Holy hell these stores are THE worst! The, prices are insanely high! Makes me wonder if they even sell anything or if it all goes into the dumpster when it's out of date!? You should all be ashamed! Do not place an order for pickup groceries at this store. Every time I’ve tried, I wind up missing 2-5 items. Typically it’s very simple things that can easily be substituted with other brands (carrots, yogurt, coffee creamer, eggs). No one ever reaches out to ask what substitutes I would like. Many times I’ve still been charged for these items.

Clean, extremely well-stocked store! Great produce and wonderful deals on deli/lunch counter specials! Starbucks kiosk if you like that. Gas points and a convenient location make this ideal for quick stocking up! Wish they did pickup orders!

This location is very convenient for me to get to, also they just rearranged and added probably hundreds of new products, so that is very nice too! And the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. If I had to find one negative thing it would be that they do employ several teenagers that seem like they are more interested in other things than doing their jobs sometimes. Kids will be kids and I'm sure some of them really need the job for whatever reason.

Ingles has a very wide selection of products that are not available anywhere else. I really enjoy the Olive bar, and the bag your own candy and nuts. Kids enjoy picking out candy and putting them in a bag, and I've got teenagers. Anytime I cook ethnic food, I know I can get most of the supplies here. The hot food bar options, at this location, are lacking a little bit. If you're trying to save money, this is typically not the right place. Not that their prices are terrible, if you're buying a higher-end product, the prices are just right, but they typically don't have lower cost generic options that most of the competitors have.

This is a great Ingle's location. It is one of the larger and newer Ingle's and has a huge selection of just about everything that you would need in a supermarket. It is always clean and the staff at this Ingle's is always helpful and friendly. I have never been in this Ingle's and felt like they had the "B-team" working. It is probably one of the best "community market" locations that is operated by the company.

You wonder why all these places are losing customers, just went in here tried to pay cash you only have one register open that accepts cash and they have two carts filled with grocery. I guess I could miss work, instead I put all my items including the hot bar stuff I got on the counter then I walked out and said have a great day and the person had no clue why I was angry and was like yeah you too, isn't it amazing they want to know why they deserve more money they don't they do not deserve more money look at their work ethic. The person that was at the head of the self-checkout area can't take cash. Just chose not to. Hopefully some competitor will build across the street where they actually have a person that wants to work.

Don’t ever think about shopping at or working at Ingles Markets. It’s the worst store chain ever and they never even want to do anything to make your experience better. I just can’t take it anymore because they don’t want to pay their employees an inflation adjustable living wage at all or offer items to their customers at a price that no other business can offer. I’m taking my business elsewhere. The guys who run the store chain are the worst people ever and I just can’t stand them.

The GM Phillip needs practice cleaning his facility.Why is this story always so dirty? It reminds me of grocery stores in rough inner city neighborhoods, the bathrooms especially.Why is bathroom cleanliness important? Because places that don't clean bathrooms generally don't care about sanitation.That means they likely don't clean the deli, seafood, bakery or other sanitation sensitive departments.I really despise this location and Ingles in general.

They always have what I'm needing. The only thing, is I wish they had prices that were more competitive with others. They are a little pricey. For the most part, they have very friendly stockers and cashier's. I've had a couple that wasn't helpful or was very rude, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they were having a bad day. The manager, Philip Fischer, is the best store manager, and he actually cares about the shoppers! Him and his wife Angie, are the salt of the earth, and there's no better people.

Great grocery store, reminds me of Albertsons or Safeway from the Western USA.Very nice, large but easy to navigate with bakery, deli, butcher, much produce and a huge local and craft beer supply.With a Starbucks and self checkout.Plus a gas station, you get cheaper gas the more groceries you buy.

I’ve shopped here for quite some time but your employees are the biggest issue, hearing a worker moan profusely loud behind the milk section while i’m trying to pick out some jugs is not something i’m looking forward too disquieting my own feelings towards this store. managers don’t do anything and take forever to get help at a register. I’d rather feel safer at a Walmart than this place….

This is my neighborhood store and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's clean, they are well stocked or have a reason why something is out, and are always busy stocking. The staff is efficient and kind and helpful!

Everytime I shop here they're sold out of several items. Employees are indifferent to customers. So why do I shop here? It's 1 mile from my residence. I often go 4 miles out of my way because the Patton Ave store is that much better.
