Most of the workers here seem like they don’t want to ever be working. I always feel like a burden. Especially with both of the older ladies that work behind the counter that aren’t knowledgeable on anything. Not to mention rude as well. Time for new hires. The younger blonde girl does a good job but the older black lady is terrible.

I highly recommend this pharmacy especially the crew working today on feb 5th 2024 the head pharmacist and the tall younger man were especially helpful and have been every time I’ve been there. They listen to you and go above and beyond to take care of you. They put things in and on your file to make it easier every time you go there.

Came in for a package drop off and the man behind the counter began being extremely rude over trivial things. Firstly, power tripping of pressing the call button when he was at the fed ex counter. He insulted my friends intelligence regarding return labels and withholding box tape, which was odd. He attempted to tell us to go to the Fed Ex office saying, "We CAN NOT take this", citing that it wasn't taped properly and there's no return label. He then proceeded to explain in detail how we could find a return label he could mail it off with. He then jetted off while my friend was looking for a way to find her return label in her email and exclaimed that we should hit the call button this time when we find it. That whole visit could've been much shorter considering he was briefly giving helpful advice between mocking my friend. We ended up just leaving.

DON’T GO TO THIS STORE, JUST GO TO THE CVS DOWN THE ROAD!!!I’ve been to this store twice because it’s really close to where I live, the first time an old white guy was rude to us, and now Mary (the infamous old white lady) was rude to us on top of the prices being more expensive than what they were marked for.Go under your own risk!

Should be 0 stars. There is an extremely rude individual working there named Jack. He clearly doesn't care for customers and has no business working with the public. Acted like we were wasting his time and that he did not have the time to assist us. We will not be returning to Walgreens if they continue to employee people like Jack.

My children and I have come here twice for our COVID vaccines. The pharmacists and team are always lovely and they do a great job. They are professional and I appreciate the kindness they show my family. We fill our prescriptions here as well. The pharmacists have helped us several times with insurance issues that pop up. This is a tough job, and stressful, but they always have time and try their best. Highly recommend for vaccines and pharmacy services…

It's ALWAYS an issue with this place!! They tell you an hour wait time but really means 3-4 hours!! And don't get me started on the customer service skills these ppl have!! They are all RUDE and unprofessional.. especially Max

The express pay is a waist of time the mf with the beard will charge your card anyways and you have to call corporate to get your money back which takes days im switching my meds somewhere else

Kyra is the nastiest person at the pharmacy. It took 3 visits and waiting 15 minutes per time to get partial prescription on one antibiotic. Totally unorganized. This is why you have 2.8 stars

I give it two stars because there’s one associate who is polite. The old white lady is absolutely atrocious. She is extremely rude, hateful, and lacks any customer service skills. I do not care how old you are, have some courtesy and respect for customers who are kind and polite to you. I spoke to her when I came in, she ignored me. I spoke to her when I came to the register, she ignored me. Upon checking out, I inquired about the Walgreens rewards that I had acquired, she huffed. I inquired about. How to change my information from a previous address, and she indicated that she could do it. When I said that I would like for her to do it after she checked out the customers behind me in line, she threw her hands on the counter, exasperated, and said you could just do it next time!

This store is my go-to drug store. Feels more like community, than just a chain store. Yesterday I had an especially pleasant experience in the cosmetics department. I was looking for two skin care products I was advised to use, & brand suggestions. This lady knew so much, the difference between them, more about what they were. It felt so good to know I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed. Yes, I paid for them first.

Never use order pickup through this walgreens. Ordered and paid for one single item for pickup, got an email it was delayed, so I went inside and found my one item on the shelf. Brought it up front and asked them if they could just run it through their system as picked up, since I already paid for it online through their website for pickup. The manager was so rude to me on a power trip or something. He told me to cancel my pickup order and pay for the item again. When I inquired about how long would it take for the cancelled pickup charge to go back onto my account, he cancelled my order without my consent. I paid for the item, again. I literally did their job for them and they were mad about it? Bad vibes.

The pharmacy is completely incompetent. The staff there have always been nice to me, but they never have what I need when I need it and are terrible at communicating that. I've had experiences when I know for a fact the prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy by my doctor, only to arrive and find out that Walgreens claims they never received it. They also apparently have a very hard time keeping common items in stock. This should not be difficult for a high volume pharmacy.

Staff were nice. I however do not understand why your price in store (30.99) vs on the app (24.99) require me to make my purchase on the app in order to get the cheaper online price. So you make me choose a pickup order that the staff were awesome in fulfilling immediately. Maybe you would have more people coming in your store if you have competitive prices without having to provide all these discounts.Also, who wants to tell me why you can’t afford to have ONE PHARMACIST/LOCATION OPEN 24 HOURS IN A METROPOLITAN CITY?! WHERE DID I MOVE TO?!?! So you mean to tell me emergencies happen within your business hours? If my three year old were to ever need medicine in an emergency, I just cannot imagine not being able to go to my cities local 24 hour location. Please, I beg you, consider changing this policy. It would be worth closing down a location to provide a 24 hour location. Repurpose the employees/pharmacist and pay them what they deserve.

My family and I have been shopping there for years and not once have i had a bad checkout experience. Pharmacy's great, staff are beyond friendly. If it's been a super busy day, yeah you can see they're worn out, but who wouldn't be. I've worked retail in various forms for close to a decade at this point and I couldn't think of a better team to have at this Walgreen's. So my advice is give this location a chance, talk to the staff, get to know them and i can assure you they'll prove to be like family to you before the days out.

I visited this store today about 6:30p to ask whether they've received masks from the government distribution program yet. The cashier said, "No, don't hold your breath." I said, "Ok, thanks." As I walked away she said, "Call Biden." I would prefer to shop without the snarky remarks from a random employee.

Rude staff. Went up to the photo counter to pick up a poster and the lady at the desk was working on something, did not even acknowledge me just picked up her stuff and moved locations to continue what she was doing.This is not the first time I’ve been blatantly ignored here. Go somewhere else.

They should not even get one star. This is the worst customer service, not only did they make me stand around for 30 mins while they kept saying they did not have my package or try to really look for it or help, but then to find it behind other boxes. It was suppose to be two packages which then turned they couldn't find the second one and gave me the run around for two days when I called the manger kept saying she would get back to me and never did. Literally never buying or going to this store again, Get better employees.

Switched from cvs due to my insurance and so far so good. The pharmacist, Max, is very friendly and helpful. When my mom was released from the hospital, he had a long list of meds sent over from them. He had them all ready when we got there and he had even pulled the otc items and had them waiting for us. That saved me from having to hunt for the items myself. They can get very busy but I have never had to wait long. I only wish they had a store closer to us; maybe someday!

I'm on a a low dose of tramadol and have found it to be a imperative for my depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, bone spurs, dengerative disc disease, and of course pain after a car wreck left me permanently impaired and with hardware. I visited my doctor for a routine physical and also explained that I had taken 4 xtra pills of my prescription after being in pain from a red eye flight cross country. No problem, he understood and wrote me a new prescription that I could fill that very day. Clearly this didn't translate to the pharmacist at Wal Greens and so when I arrived they rudely denied me the prescription. Why couldn't they have called to inform me instead of wasting half my morning (as the Wal Greens is a half an hour away), I spent an hour killing time just to ensure there was no rush out of respect for them. Needless to say, I understood that insurance wouldn't pay for the prescription before 30 days and so I offered to pay out of pocket...this was refused. So even though the pharmacist had the signed prescription from my doctor, my cash payment, and all the other information necessary, she insisted that she speak with him. Sooooo after more wasted time attempting to contact my doctor via my cell phone I finally got the nurse at my doctors office. The nurse was as perplexed and irritated as I was and began calling the pharmacy from another line, I literally sat and watched them blatantly neglect the incoming call multiple times. They were not busy, there was no line, and they're were 3-4 of them. Finally I spoke up and said, I think that's my doctor calling you, to which the response was "we're really busy right now and can't take calls". So after doing exactly as asked by them, this is how the situation is treated?!?! Very very poor customer service. Finally the call was taken and I eavesdropped in, despite the pharmacists continued argument about insurance she ultimately gave in. I was approached by her in such a cold way after she filled my prescription and then took payment that it will definitely be the last time my family or I ever get our prescriptions filled there. In closing, I also tried to contact the store manager after I left to inform them of my experience. My call was directed to a headquarters I assume and while notes were perhaps taken my request to have that particular store manager contact me never unfolded....strike two.

I will try my best to never shop here again.I visited this store in Jan 2017. In buying an emergency contraceptive, the cashier crassly said "because of the nature of the purchase, KEEP YOUR RECEIPT".... I wish you could've heard the tone of his voice. Very condescending and ENTIRELY uncalled for. I beleive his name was Jerry, middle aged gentlemen with gray and dark short hair, dressed in a fancy vest.AND BY THE WAY, I had no issues with the effectiveness of my product. How dare you.

Great pharmacy staff. Very professional and nice, and they really work hard. It might cost me $150/year not to switch to CVS for prescriptions, but I will probably stay with Walgreens, the staff on Merrimon, and I love the website.

Got a prescription filled here, was free at Rite-Aid. Moved and changed pharmacy to here. Got charged $50. Called Rite-Aid when I got home. They will still refill it for free. Never using this pharmacy, again. Not to mention, using the same insurance.

This location will not answer a phone call for any reason. I have tried several times and the same result. Put on hold for for several minutes from the voice tree and then a distinct hang up every time. Pitiful service.

I don't know if this is a problem with the Walgreens photo department or the people they send the photos off to, but I have been waiting for my pictures for a month and I call every few days and no one knows where they are. Very frustrating and I would like my pictures.

What is the purpose of putting someone on hold for 10 minutes just to let them now you’re now taking a lunch break and they can continue to hold for another 30 minutes or call back and wait on hold again. The automated calling system is horrible here.
