I love this place !! Star and Hannah have such big hearts helping save the black cats. Black cats are usually harder to get adopted. This place is full of love and magic. Even if you aren't looking to adopt you can still visit and Reserve some time with the cats for some cat therapy and the money goes to help the cats.If you are taking kids please be mindful and watch your kids and respect the cats.This is one of my happy places and brings me lots of smiles everytime I go.They have a cool shop that helps the cats as well. Grab something cool and leave feeling good that you are helping these beautiful little panthers.Thanks guys for all you do to save the cats !! You guys rock!! Much love ! Be back soon!❤️💜🖤

this place is truly wonderful! all of the workers have an amazing vibe to them and the atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant. lots of goodies throughout the shop, possibly one of the best metaphysical shops i’ve been to. PLUS the cat lounge! $7 for 30 minutes of playing with the kitties, and they’re all up for adoption which you can see on their website as they actively update it.

Visited for the first time yesterday. I didn’t realize it costs to pet the kitties ($7 for 15min or $30 for 50min), but the owner was so nice and let me in to say hello to the kitties that are up for adoption. Cute store with books and art of the mystical and feline kind. Great for kids, a date, or needing kitty cuddles.

Beautiful kitties! I really love this store and lounge. We came for a girls day out and really enjoyed spending time with the cats (who all seemed happy and loved). We also had fun shopping at the store and finding some unique things. We did also do a tarot card reading with Shifra. If you have never done one with her I highly recommend it!

Love this cute little shop! I got candles non toxic natural incense, black cat stickers, bookmarks and magnets for me and my sister. They have a great selection of herbs and tarot cards, too. I will be back to hang out with the kitties and get a tarot reading! 🖤🙏😻

We had such an awesome time at House for Black Cat Magic. I love the little metaphysical shop - they have a good selection. The employees were energetic, friendly, and genuinely care about the cats. It was so fun sitting in a room and playing with the cats. The kittens had a lot of energy. 🖤🐈‍⬛

I was too busy holding the little baby shop cat in training to take pics, but this place was awesome. Anywhere that lets me just vibe with a sweet purring baby while I shop for tarot is a big win for me. Super precious girl, would shop with her for witchcraft again.

Small but very cute shop that sells candles, incense, herbs and other witchy stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.We also visited the cat lounge ($7/30min) to meet the kitties currently up for adoption, all of whom were super sweet, lovable and obviously well taken care of. I fell in love with Dr. Midnite while Zoey chose kiddo; it was hard to leave but we'll definitely be back when we're ready to take one home.

I have watched this place go up but have only been able to step inside recently. They have a wide array of magic supplies, cards and teas. Pleasantly surprised to actually find black cats in there that were friendly and the best. Can't wait to go back.

Booked 50 minutes with the kitties. All the cats are perfect and well taken care of. We had so much fun and the staff was really nice. Definitely worth going and even if you can't great place to donate to. We can't wait to go back.

Fun place with a great cause in connecting black cats with forever homes. They also provide fun workshops teaching "cat etiquette" and education for kids. The retail space has a lot of affordable, interesting and fun for pet owners, magic and mystic enthusiasts. Great place to find unique gifts.

What an amazing service they provide to our feline friends, and I am so happy that people get to benefit from it! So worth it if you can get a cat to purr for you. We spent an hour with the Panthers and had a great time, but would prefer to go back when there aren't small children. Will definitely go back again and again.

highly recommendable this place is new, but offers a great area to checkout adoptable black cats, or just to sit and play with them! the atmosphere as well set-up, prices are extremely reasonable, plus proceeds go to shelter kitties 😻! the staff is extremely warm and welcoming, as well as well knowledgeable!

10/10 excellent ALL AROUND! The staff was delightful and friendly. All retail was priced fairly. The cat room was also priced well and will fit most budgets. I love that they have a 30 min ($6) option to hang with the kitties. Feels more inclusive than some places that are comparable. Going back with my partner to hopefully get a new BB. All the kitties are well taken care of, very clean, and you could tell that the staff genuinely has a lot of love for them. Magic stuff was also adorable. I loved the little build your own magic kits. I left with a really nice mortar and my FAVORITE incenses by Seawitch. Planning on celebrating my 37th bday in their cat room later this year. Big shout out to Mountain Magic Studios down the street from them for not gatekeeping and telling us about Black Cat Magic when checking out. We would have never known otherwise. I could go on and on about how awesome our experience was. We look forward to going back!

What a fantastic little place to stumble across while I was exploring Asheville! The cat lounge was really neat, and the shop had so much cool stuff to peruse, and the proceeds from the shop fund the cat rescue.

Wonderful place and people. They are helping to save black cats (and others) as black cats are the least adopted and most euthanized cats. They have a lovely selection of books and magi items. This place is a gem focused on black cat adoption and rescues, however they also have a gift shop with some basic pagan items and books as well. It's a place you'll want to visit again and again.
