Cute little shop. I bought my dog a birthday cookie in the shape of a bone and he enjoyed it. He also enjoyed their Himalayan chews. There is a lot of parking nearby but how available it is depends on the time of day and day of the week. Staff was friendy. I've never taken my dog for grooming here, so I can't comment on that area.

We had recently moved to the area and were trying to find a high quality groomer after a few rough experiences, and boy, did we find it! The prices are a bit higher than what we are used to, but Devon did a fantastic groom on our little girl and made us feel at home and welcome from the minute we walked in. Our pup has a history of bad anxiety with the groomer, and not only was she wagging her tail while he talked to her, she wasn't shaking or nervous at all when we came to pick her up! His knowledge and warm personality made us feel very comfortable trusting him, and we will absolutely be coming back to see him.

We have been bringing our mini Sheltie to see Amanda for full grooming for over a year now and we are very pleased with our experience! Last year we moved and tried a different groomer that was closer and it was a horrific butcher job...since then Amanda has been very helpful in keeping our girl looking as nice as possible while we let her hair grow back out. Although a few months ago while talking to the shop owner about my concerns with our girl's coat I got the vibe that I was annoying her and she wanted me to leave so I wasn't super happy about that...Anyways, it's a super cute place and the displays are always adorable and very fun to look over when we go.

I've often shopped in this cute store and love their selection of treats, accessories, and quality foods. Recently, our Doodle got too big for me to continue grooming at home, so we made an appointment. Lilian did a fantastic job on him, and in a short time. I'm delighted with the results, and my dog was happy and calm when we picked him up. Thanks! We'll be back!

They always take wonderful care of Samantha Grace… who is a senior dog.They’re conscious of her age and adjust how they groom her. Their deshedding is the best! We get a dog about ⅔ smaller afterwards :)Plus the whole experience there is top notch. Worth driving from Weaverville.

Ahh mazing! We have never found anyone who can groom our 8 year old dog in his whole life. He's extremely fearful and HATES getting groomed, bathed or nails trimmed. He usually tries to growl and bite anyone trying to groom him. Including us! They did an AMAZING JOB and I have no idea what magic they performed but they said he was great and didn't try and bite them and they never had to muzzle him. He seemed really happy & relaxed when we picked him up. You have a customer for life! ❤️✨

We have been taking our schnoodle here to be groomed for over a year and couldn't be happier. They do an amazing job with our pooch and the big selection of dog treats/food is great. I also really like their text message reminder system. It helps us remember what day the appointments are on and lets us know when our dog is ready. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here 3 times the first 2 times I came they did a great job. This last time I wen they did such a bad job the groomer cut my dogs nails to short at on 5 of her nails there was blood. 1 of the nails that he had cut way to short I can see the dark mark on the nail. Will never be going there again!!

Make sure you have correct dog when you leave! Not only did they severely judge us on keeping our goldendoodles hair longer than the shaved poodle look but they gave us the completely wrong dog at checkout. Not easy to work with and not worth going there again.

Got our dog groomed for the first time ever and she looked so beautiful, shiny and smelt so good after! The employees are all so sweet and professional. Annie (our dog) loves their treats too! We will be going back.

Immensely helpful, great service! Was looking to find some treats for my dog to chew on to help redirect them from itching themselves (seasonal allergies). When I asked the employee what they thought would be best they gave me a wide variety of recommendations and had great knowledge of the product and talked throughly with me about them! From treats to toys! I bought what they showed me and so far it’s worked out beautifully! My dog couldn’t be happier with their new treats ☺️ Thank you!

This place is great!! My dogs absolutely LOVE it! Every time I visit Asheville I make a point to stop by here and get a few treats and stock up on food for my dogs. I've been buying their food here recently and have been extremely pleased (so have the dogs!). They also have very talented groomers! I love when I am able to bring my dogs to be groomed. I can't find anywhere that does as good of a job as the groomers here. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this place!

We drive all the way across town to take our two dogs to get groomed here. The best grooming service in town. Not too pricey, treat the dogs well, and I never worry about them. Our fur-babies never act upset to go see Amanda.Treat & toy selection is great too!!

We have lived in Europe, Asia and Chicago before moving to Asheville last year and this is one of the best groomers we have come across. Not only are the groomers there highly skilled, all the staff are genuine animal lovers and treat our dogs as if they were their own. The owner Ann Marie could not have been more welcoming when we first moved to the area and her passion for her store is obvious. We have a Westie and a miniature Bernedoodle and Alisha grooms them both beautifully. Through this period of self quarantine, having tried to groom them myself, I have a whole new appreciation for the art of grooming😀

Every time I walked into the store they’ve been so great at customer service. Everyone that I have interacted with from the regular retail person to the store manager to the groomer has been very professional and customer centric. The grooming that my dog received was top-notch. And I would highly recommend them. I will certainly be back with my dog for treats, toys, leashes, and grooming. Great store! Great service! We have been bringing our dog here for over a year for nail trims. In the beginning the groomer would come out of the back to let us hold our dog as they trimmed her nails, as she is an anxious pup! The last time we brought her by they quickly took her to the back without even asking her name. The back grooming area used to have a glass window, but it is now completely closed off to where you can't see your dog or the groomer. Disappointing change to what was a super welcoming safe place for our dog..

Always enjoy stopping by when in Biltmore Square! JR is always made to feel like a king! The staff is amazing and caring about both furry & human customers. Ample selection of treats, snacks, and toys. Particularly enjoy the cookie table and trying to figure out what to try next!

Just took my goldendoodle Hank here for his first grooming (as he just turned 7 months old). All I can say is WOW!!! The staff here are amazing! From calling in to make a same day appointment to leaving with a happy and beautifully groomed doodle, these folks really treat you like you’re their only client and care so much for your fur baby. I’ve been to other places that just left me feeling iffy, but give these folks a chance and you won’t regret it. Your fur baby will leave feeling refreshed and smelling/looking soooooo fabulous! I’ve even already scheduled my doodle’s 4 week mini groom I’m so happy! I don’t even do that for my own hair! Let me also mention the plethora of wonderful treats they have here for your fur baby too! Without a shadow of a doubt I highly recommend getting your fur baby groomed here (especially a doodle). If not groomed at least a well done bath with a tasty treat.

This looks like a nice place but they are one of those stores that closes early without notice and they will just stare at you from inside a locked door during normal business hours. A few weeks back my husband, dog, and I drove through some really bad traffic and rain and were hoping to buy some cookies for my dog. It took a really long time to get there, but by the time we were at the front door, there was still ten minutes before closing (both for the closing time listed on the front door and the listing on google, which were the same). I just wanted to run inside, buy some dog cookies quickly, and run outside before closing. When I pulled on the front door, it was locked, and the person working inside just stared at us from the back room with a blank expression. He had dark hair and a black t-shirt and he definitely had a vacant, "I don't care" expression to him as he stared at us standing in the rain. The store has a sign that proudly says it is locally owned, which struck me as odd considering the circumstances. It's fine if you want to close earlier, but then change your hours on your front window sign and google listing, and don't have people drive through the weather just to stare vacantly at them while they stand in the rain during normal business hours. Needless to say, we won't be trying again, and while there seems to be many happy customers for this business, I would just advise you to plan tons of extra time for traffic, weather, and to still arrive at least a half an hour before their listed closing time because who knows when they will lock their doors.

The only complaint about Woof Gang Bakery that I have is that it has spoiled my dog for all other treats! She loves their biscuits and cookies! They also do a phenomenal job grooming her. She smells fabulous for weeks!

Absolutely love the girls at Woofgang! Charlie’s coat had gotten too long and had become matted and the girls at Woofgang we’re so patient with my little baby in helping him look his best for the summer! I would highly recommend Woofgang Bakery and Grooming for their professional and super sweet staff plus the store is immaculate with the most adorable dog treats and accessories ever! Awesome job !

They ran a Groupon deal on their grooming services recently -- it was a classic example of a bait and switch. First, we were charged extra for both of our dogs when they were both right at the weight limit. We've also had our dogs groomed at a couple other groomers in the past, and none have charged us a "de-matting" fee. Not ever. This place stuck that fee for both dogs on us as well, and it ended up being $15 MORE expensive than our regular groomer charges. When we questioned the front desk lady about the additional fees, she inquired with the groomer and he immediately shut us down. When I expressed my disappointment and said we probably wouldn't be back, she said, "I don't blame you, I saw your dogs, I'm surprised he didn't work with you at all on that..." Neither of our pups' haircuts were the quality level of our old groomer, either. Moral of the story: When a deal seems too good to be true... it probably is. At least the front desk lady was kind, and I would rate the grooming job itself a 7/10.
