This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with, and I've worked with many across multiple different states. First, they couldn't find me in their system despite me getting phone calls from them saying that my prescriptions were ready. They found them eventually, though, so I figured no harm, no foul. But the most recent, unforgivable mistake is that my doctor called my prescriptions in a week ago, but CVS decided, for no reason they could give me, to simply not fill the prescriptions. So when I went there to pick them up after I had no more left, they didn't have them ready. Normally after something like that I'd just quietly change pharmacies without leaving a review, but I also just happened to change my health insurance to United, which they don't accept. Then they told me my Good Rx card wouldn't bring my prescription down in cost, so it would be over $200 to fill. I can't pay that much at a drop of a hat. Thats why I have insurance. I get the pharmacists and techs can't control that stuff. I'm not mad they don't take my insurance. I'm mad that they didn't fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, because if they had I would've been able to change pharmacies without a pause in my medication. But now I'm just going to have to go without, which is the worst case scenario. Also, the wait times are consistently long and it took about 30 minutes for them to tell me that my prescriptions weren't ready, they don't accept my insurance, and the cost of the medication.

Do not use this Pharmacy if you want your prescriptions ready in a timely fashion. Also be ready for a long lines at the pharmacy because they are always so short-staffed. Make sure you allow for 2 days for your prescriptions to be filled after you call it in.

This pharmacy went above and beyond to assist me in my problem. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that needs great customer service. The pharmacy staff was excellent!

Love this place as always. The pharmacy works their butts off but they are never rude or dismissive, which is impressive considering the number of jerks I know they have to deal with daily. I worked at a doctors office with a pharmacy inside & people blame the pharmacy staff for everything. Ins, med cost, when there meds are due, etc. CVS you guys are making $$$ so make sure you treat your staff right. The store is lovely as well.

Abigail and Dakota were extremely helpful. They helped to fix a problem with my prescription and filled it right away even though there was a long line. Fantastic customer service!

CVS Merrimon is the best pharmacy hands down. I have been to pharmacies all over the eastern seaboard to support my daughter's health. This particular pharmacy is staffed by the most caring and competent people in the business. If there were 6 stars, I would give them 6, they have helped us over the years with all sorts of insurance irregularities. If they can help, they will. Good work!!
