I have been coming to Shampoochi's for two years. They love my dogs and it shows. I have two standard poodles. They are happy when they go in and look super when they come out.Let's talk about caring. Ruth pulled me aside recently to let me know Ellie had a cataract in her one eye. I did know about this but the fact they she took the time to discuss it with me showed me Ellie was not just "another dog"The girls there are sympathetic and compassionate about what they do.Thank you for doing such a great job!!

We recently adopted a 2 year old maltipoo and a trip to the groomer was top of the list on things needed. The staff was amazing with our scared little guy! He walked in weathered and shaggy and came out with a fresh new look. Shampoochie Salon has definitely became our go-to for the future.

Totally butcher my poor baby, had the audacity to say she was matted all over which was a lie. Told her to keep her tail and ears long but shaved them all down too. Will never be returning, if you are looking for a dog groomer do NOT go here!!

I take all three of my dogs to Shampoochies! I have one shihtzu that had been “kicked out” of two other groomers due to her not liking her face being groomed and she has nipped before. The staff at Shampoochies is always so patient with her and has never complained or tried to upcharge me like the others. Great staff and affordable pricing!

Avoid this place like its the plague.First major issue....These people do not check vet records to ensure they are only working with healthy and vaccinated animals. Owner said,"i figure if someone is getting their dog groomed then they probably take them to the vet". K9 influenza is running rampant through our area but these clowns are clueless.Second major issueThe place stinks of cigarettes. Like a lot. You walk in the door and its all you can smell. Usually groomers smell like cleaning products or shampoo etc, this place on the other hand smells like they been hot boxing cigarettes.Couldn't run away from this place fast enough

Great place. These women love my fur baby like she is their own. I've never had an issue with them of coarse I bring my baby in before she's a hot mess like you can't expect them to work wonders if your dog looks like you just pulled it from a dumpster before and after pictures tell it all. Shout out to shampoochie for the amazing job you always do with my baby. I'll never take her anywhere else you guys are GREAT

Very knowledgeable staff here & very caring as well. We brought our 2 cats in for nail trims, my black/white cat Cookie is very old (about 16) they took such good care of him & even gave him a full groom because he needed it so bad since he can’t reach much anymore. He came back looking so great & soft. Very thorough wash & he thanks you guys there at Shampoochie!

First time going to Ms Ruth . My fur-baby has high anxiety but not with Ms Ruth she was comfortable right from the start. She was sitting clamly when I went to pick her up. Which made me every happy. Oh, did I mention she looks great. I highly recommend Ms Ruth, she's and angel.

My Toby loves it here! Shampoochie Pet Salon is the only place I had my Toby groomed at. Ruth Dunker went above and beyond to help me with him. I have been a customer for 20 years with Shampoochie and Groomer Ruth's. My dogs were always treated like her own and we're always happy and looked great. In my opinion there is no other groomer in North Carolina.

They did really good with my German Shepherd he smelled and looked great
