I stopped in this week for a nail trim for my two dogs. The team handled it quickly and gently. They definitely care for animals and were wonderful. Highly recommend.

took both my dogs in a few months ago.. They are friendly dogs anyway and was told they did very well and behaved. I noticed that the dog smell did not come back for some time, so I was also very happy about that. I did go in months before I took my larger dog in and asked about a bath for her. The owner was pretty short with after telling her my dog was part pit about not wanting to work on a dog that bites and that I need a rabies voucher. So I was hesitant to go back with my dog and a foster a few months later. Anyway, my foster was only 26 lbs compared to my Pit 68lbs and I told her they could be put together in a cage while waiting to get their shampoo. I am sure this woman did not remember me from my first visit. I can't imagine doing this job and she was obviously very busy and yes she should make sure dogs have their shots. Sometimes we should not judge out of the gate, and that goes for both parties. I will take my dogs back. I was happy with the service and the cost. I am also reading another review about a dog dying there. And an autopsy report says their dog hemmeraged from heart lung and liver.. Anyone who thinks that giving a dog a bath could cause these things has to be nuts. Tragic as it is, Obviously this dog had issues the owner was not aware of and it was just bad timing where the dog was when this came to a head.

I won two gift cards for this business. I called and confessed he is not a good boi. They texted back asking if he was a biter...he is not ...he is a runner...they accepted the new client. I am not sure who is more neurotic, my dog or myself but I sat in the parking lot as they did a bath and groom. I was offered no scent shampoo and they really went above and beyond to meet the needs of a 19 lb holy terror. He looks great! Husband even said he looked great but still cant get on furniture.

I can’t comment on their grooming, but this boutique was a life saver! We’re in Banner Elk for vacation when our 120 pound Newfoundland escaped to a pond and went for a swim. The boutique was booked and not able to give our pooch a bath, but they offered all the necessities to bathe him back at our house. They even gave us a bottle of pumpkin spice dog cologne to spray on him after we bathe him. Customer service was 5 stars!

This place is great!!! I am from out of town and I called at 3pm on a friday and ask for an appointment..of course they didn't have an opening but Angie (the owner) said bring her in and I will work her in.. well we did and she did an excellent job on our fur baby.. she looked great.. thanks impeccable pooch we will be back when back in town. We may just have to make trips just to get our babys haircut. Thank you Deana West

Excellent grooming service! My dogs always look great after being groomed at Impeccable Pooch. I like the fact that the grooming area is visible to customers. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I would not give one star but that is the only way I could write a review.August 2016 I take my perfectly healthy 3 year old Cocker Spaniel to be groomed. Drop him off 10:30am heard nothing all day so I 3:55pm I call the man says he is not ready yet. Then I am told he would be cut a little shorter than I like. Within 15 minutes I get a phone call & text saying "emergency" I was already on my way to pick him up I call to see what is wrong???? when the man tells me "Tucker, didn't make it" He is "DEAD." I am devastated needless to say. When I get there within 5 minutes. Tucker, my Baby is laying on a table next door at the vet's office. He was DEAD when took to vet. Autopsy performed immediately at nearest facility that I could get one done.My baby had hemorrhage from heart , lung, & liver.That's all I can say for now. You can draw you own conclusions.The owner Angie would not even come to vet office which is next door & talk to me. I had to go to shop to ask her. She had a very lame answer. NEVER did anyone apologize to me. No "I am sorry" no remorse at all. I am still in shock. The man did suggest I put my furbaby in a box & put in back of truck.... Heartless Bastard knows what happened to my baby. I only pray he gets a special place in Hell for his actions. I have never been treated so cold. I am still in shock.The vet gave me a towel I wrapped my baby in & took him to animal hospital for autopsy.😭😭😭😭😭So if you love your BabyTake it somewhere else😈😈😈😈Please share this information with friends. I have paperwork to prove everything I am saying. This is not a vicious rumor. These are true facts.

I have been taking my very nervous, high anxiety Cockapoo to Angie for about the years . I just moved out of the area and would drive an hour and half to use her services. Her and her staff do a fantastic job and lillie is very comfortable with them. Thank you Angie

Ms Angie at Impeccable Pooch is a "Miracle Groomer"...took a very matted Bichon Frise to her and was worried she would have to cut short his long showcoat, but mysteriously she was able to get out all mats. Also dog did not appear to be stressed or upset after a lengthy time on table. Very grateful to have found a patient, knowledgeable , caring Person in Banner Elk, also her husband who does the bathing seems very gentle, kind, and wonderful. They both also take you very serious and listen without rushing you to any special concerns you may have, or to how you want the dog to look after they finish! Forever grateful, Lindi and Pyxie (the Bichon).
