Oh what to say about Mr. Waldrop? He was the first local I met that was willing to chat about the area and basically knows everything! I moved here 20+ years ago and still stop by to grab a pack of nabs and a Diet Coke about once a week. This is really the only store left on our end of Riverside with any character or nostalgia. If you happen to drive by stop in and support a local business, he will be glad you did. Oh and sometime he closes early on Wednesday, probably to go play golf...:)

Nice place to stop for a snack, drinks or a quality knife. Good man who owns and runs the place. Oh yeah, nice view of the river behind the store. Local business, help him out when you're over that way.

Support local business by shopping at this market. The owner is friendly and will chat with you if you engage but otherwise is quiet. Be warned: there isn't an ATM anywhere nearby and ONLY accepts cash.
