I truly love my little girl's groomer, Hannah. She is just the sweetest young woman I have ever met and has a way with the animals. My Yorkie Poo doesn't like hardly anyone, but she has gotten better for me when I bathe and groom her at home between her 6 week grooming with Hannah. I am just super satisfied and more importantly, my little girl, Angel, is super satisfied with Petco because of Hannah. They do have other Groomers there, and I imagine they are good too. We will be with Hannah though as long as she continues to work there! Btw...they have some excellent Sketcher's collars that are on sale and the proceeds go to helping animals! They are really cool too! I love the style.

Great service from beginning to end ! My fur baby seemed happy after his grooming and he smelled and looked amazing . I will definitely continue to bring him here for grooming.

Natalia got Jax’s length just right! We like his hair a little longer, especially in the winter months and his cut is perfect. He also had some matting on his ears due to the hair being too long and she did a great job fixing it.

Hanna gave Kian his first cut at six months old and she did a great job.. I was prepped that they if the dog was skittish, they wouldn't do the full cut.. but she said he was great... Upon pick up, he was sprite, happy and hungry (always hungry).. Super appreciative as the other local groomers wouldn't touch a puppy...His ears, nails, face and overall cut length were a great first effort (missed the tail). This is going to make our post-dog park showers so much easier... I'll be back to see you again..

Horrible place to go grooming my dogs got their nails bleeding and one of my dogs hair is all messed up. Never take your pet there I posted some pictures how they did with my dogs. And I’m going to take this to next level!

We paid extra for the summer package, but they forgot her bandana and it doesn't seem like she was brushed at all because during the 10 minute ride home, she covered the car in her fur (and she generally doesn't shed). Her face and neck were also pretty wet when we fetched her. I will still go back, but I will check next time and make sure all is done properly.

Adriana did a great job with my dog. My dog went to her grooming appointment with matting and she came out of the groomer looking great. The staff was friendly and they got the job done in the time expected.

Hannah does such a wonderful job. She cut Oreos hair just like we wanted and he is beautiful! She also cut Oliver's nails and they are perfect. Hannah is so sweet and very good with her customers!

They make you book an appointment months in advance and right when you’re scheduled to go they have to reschedule. Been there four times and it’s happened all four times. Two of the times they never called us, just told us they had to reschedule as we walked in. Super unprofessional. WHEN they actually see our dog he looks great, they are just not reliable.

The groomer rushed me out because the department was closing. He didn't tell me that he cut my dog in two places. She has been traumatized for days not leaving my side. It makes me sick to think how she was treated. She is 3 years old and has been getting groomed every 6 weeks since she was 1 year old. I took her to Petco because her regular groomer was closed due to COVID-19. I am so disappointed . The cut was not what I asked for and had to re-trim her when I got home. I found a cut just under an inch long on her side and another cut on her front leg. I also saw a number of bald spots on her. The style looked rushed and unprofessional. It made be sick to even have to pay for it.

MY dogs were not clean( didn't snail like they had a bath) after petco gave them bath the one did not have her eyes cleaned, matter was still there the mangier was not a nice person on the phone very rude.
