsatisfactory, towels were stained the covers were not cleaned neither. The bathroom was disgusting. This was very disappointing especially after traveling so many hours and being in an unfamiliar place its difficult to choose somewhere to get rest. Needless to say I didn't sleep while I was there. This place really needs to be reviewed by ownership and take in consideration this is a place for individuals/families to stop and get rest and clean up. Neither of which we were able to do while there.

I enjoyed my stay here. The only thing was that the toilet was making a shrilling noise all night. Even when the handle was jiggled a bit. But it wasn't enough to complain about. The room was clean & spacious. I didn't get to enjoy breakfast but the set up I seen while checking in was really nice. The only con I had was that I paid the $50 deposit & it took almost 3 weeks for the money to be returned to my card. I literally had to call twice about it before it was placed on my card in 2 days. So you have to watch that, but otherwise an amazing deal & stay.Rooms: Very clean & spacious. Towels were clean & bathroom was clean as well.Safety: In a very small town, directly off of the highway. Two small convenient stores literally right across from the hotel, but they close around midnight I think.

RUN! Lesson learned trying to save a buck. I wouldn’t stay even if it was free, even if I was paid! I would rate 0 if possible. Dirty and disgusting, absolutely inexcusable. It smelled of mold, furniture was filthy, insects crawling on the walls, dead flies on the air everywhere. I have never felt so uncomfortable and uncleanly in my entire life. The shower was one of the most dirty places of all. Pictures are completely deceiving, staff is unkept and rude.I knew as soon as I checked in that I was in trouble. I have stayed in some seedy hotels, but this was by far the absolute WORST.

It’s located in a convenient place because it’s close to the I-95, so if you need a place to stay overnight this will do. The room was clean and no weird smells were detected. I did feel a little uncomfortable sleeping in the bed due to it having stains but since I always come prepared, I put my own cover on the bed. The breakfast was simple: waffles, cereal, cupcake, coffee, juice and milk. Besides the sheets being somewhat dirty, I have no complains and would suggest this quality inn.

My smoke detector started going off at 3am. I took it off the wall and put it on the other bed where it stopped beeping. An hour later, it started beeping again so I matched it up to the front desk. In the morning when I complained about it, all they could say was thanks for letting us know. Way to go on great customer service! Not! They obviously don’t want to gain any recommendations for their hotel from me! Will not be staying again!

We were traveling home to ME from SC. The reason I gave this only 3 stars was that they charged my boyfriend $15.00 extra for a room that accepts pets and the carpet was still wet from the cleaning before and at about 1 a.m. we discovered that the heater didn't work. My poor cat kept us up all night because of whatever was in the room before us.On a positive note the hotel actually serves breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The lady who was working the front desk was very nice and we met a lovely couple from Ukraine.

Was impressed with how comfy the bed was. I slept like an angel. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. You cannot beat the price for what you’re getting. And the free breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Fresh waffles and Jimmy mean package sandwiches that you can take with you if you’re in a rush

The room was not clean. It looked like it at first glance but it was obviously not. Residue on counters, shower had pubic hair in it among other things. I would’ve asked for another room but was too tired as I checked in after midnight and my young daughter already got settled. Someone was banging on the door at 5:30 am. Would definitely not recommend.

Quality Inn Battleboro was in a somewhat rural location just off I-95. There was a Shell station next door, with some food options, Hardee's, Denny's, and Waffle House just around the corner and down the street. The town of Rocky Mount was about a 10 minute drive, with more food options, shopping, and groceries. Staff was friendly and when we requested a first floor room, we ended up with a large handicap bathroom. Room was pretty basic and seemed clean, but the towels we felt were good and some of the best of our trip. Basic breakfast the next morning, but other options nearby.

I'm giving this quality inn a five star. It's a five star compared to the other motels in this area. It's clean, and comfortable. The pool is open, they serve breakfast, waffles, pancakes, cereal, juice. If you're staying in this area, I would recommend quality inn. The staff were nice & respectful. The area isn't too good, nothing to do, we stayed one night and back on the road the next day.

So I'm a frequent choice member. Check in is 2pm. Arrived 130pm and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. We were then told our room was not ready and told to come back.We arrived back 40 minutes later and room ready but didn't smell clean. Husband was OK with it we stayed. The TV didnot work staff helped us and changed rooms. The new room had no heat and hot water. We had to leave to shower. Decided not to complain any more just never come back. Then our room key wouldn't work and I was Judy over it

Clean room. The furnishings were very nice, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will stop here again as I travel through yearly. It was more than I expected for such an inexpensive stay. I was very pleased, maybe next year we can leave enough time for a dip in the pool!!!

We have stayed here when traveling to Maryland to visit family. Our few over night's at Quality inn in Rocky Mountain NC were pleasant and the rooms were acceptable, clean and comfortable. This year was different in many ways. When we entered the room we were met with an unpleasant odor, I really can't describe it. The TV was on and I don't know why it was left on. Perhaps the cleaning staff left it on. The bathroom floor was sticky so we put a bath towel down to cover the floor. There were some things out of place, like the chair for the desk was on the opposite side off the room next to the bed. The picture on the far wall was at an angle. The room just looked unkempt. We were tired from traveling all day on I-95 And just wanted to rest , that's why we just delt with it and stayed the night. I don't think we will be staying at this particular hotel on our next trip north.

Came in really late, and the front desk staff got us a room quickly. Amazing customer service even offered us refreshments. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable at least as much as a hotel bed can be. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend to others of you are going to stay by there.

Well...this location seems to draw the rowdy bunch crowd on the weekend. The room was fine-you what you pay for, ya know? TRUCKERS-YES-there really is parking in a rear gravel lot AND plenty parking directly across the street. The customer service was AMAZING! From the front desk to housekeeping-the ladies we interacted with were fantastic. 🎊 🎉
