Excellent selections and love the staff! They are so friendly. I sometimes buy just a few things; but when it's time to restock the freezer and pantry - this is my go to place. LOVE LOVE LOVE all the selections and the prices are great!!! Anyone on a budget or trying to save $$$ really need to check them out❤

This store is probably really rated 1 star, but I guess somehow they are able to delete negative reviews. I know this because I have posted a review like 6 times now and it's up for a few days and then it's gone again. Anyways, if you shop here.. I don't know how you are still alive. The stentch from outside alone.. the very disturbing road kill being burned in a trash pile should be enough of a warning, but if not EVERYTHING not one single item in date and I mean not out of date by days BUT YEARS should tell you NOT TO CONSUME FOOD FROM HERE! So if you shop here.. I'm sorry, but thank God your still alive!

Our favorite grocery store in town. Last visit we got great deals on salmon and ribeye and my mom found three gallon jugs of chili garlic sauce and a bunch of organic vanilla extract that she said was cheaper than imitation vanilla at sams and I’ve literally never seen her happier. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I can honestly say I’ve had the best experience at Dickies. They sell amazing food, at great prices and their customer service is unparalleled. Their business model should be quantified because they are greatly helping to reduce food waste, and also bring healthy options to people on a budget. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this place so much . Been feeding my family from here for years. I have almost never had to throw anything away from this place due to its expiration. All these people complaining should just walk out the door and go back to Whole Foods and shut their snobby faces. I’m so glad there is a place like this where I can buy food in bulk that is so affordable.

I am truly happy I found this store. It has really changed the game for my family since times have been hard.. It’s very organized and easy to find things you need. Management and Staff are friendly and that means a lot. I would recommend this store to anyone.. My family and friends visit weekly.. Great sore

I have never been here before and i have to say its clean very well priced affordable will definitely be doing more shopping friendly people and helpful if you haven't been here go check if it definitely worth it. I usually use my google but i had my husbands but lots of other things besides food as well really love this place. Always looking to save. Thanks

Mixed bag. Almost everything is well-past the "sell by" date but if you're willing to spend time looking through a lot of poor-to-mediocre foodstuffs, there are definite bargains & treats to be had.I'd avoid the "fresh" produce, but they usually have some interesting (often bulk) cheeses. Also good for restaurant-size condiments & canned goods.

Maybe I went to a different store than others but if this is the one by the Thai rest in Weaverville I seriously don't see how the health department allows it. Smelled HORRIBLE, dirty and over stuffed, everything I saw from dark brown ketchup with broken tops and all the canned goods/sauces were WAY beyond sell by date. Maybe its not a health hazard somehow and serves a purpose but just not gonna be for everyone I think.

Some good deals, but the staff was rude and not wearing a mask as mandated by the state right now. Zero safety precautions in place. Getting sick is not worth saving a couple bucks. I'll go down the road to the other discount store where they have friendly people and care about safety.

Nothing was fresh everything I looked at was expired or past its prime. At one point I was looking at bacon and all of them said use by 2015. And it wasn't just meats remember going down one aisle and seeing buffalo wings sauce that was so old it had completely separated. I don't see how this place is legally open the only plus was that everyone that worked there was nice.

Love this place. I'm almost scared to review it because I don't want anyone else to find out about this gem! Great staff, good selection of high quality foods at crazy low prices. Dickies is far superior than Hopey's on price and selection IMHO.

90% of what I bought from here was unusable. Bought my husband some coffee shooters and they were absolutely rotten. Other stuff i bought i didn't see until I got home that the bag of certain items I got were tore open. People here need to realize that food items or drink items do have a shelf life. If I choose to go back I'll definitely be more attentive to dates. I think dickies needs to be more attentive to what they are trying to sell people as well. A little past expiration isnt bad but alot of the items I got were many many years past date. Things dont last forever.

Lots of gluten free and organic foods offered. You have to watch the expiration dates, some items out doesnt really matter but with others(like chips)it does. Yippy never know what's going to be in there...it's a fun scavenger hunt and I always score something great. Plus...the employees are friendly and downto earth..you can't beat that!

All food is expired or close to it, but most is still useable. Prices on many items are really good, while others such as canned vegetables can be found at Walmart for the Walmart brand. If you do buy something that is bad, they will refund with receipts

Prices are good but selection is spotty at best. And to be honest customer service sucks. I am a smoker and i wouldn't make a customer wati to be rung up while i finished my smoke then smugly told "We dont accept american express"

Good resource for dented cans, over-run food items, esp.non-refridged items. They also have some restaurant size canned veggies, sauces & side items. The extreme low prices make the disheveled shelves worth sorting thru to get real bargains.

The Dickies in Woodfin recently closed for cleaning and restocking. The result is a marked improvement. Dickies can save anyone money. It can also provide a source of less expensive food for the less fortunate. Thank you Dickies.
