Amazing customer service. Every time I’m in there, staff is friendly and helpful. I went in tonight for a new harness and the manager Faith was so kind, patient and helpful. She sat on the floor with me trying on all kinds of harnesses with my pup. She was pleasant and sweet. She’s the absolute best! Highly recommend!

Pet Supplies Plus is a great store. It is nice to give a smaller franchise a chance at business. We have been to locations in Florida when we lived there and now here in Asheville. It’s always a good experience!

My favorite pet store EVER. And I'm a Senior citizen who has a lifetime of beloved pets! The staff is exceptional...courteous,warm,help folks carry to their vehicles,love on all the creatures who visit and will allow this. Conveniently located right next to Whole Foods. That's my morning duo 3 days a week. Also outstanding return policy on anything that does not work out. GO there and see for yourself. Outstanding. Cudos to Anthony and Jess who really know their customers and their pets. I love it!

I love this pet store!!!!They have everything you need and then some. Prices are decent, there's a wide selection of products, and the customer service is great! They had all the organic grain-free options we were looking for. They even had our kitty litter brand that I haven't found anywhere else but on Amazon! So glad we found this place.

Brought home this sweet girl today! ALL of the staff members were so kind and informed and made sure I went home with all of the necessary equipment. I wish everyone looking into adopting a pet could have the experience I had today. They were so supportive and personable too. Pricing was very fair and she's very happy and healthy. I will be making trips to this location from Waynesville whenever I need pet supplies!! 11/10

My go-to local store for my fur babies! Every single time I go in there, the staff goes above and beyond to help me. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. We love our visits there!

A medium-size store without quite the inventory of a Petco, but still adequate. Prices are competitive. The interior the store is dungeon like dark, unfortunately. Half of the overhead lights do not function. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Parking is excellent. Just remember that if you do visit, bring a flashlight.

So…. The becoming hate to love this place Pet Supplies. Here’s the thing, it probably is consistently the cheapest for my brand dog food. In order to do so, I consistently use coupons that they provide an email. They also have a reward system. The reward system is a point based to equate to a dollar off certificate only available through their website.Here lies the problem. The location has no way to verify ANYTHING. When you have no known poor cell service at your location, or your website is perpetually down or the server times out, these are not my fault and are consistently unavailable when I need to use them. You know all my info by my name, phone number and can verify coupons “only available to me” but can’t track how many boxes I have purchased towards a free box or your points program. Super bizarre and makes me want to pay the extra to not deal with the hassle. Not the associates fault or management that I can see, unless they’re not doing their part when other stores are and not dealing with this issue? Hmmmmm. Maybe I’ll call another store and see if this is common

Every person working here just goes above and beyond! Along with their sales and selection of items, this store keeps blowing my expectations!Nate, the assistant manager, has helped me from using the store website to even offering to help load my items in my car!Called to see if certain items were available before I stopped by the store, and Heather went ahead and put it aside for me! Even though she wasn’t in the store, Nate remembered without me even asking for them!When my order was arriving a couple days late because of the amount of things we got, Anthony called to let us know, and even included a note with treats.On store specs: This store has great selection, amazing sales compared to others, and the membership is free. Safe to say I recommend this place 100%.

Over priced & important life saving products not available,such as Stone Breaker for Cats!At least Chewy for pets in Florida doesn't have to kiss big drug & Pharma companies Butt because it's Biz is in a State that serves the People!NC is a State where the People serve the State.Gone are the Real Veternarians in Asheville NC they left for Greener pasture! Now they have Drug only Veternarians no exrays,no surgery nothing but DRUGS!Now they have these Veternarian groups that are only available for the Wealthy!People of modest means can't afford these Veternarian groups that are running a racket! It could cost 5k if a poor kitty has crystals blocking the urine. Herbal treatment like stone breaker can save a cats life.

Went in to get some mealworms & was horrified at the state of the reptile & fish tanks. All of the reptile’s water bowls were filthy & empty. They had mold built up & looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week but probably longer. One of the ball pythons was visibly dehydrated. There was also sludge all over the decor inside the fish tanks. Super sad to see & I hope they’ll change the way they care for their animals because what I witnessed was animal neglect.

I would have thought the Boone store would have been hard to beat. However, we just moved to Arden and Anthony is great. We received top notch personal care from him and his staff. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

This is a great pet store. I go out of my way to shop there. Petco and PetSmart are owed by private equity firms. That means they are owned by money. A human owns Pet Supplies Plus. And the people at this store appreciate me and I appreciate them. That being said, I've changed my review from 5 to 4 stars because Pet Supplies Plus has been out of stock on Weruva dog food for several weeks now. I had to buy from Petco.

The other day I was shopping here and an employee named nate was being extremely rude to me and other customers. Her and her partner were arguing in front of everyone and ruined the experience. I think from now on I will stick to petco since the employees can't act like employees

Overpriced, bad quality store food brand, dirty and constantly out of stock. don't get sale deals unless you sign up for their system, petsmart and petco will price match this place so I'd just shop there for now on or if you want to shop local try pet on patton. From what I could see the employees don't care much about the business which leads me to believe the owner doesn't care about his employees or the business. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY TO PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.

The Pet Supplies Plus on Hendersonville Road do a great job and go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.
