A new store with friendly staff who keep it clean. They always have a variety of items in stock and are consistently trying to keep the shelves stocked. It is always a great shopping experience to have pleasant, patient cashiers check you out. I'm very happy that they moved from the outlet mall. Whether you need anything or not, ride by, stop and walk through.Update: I found these items on my last visit two weeks ago

Worst ( Cashier ) this older lady that wears glasses blamed me for her system freezing on her ??? The card reader said insert card which I did and then she goes and says that it was my fault cause I insert the card to early system freezes calls manager over manager which is super nice fixes it old lady says next time I will put a sign that says wait until I tell you all rude about it and wondering if she was being racist about it too ... Cause I'm am Hispanic. like how is it my fault that your system freezes on you??? Never coming back here again

Found most of what I came for. Cashier was so friendly, helpful and smiling. Made me feel very welcome. Wish most of your merchandise wasn't made in China.

Staff members are slightly rude. The place is a "neat mess". You can't see half of the products they sell due to large boxes being in the way on every aisle. However this seems to be consistent with almost all Dollar Tree / Dollar General stores in my area. I've gotten to where I try to avoid it just because it's frustrating to have to dig around boxes to look for something and then when you do encounter an employee they're rude. But it's the price you pay to buy things cheap I suppose.

This store has definitely improved. When they first built this new store separate from the outlet center for the first few months it was definitely shawty at best but ever since Kristie coffee has more less taken over that stores improved tenfold

I went at 5 45pm to this location brevard rd i drove 30 minutes because it said it closed at 9pm but whe i got there, there was 2 ladys smoking and to every customer that pull in. They would say they were close there was 3 more that pull when i did.

Unbelievable- I was there just after 10am, did my shopping, then discovered there were only two registers open with at least 7 people in each line. This is an ongoing issue- The store isn’t staffed for their influx of customers. Especially on a Saturday there needs to be more hands on deck. If you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes in like to make your purchase then by all means this is your store- otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Very busy store. Overloaded with customers so no buggys, baskets, cashiers or stocking people. I wasn't able to find everything I wanted but after digging through an unpacked box I found one thing on my list.I generally love this store but managers could provide a better shopping experience by hiring extra people before and during the holiday shopping season.

I am ONLY giving this dollar tree 5 stars because of ONE employee who works there, Don. If you’ve been in this dollar tree then at some point you have come in to contact with Don whether he is ringing you up at the register or restocking shelves. Don always has the best attitude, always super friendly, always so calm under pressure, and goes out of his way to make you feel like the first customer of the day. I choose this store because of this one employee.

The shelves were quite bare but I was able to find some interesting items that I haven't seen in other stores. The store itself was neat and orderly, so that was a plus.

Glad to see the hours were finally updated. It said they open at 8 last time I checked. So I went at 8:15 today and they were closed. Huge bummer that they are moving. I don't want them to. The town needs an affordable store within that area.

Never seen this particular location look this nasty, like they haven't vacuumed in 6 months. Most of the shelves were bare or so unorganized I couldnt find anything. Christmas was two weeks ago, no excuse for the horrible state of this store.

WOW THE GUY THAT WAS WORKING TONIGHT WAS VERY VERY RUDE ... I had got some flowers to plant well I didn’t realize that I had got that many packs I said Oh Gah I’m sorry I didn’t know I grabbed that many I said ok well I don’t and the worker said OH MY GAH ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME ITS 7 MINS PAST TIME TO CLOSE I SAID EXCUSE ME I SAID YOU KNOW WHAT NEVER MIND AND HE SAID GOOD THANK GOD ... Not very organized. Lots of empty shelves and cluttered with boxes all in the walk way full of what belongs on the empty shelves. And this is every time i go there. I only go there when I have to cause I don't have the gas to go anywhere else! Not impressed at all. I wouldn't even consider it decent!

It is a standard Dollar Tree with the usual Dollar Tree wares but the aials were partially blocked with stocking carts and boxes from employees leaving them behind making the relatively busy store difficult to properly socially distance other shoppers in.

Poor customer service. Not only could you not find help...the store was a mess...and the cashier was making fun of my daughter to a customer!! Disappointed in such poor service.
