We purchased many products for them as we thought they looked extremely cute. After less than 24 hours my cats collar was destroyed (she is an indoor cat and has worn different brands collars with no problem). From walking my dog (who was less than 30 pounds at the time) for a moth the collar was completely stretched and destroyed. When I messaged them about both of these issues they refused to do anything to fix their mistakes, and told me it was my fault for walking my dog on a collar. Terrible customer service, and not good quality.

The material and design are high quality BUT the plastic clasp for the collars and harness are CHEAP. My 60lbs dog pulls apart the plastic clasp on the collar and the harness is constantly loosening up which creates a constant battle to keep tightening during hikes. We also have the cooling bandanas which I would recommend!

I always buy geometric products now - it helps that they always have promo codes and discounts so I’m getting good prices on collars and leads when my dog chews them up! They’ve got unique designs as well. Not to mention a portion of the sales get donated. Would recommend to anyone. @alvinmai23

If i could give 0 stars I would. I initially loved this brand. Loved the products. Loved everything about it. Until recently - I placed an order for valentines day. I was able to place my order, got order confirmation, and got a shipment email. Then a few days later - I got a refund notice with NO EXPLANATION. I had used a VISA gift card which was given to me around the holidays for payment, which was no longer in my possession. The company was NOTHING BUT RUDE. The suggested I call VISA, to which I did and was informed that the last four digits is NOT enough information for them to give me anything (WHICH MAKES SENSE). So I explained that via email - and the company just said in a nut shell "sorry for the inconvenience there's nothing we can do, call VISA". I'm not sure how this is good service, or how now I'm out of what I purchased and money because they refused to identify an issue with the customer. I tried to ask them for store credit instead - or even just WAIT for the item since they said it was back ordered. I would have been MORE THAN FINE WITH THAT! But no, because they don't reply, I tried to contact via social media and email, and they continue to not only ignore me but block my accounts. I have said nothing bad aside from explain my frustration in a professional way to try to obtain help. But no, this company doesn't care about customers, makes me wonder if they care about animals....

This brand is awesome!! 100% vegan and cruelty free, meaning no animals get hurt to benefit mine. Plus they're made with recycled material making them very eco friendly. And they donate 10% of every sale to help shelter animals! Their products are very cute and well made too, I love them! And everything is pretty reasonable priced for how high quality and ethical the brand is and considering how generously they give out discount promo codes. For example one for 20% off is "MARLEYS20" Plus the customer service is pretty good for being such a small company!
