The gas prices here are usually within a couple cents of Sam's Club and without the wait. They also have a nice selection of Delta 8 and Delta 9 products. Unfortunately the customer service here isn't the greatest. Out of the 3 women who work during the day usually only 1 of them actually seems to enjoy her job.

This is a really great place. The store is clean and the people are friendly. I stopped by at 7:30 this morning, and when I checked out, Eric was super friendly. Every time I've been there everyone has been really nice.

The gas prices are the only reason I will continue to shop at this store. The customer service is horrific. Why are there four people behind the counter (all of them gossiping) and it is taking so long for me to buy two drinks. Then when I finally get rung up the lady has the biggest attitude when I asked a simple question about the rewards program. I felt extremely disrespected.

I've never been to a gas station convenience store that didn't have cold deli items, so weird. No sandwiches, burritos... nothing? If it is so they can sell their hot deli items, they should really consider keeping those items fresh and stocked. Sometimes a person needs a little more something than a bag of chips in the middle of the night.

Blonde kid with long hair was extremely rude . I didn’t have my ID and that’s fine I didn’t need to only purchase beers they where for my bf who did have his ID and he kicked us both out when I was there to purchase food and gas as well . No one has to treat anyone so rudely just deny the sale of alcohol like a normal person would period . Never ever coming here again and I was buying ipa beers food and gas here on a daily before this terrible experience . All other employees have always been extremely nice it’s sad someone can ruin your experience and make you never come back .

Recently visited hotspot like I do alot because there business is great love the hotspot card awesome and the ones on Leicester are great people I've gone in with not enough change and someone always helps only happened 2 times but still great .thanks again hot spot see you in a couple of days thanks for the 24hrJules H.

Usually we don't have any issues here at the store in Leicester NC, but yesterday I came in with my husband and all I got was a cup of ice which they charged me almost a dollar for and my husband's coffee wasn't even hot. He asked the cashier about the coffee and said, it wasn't even Luke warm and asked if he could get a discount or something because the coffee wasn't hot and tasted old. The guy only took a few cents off the price for my husband's coffee and said, "oh yeah, that coffee is no good, it's 4 hours old!"I have no problem paying for what we get, but, We should have gotten my ice and coffee for free....Smh

I LOVE the amount of drink options and how cheap the gas is. I miss some of the old UNTILED ART beer and seltzers you used to have. Very weird you guys make your cashiers ask if we want candy or snacks. They do it every time. Kinda creepy. Also 50% chance the gas pump will work / take my rewards code. Sucks it is glitchy at the pump.

Best beer selection in town, believe it or not..Not my favorite gas station to go to..But it is my favorite place to go pick up beers. You can mix and match and get single cans of the best beer from around NC and a few other places too. Gas is super cheap here and the staff is pretty friendly and helpful as well

5-stars for an amazing beer selection! Wonderful ciders too! With a hot spot card, they have some of the best fuel prices around. The store is clean and the folks are friendly.

The only problem I have is that when I use my phone number outside to get gas it will ask me if I want to use the dollar I have saved. But when I go inside and use my card it will not ask me if I want to use the dollar I have saved.

This gas station and convenience store has an amazing beer selection. In addition they have a make your own six pack with a pretty decent selection to choose from. Can be pretty busy though late at night and lines can be long and slow.

Don't pump gas here. They are overcharging.I have a 13.8 gallon tank. Their pump kept filling until 14.7 gallons. My tank wasn't even fully empty.

Gas is usually cheaper here. They have hot coffee, hot chocolate as well as soda's all the way down to milkshakes. They also have hot dogs and chips. The employees are super nice and respectful. Always happy and glad to see you.

The employees are not trained on their jobs and rude. It took me walking into the store 3x just to get the gas pump turned on for me to pump and I paid cash, moved my vehicle pumps and asked for a refund with no apology or reason why other then the young blonde cashier was doing it on purpose. This was my first time at this store. I won't be going back.

Typically has very competitive gas prices WITH A HOT SPOT CARD.... The card is free and you only need to ask for one at the cash register. Card gives you a 10¢ per gallon discount on gas and discounts on in store purchases as well. Restroom is kept clean as is the store & lot. Facemasks and social distancing protocols are in place.

I like the size of this Hot Spot. All the other. Hot Spot gas/convenience stores I've been to are TINY in comparison. Of course their prices for their merchandise & gas are comparible to other gas/convenience stores. However this particular Hot Spot is quite a bit bigger, has public restrooms& I THINK its open 24hrs(could be mistaken!) Check them out, you'll be glad you did!!😊👍

Hot spot is the lifeblood of the community​. So many people use this gas station for a reason because it delivers great gas at a great price. Good selection of wine and craft beer. Couple of tables you can sit at as well. Also it's 24 hours.

This is a hugh gas station with lots of cold and hot food. Hotdogs and such. Lots of good coffee options and the gas price is usually very fair. I would have given 5 stars but the staff that are there are not so friendly or always to seem to have an attitude. But over all a good store 🏪

This is my favorite gas station around. They usually have the best prices in town on fuel and have very competitive prices on cigarettes. Grab yourself a hot spot card and get even more discounts and earn points towards money off a purchase.

Everytime i stop at this store the rewards system is always down so i have to pay full price for my items, even if its advertised in the store at a lower price. Or they dont have any large cups for drinks, lids or the syrup is out on the drink machine. And when the cashier was prompted on the outage, she replied " well i guess we have to figure it out" figure what out? How to put large cups out and the lids for the cups? Smh. It use to be a great store to go to but here lately nobody cares about customers there!

The access is a little tight coming off the street, but it's not a problem. There's parking to the side as well if you need to just stop in to grab a drink or something. There is usually a small line, but you never have to wait long.

I have been getting coffee at HotSpot on Leicester Highway for YEARS. in a 32oz. cup. The clerks there this morning were very rude and nasty with me. They said im not supposed to use a large cup for coffee. For starters..its a styrofoam hot cup, 2nd..theres a pricing list folder under the counter (she didnt even look at), 3rd... HotSpot sells a 44oz. COFFEE-MUG*** At what point is a customer wrong? Why didnt she look at the pricing book? Why does HotSpot sell a 44oz. Coffee-Mug...but i cant get a 32oz. Styrofoam cup??? Hot Spot just lost all of my business...OVER MY COFFEE!!!**Also ... The clerks told me to leave and not come back. This store seriously needs some management accountability and better training for their employees
