The veterinarian for the second time has had terrible bedside manner, belittling comments, inappropriate actions with pet. My kitten was rescued from the side of the road, she has grown from 1/2 pound to 3 1/2 pounds and he made us feel like we weren’t caring for her the first time, last night he did something to frustrate my kitten causing her to hiss and snap at him which has never happened before, she is a very calm cat who acts more like a dog around our dogs. He mishandled her and refused to do the full treatment however documented that he did

This is an updated review. Vet and techs were great. The email with exam report and heartworm Rx finally arrived days later. Docked one star for incorrect info from tech that email was sent upon completion of exam/vaccination. Because my pet does not use a heartworm med on Petco's list, the Rx was critical.
