Love this place. The owner is the coolest. All the fishing info you could ever need. Mr Johnnie is a great guy. The ladies are nice. Best live bait and prices in my area. The owner. I wish I could remember his name. Young guy , actually took time to set up my pole!! Now thats unbelievable customer service. Thanks guys. This is Dee the manager of the ABC. I WILL BE BACK ASAP.

I stopped in and asked for just a simple propane tank for my portable gas grill. I asked the man up front and only expected him to point me in the right direction. He said he had them in a couple spots so he walked me to the tanks and helped me find what I needed much faster than my searching on my own. I was very grateful with him and ended up having a polite conversation with him about this is what America is missing good people helping each other out. It was more than just good customer service with a smile, it was pride and respect. I highly encourage you to shop there.

Terrible customer service. They could care less if you shop at their store or not. I told them i wanted to EXCHANGE a 6.oo item and buy another item and they said no exchange without a receipt. I even said "you will make money on this transaction "and they said no. I went to the lady i bought the item from and she didnt care either. So I went to my truck to leave and found the receipt. Went back in and got a refund. Didn't buy the extra items there. Went to Lowes. I told them I would never be back and they did not care. Unreal.

Battleboro hardware has been in the same place for many years, and it has stood the tests of floods, storms, and the worst of depressions that we have encountered. The friendly staff and cool management is the reason why I will continue to visit and shop here. The prices maybe beat in other locations but the customer service and hospitality the staff provide outweighs everything else. Go shop with them people, they have plumbing, electrical, gardening, tools, animal foods and toys... And pets not forget their most impressive FISHING SECTION!!!! NOTHING BUT LOVE 💕💛💞
