This place was amazing! Newly renovated it is the largest Tractor Supply I have ever seen and the cleanest and most organized. The staff walked outside to help me with my Jet Ski trailer so that we could find the right hub. The four staff members I dealt with were super nice, informative and this was the greatest experience I have ever had with this company. We are from out of town heading to the coast and I recommend this place hands down

I went here to get my puppy his 5- way vaccine. i didn’t even ask for help and this nice lady Erin came up to me and asked what i’m looking for. AMAZINGGGG customer service, and then she proceeded to do the shot for me! For free as well! Props to Erin. And this store is very clean and well put together. 10/10 recommended

Great customer service! The employee who helped us went out of her way to check two locations in the store, then check in the back for the product we needed. She returned with the product from the back, then helped us find a brand of dog food to match the ingredients we were seeking. She was friendly and informative. Love shopping here!

I went in today to buy a $220 grill, $40 grill cover, and $60 propane tank. They had four of the grills I wanted, all of which were already assembled. The assembled grill would not fit in my car, which has more room than any vehicle up to a pickup truck. I told the three employees at the front desk my dilemma. No solution was offered. I drove down the road and spent my $300 at a competitor.

The Black Mountain store is closer to home, but this one has better staff and stock. The folks are friendly and don't seem to want to dip outside for a smoke break if you need help.

Today was my best experience at a Tractor Supply store ever! A young man named Gabe helped me by loading my truck with expert moves from a forklift and then helped me later behind the cash register to return an item. Polite, super helpful and the kind of attitude that I wish every employee possessed!! Renewed my faith in the younger generation!!

The manager named Anna at the Brevard rd location in Asheville NC went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME! I bought a riding lawn mower 3 months ago and come to find out Cub cadet had out the wrong wheels on the front. Anna said they come assembled already so it came from the factory like that.She was so helpful and apologetic. She said I will do whatever I can to make this right for you right now. She offered a full refund which I declined she offered to order me the correct wheels which I declined as well because she had another lawn mower in the back that was waiting for parts and she gave me the wheels off of that one!I left with a smile on my face and she has won my business here on out !

Great selection and service. Angela was exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable. Smaller store, but well stocked. No smaller sizes though. If you're not 36+ in the waist, you will have to order online.

I am an employee at this store and I love this place and I'm not just saying that because im an employee even before I got the job this was the main place I would go to get feed and supplies for my cattle.Yes I will admit the store had an issue when I first got hired with the store not keeping things in stock,not placing thing where they are supposed to go and bad customer service and all that was due to bad management and lazy employees.But now we have a new store manager and new Co managers who have set the store back on track and we now have a large number of hard working employees such as myself who are caring to the customers and try to be as helpful as we can and try to make your experience as good as possible.This store has changed for the better everything is where it should go ,the store is clean, anything you need is in stock and if it isn't we will make sure to recommend the next best thing we really do try to keep our customers happy it's in our motto.I hope what I've said changes peoples opinions about our store I really do.And if anyone ever needs any help with anything in the store just ask for Austin and I will assist you to the best of my ability

I am in this store 3 times (at least) a week for grain and feed for my animals. I have purchased a trailer, a wood splitter, tools, hardware, and much more from there. Kathy that works the register is awesome and super smart about all live stock!

Grate store. I have pigs chickens and dogs. Even tho I love my local feed and seed i usually still come here for all of my feed. You just can't beat the price! And they also have tools toys clothing. However I would more buy my baby chickens or ducks here. I made that mistake last year and 3 out of 6 died. Luckily I managed to save the other 3 only because I have raised chickens and ducks in the past. When I called the store to let them know what was going on they weren't surprised at all and informed me they have a regular problem with sick birds because of the way they are shipped. Very sad.

I tried to return a product that did not work. Didn't have a receipt so they would only give a store credit. I wanted my cash back, but store personnel would not budge. The product packaging said clearly that if you didn't like a product, just return it. I was disappointed with both the product and forcing me to take a store credit.This is not the way to treat customers. I'm done with Tractor Supply!

Farm supplies in the tiniest terms. Home supplies. Pet supplies. Quite often don't have what I'm looking for...even if it's common...and a staff I always have to recruit...even when they watch me walk in with my cane and struggle to lift a 50lb bag of dogfood into my car...so not too excited about this place...but I do go every few weeks anyway. Better than Lowe's for some things...better to stick with Ace Hardware for others. I've shopped 4 different locations and find similar outcomes. Are their managers unhappy, overwhelmed...or? No one has ever been rude...and do help when asked...but there are places I'd rather be. However: killer paint and hardware...

Very friendly staff. Came right out to fill our propane didnt even have to wait. The guy who filled the tank was wonderful. Definitely recommend this one for anyone even travelers. Easy to pull in and out in the rv also.

Although Buncombe County has passed a mask ordinance requiring all business employees & customers to wear a mask, this store has chosen to disregard the health of our community & the laws of our local government. I walked in this morning to see two employees not wearing masks. When asked, the salesman said “I’m claustrophobic” and shrugged me off. As I walked towards the back of the store I overheard him mocking me to the other employee. I decided to leave immediately and buy what I needed elsewhere. When I called later to speak to the manager she said that she was under the impression that the ordinance did not go into effect until 5:00pm even though all local news outlets and social media have been announcing that the ordinance would go into effect at 7:00am.

Never going back. Tried to get someone to help me with electric fencing and he acted like asking him a question was a huge bother for him (just shy of rolling his eyes). I went to Southern States and they were friendly and happy to help, hooked me up with everything I needed and I was out the door with my truck loaded in 30 minutes. I'll be spending my money at Southern States.

Not a really friendly staff and not at all interested in supporting the community durning this pandemic. Employees refused to wear masks and mocked me for wearing one. I live with people who are susceptible to getting sick. This sort of flagrant disregard for community health is more than likely extends to the management staff, won't be going back.

I live closer to the Weaverville store, but the staff is much more friendly and helpful at this location. When I need supplies for the property or animals I always think of the Asheville Tractor Supply. Great prices, but more importantly friendly and helpful staff.

Tractor Supply is a great store for a variety of reasons! They have most anything you might need for your poultry and livestock. They also carry lots of different food, treats, meds and supplies for "man's best friend".I can't possibly tell you everything that Tractor Supply offers. Just think cowboy boots, barn shoes, blue jeans, Carhartt clothing. Then, there's garden supplies, tools, hunting stuff, interior and exterior decor.So many reasons to check out Tractor Supply! You can even take your dog with you, on leash, of course. Dogs are welcome!I highly recommend Tractor Supply, either in store or online!
