I have been to Hollywood Feed a few times and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Today is a busy day home with the kiddos & pup so I decided to order from Hollywood Feed and try their same day delivery service for the first time. There was an issue with my order and the store was very responsible & responsive and personally contacted me. I really appreciate their spectacular customer service! I will be visiting their store again and ordering same day delivery again. Plus they included some awesome treats for our doodle to try!

I went to the grocery store & randomly noticed it next door! I adopted my beagle 7 months ago! She just turned 1! I wish I knew about this store earlier! It has EVERYTHING and the staff is super friendly! Special shout out to Pippa! She set us up with a sample food bag my first day in! I’ve already been back a second time this week!

I felt very welcome in the store, greeted immediately. I met Tyler, the store manager first, he answered a few of my questions, and then he turned me over to Pippa,a refreshing young lady with excellent customer service skills, friendly, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, etc. Very mature for a nineteen year old, refreshing. She spent time explaining the items I was interested in and suggested others. I was very impressed. Hollywood Feed is my new pet supply store of choice. I will definitely recommend the store to other people.

Incredible service. On my first visit to the store, an employee welcomed me, asked me what I was looking for, and walked me to each item. They carry my dog’s brand of food, but not the flavor, so he put in an order to carry the new flavor, as well. I was wowed. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience at Hollywood Feed. My dogs were not eating their kibble for awhile and the gentleman at Hollywood Feed suggested that sometimes dogs get bored with their kibble and it helps to change it up. Well, it worked! They both eagerly are eating their new kibble.

WOW! This place is incredible! Didn't know what to expect and was totally blown away! ALL the healthy yummy treats for my dog. At very fair prices! They even do a price match on things like The Honest Kitchen dehydrated food so if you do find it cheaper somewhere else they'll match the price (good luck, it won't happen, this place is definitely the most affordable). And they have a rewards program where if you buy x number of a product then you get the next one free. My dog and I are hooked for life! Won't go anywhere else!

This is hands down the best pet store I have ever been to! Incredible selection, amazing prices, phenomenal customer service. They offer amazing deals and they price match. Most of all, they are truly passionate about what they do. If your pet doesn’t like their food you may return it and they donate it to the local shelter. Incredible business!

We love the big selection of dog food, dog treats and accessories. There are a lot of highly rated speciality items that aren’t carried in the “big box” pet stores. The store is very well organized and clean. The employees are very knowledgeable, hospitable, truly enjoy helping pet parents find what works for them, and are good with animals. They price match anyone in town, including Chewy! I think we found our favorite new pet store

We were visiting the area for a month and need a bag of dog food. Hollywood Feed carried the brand we used and was reasonably priced. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely shop here if we were local!

Visited this store for the first time today. Friendly, helpful staff. Does seem a bit more targeted towards dogs, as 95% of their store is dog food/stuff. I will probably visit again to get food or treats for my cat! 😊

Hollywood Feed is just what east Asheville needed. It's a family owned business and after visiting the store a few times now, I won't shop anywhere else for my pups. You can't beat the customer service, and the bright lights almost force them to keep the place clean and tidy. I can only speak to their canine products, but they have a great selection, and will accommodate any requests, and will also price match apparently!

I wasn’t familiar with Hollywood Feed, but was blown away on entering. A great selection of healthy treats for cats & dogs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fun selection of enrichment toys. Great one-stop place for restocking pet supplies. My cavalier was pumped to pick out his own treat.

I’m thrilled Hollywood Feed has come to Asheville! It had been our “go to” pet supply store when we lived in Atlanta. Since moving to Asheville last year, we have missed them terribly. We either had to order online or stock up whenever we went down to Atlanta. Our experience has always been that Hollywood Feed staff are first-rate: friendly, helpful, and reliably knowledgeable.
