Wonderful community focus, complete with sitting and chatting area in the front of the store around a coffee table...the staff loves to talk with locals - weather, planting, kids, high school sports, you get the idea. Oh and they will help you find anything you need and they know a lot about what the customer needs. This is a real hardware store.

They are great and if ask they have great ideas about a work around if what you're needing isn't available. My go to place and they treat me like family only better

My husband loves this hardware store. He says he can find what hes looking for here and they always seem to have it, when no place else don't. I know everytime I've went in with him the staff is always friendly and willing to help with any problem you may have.

These people are the nicest most helpful people I have ever dealt with in my life! They have helped me with my weed eaters, chainsaws, backpack blowers and lots of other equipment. They have my business for life. I recommend everyone using them if you need any Stihl power equipment! They have excellent mechanics that have repaired my old Stihl equipment in the past!

Well, you can always depend on the local Ace Hardware no matter where you're at in the big nation of ours...but these guys'll go another step further than yer average Ace.Thanks for keeping all the things needed by our rural community!Only way to improve yer business would be to offer Krispy Kream Doughnuts at the door!

I brought my back pack blower in to Ace under warranty in oct. 2021. With a blown engine Stihl warrant the new engine. The new updated engine needed but did not come with motor mount adapter brackets. Ace stated for 5 months that the adapters were on back order. After that 5 months of waiting I began to get a bit frustrated. I need a blower so bad I bought another blower while waiting 5 months.I called about a week ago to expedite the situation and the owners wife (SHERRY) answered the phone. She began being very rude stating if I didn't feel like they were doing a good job to call Stihl. And that she (Sherry) would leave blower in peices out in the parking lot for me to pick up and not come back there. I called Stihl customer service immediately afterwards. the part was never ordered wasn't on back order at all. I had the costume service man (Brian) order me a new part Ace hardware in ledger put the blower back together and it took three days from the time I called Brian till Ace called this morning saying I could come pick up my blower and ask I owed was for a spark plug. And I'm thinking to myself(I did there job and now I have to pay for a spark plug) I paid for the spark plug but I'll never go back there for my need. I have bought multiple Stihl products from them for my business but I'll go to Ace in Burnsville from now on. Stephanie is awesome no quames with her
