Crazy good choices, love this treat stop. Ordered the doggie ice cream for the first time and both pups sniffed but wouldn’t taste 😂🤔so next time they’ll split a scoop of vanilla. I had my choices narrowed down to 3 and they made me a scoop with thirds❗️😊

Such a cute little ice cream shop. We had a bunch of different flavors (cookiejar, chocolate moose tracks, peanut butter cup, and something else). To make a long story short…the ice cream was super yummy and the flavors were so unique! Totally recommend.PS. Our dogs loved the french vanilla! Who ever served us was super nice and allowed us to bring in our dogs briefly so we could choose what flavors we wanted.

We love getting an after dinner ice cream here. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ice cream portion was generous & delicious. It can get busy at certain moments.

The ice cream is absolutely amazing, and I love the waffle bowls!! It's really cool how they have a punch card too. (It's so good I forgot to take a picture before I ate half!!) THE SCOOPS ARE HUGE 😍

Took my family of five to get an after -dinner treat. We walked in at 7:53. Lady was cleaning tables and trying to stack chairs when we walked in and continued to clean. We stood at the counter waiting for a few more minutes. I then asked if she was the only person working, and she said yes.I then asked if she was mad at us for coming in ten minutes before they were closing. She said no but continues to clean and then turned the OPEN sign off at 7:55. After waiting another 3 minutes for her to finish cleaning, we just left. She then locked the door behind us as another group tried to enter (still before 8:00 when they are supposed to close).Terrible customer service!!!

Staff was friendly, ice cream was tasty, and they have gluten free sugar or cake cones! We came after dinner and there was plenty of seating outside. It is also next to an arcade and lots of parking.

Great place. Highly recommend. They make their own waffle cones so it always smells delicious. The ladies are always patient with my 2 boys they are learning how to properly order. This is one of our spots!

It is a cute ice cream shop in the beautiful town of Banner Elk and I love the taste of my oreo ice cream. If you are adventurous, you can try some of their unique-flavored ice cream selection. Service was good and fast too and the place was neat. I love the pretty and healthy plants they have in front of the store.

We came here with my friend and their family for a Labor Day trip.On Saturday, the ladies here treated us with respect and gave us the free scoop if we found the golden spoon.The next day, it was a different story. It was very busy and the line was long. So my toddler was fussy and tapped the glass window. The lady who was getting ice cream for the customer in front of us gave us a mean stare. When it was our turn she didn’t even greet or say anything to us. So instead of holding the line for for their golden spoon we just paid and left. (The lady that rung us up on their system didn’t say anything so we just look at how much we owe them put our card in and left without my receipt).Not sure if she had a bad day since it was busy. But it shouldn’t be an excuse. 5 stars for Saturday & 3 stars for Sunday.

7.50 for one scoop, staff was wearing no gloves after using her phone for five minutes straight, no soap, no hand washing, and was suuuper close to my food with no mask and her mouth open. Super cute shop horrible experience! Response from owner just says that this type of price gouging is there main source of business!

Awesome ice cream store, it is our favorite place to go on the weekends! Rotating flavors every week or so, you have to try the Raspberry Rendezvous. Super friendly staff as well, definitely check it out when in Banner Elk

What a treat! Literally!! What a TREAT!! 🍨🍦🍧We shared a (huge) scoop of Sea Turtle and it was fantastic!!The service is excellent! 🔥It's nice that they don't try to have every flavor on the planet and stick to a few (core) flavors.

Nice variety of flavors that seemed unique to it. Workers were nice and seemed to enjoy their time. They had a challenge to find a scooper in the park for a free scoop, which I would have loved to do, but didn't have time.

If you are visiting Banner Elk, be sure to talk a walk and visit BE Scooped for some ice cream. It’s a nice little shop next to an arcade. Cute little place to visit.

Girls they're always super friendly. Decent selection of ice cream. Prices on the other hand are crazy expense. They have ice cream for your dog good idea but a little tiny scoop his unbelievably priced. I guess for the people that own summer homes or are here on vacations probably afford this. Locals on the other hand tend to go down the street towards Lowe's food on the right inside of the street and get ice cream for less than half they charge here.

I was there with my family on Saturday. A young lady was working and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She was extremely patient with my two young children as they chose their ice cream flavors. We had some questions about the area and she answered our questions and chatted with us for several minutes. Very pleasant experience and great ice cream. Highly recommend.

Great ice cream. Good big scoops. Wide selection of flavors. What more can you ask for? That also make their own waffle cones, which is a nice touch. They let you take your time picking flavors, too, which is nice, since a lot of places like to rush through the line.

So yummy! I got the Sea Turtle, my husband got strawberry, and my service dog got treated to their special doggie ice cream! We all loved our treats, and service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be returning throughout our vacation!

They have Gluten Free cones!!! I am enjoying one now with the NSA Apple Pie. Wow! I'm not picky about many things but I am super picky about ice cream. The NSA Apple Pie is the perfect balance of not-too-creamy, not-too-thin, and not-too-sweet. The taste isn't fake or overpowering. Same with the Marion Blackberry- that would be delightful with hot berry cobbler/crisp. It's delightfully tart and tastes like fresh blackberries. My kids got the coffee ice cream and that one tastes great too- nice strong coffee flavor.The lady who helped us was super nice and patient with our party of 7. They also only let in one group at a time and have hand sanitizer at the front, which made me feel good about letting the kids in for a few minutes to pick flavors.

First time here and I discovered it via Google. The large chocolate milkshake was delicious...thick yet can get through a straw. They had about a dozen ice cream flavors. Waffle cones were being made which looked and smelled so sweet. No doubt they were scrumptious. I'll get that next time I visit.
