I've been going to Patton Ave Pet for over since it opened and I love the downtown location and as Asheville grew I would still tackle the tourist and traffic to go to the downtown location.I was so pleased when they opened Bath and Bones so close to my house and I'm happy they stock the same items I usually buy at the other locations.I take my Princess there every Sunday for her bath. The staff is great and because the store is specifically for Dogs the staff has gotten to know us and know what products we like.I absolutely love the concept and as a local I appreciate the ease of getting in for our baths.

My poor dog might not have been a fan of the bath but me and my wife were. Wonderful place with all the things you need to get your dog nice and clean. Will go again!

Staying in Black Mountain for 10 days and our buddy needed a bath! No where here in town on google though. So I made a few phone calls to groomers who recommended this place. Took our fur baby in to Bath and Bones. Such a friendly and sweet employee! Sorry I didn’t catch her name but she explained everything about the tub to us and was so kind to our doggie giving him treats and sweet talking to him. The entire place was clean and well organized too.We ended up purchasing a brush and a pack of poop bags too. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Patton Ave Pet south for dog baths since they opened. I love them! Today I went to the Merrimon location and it was such a disappointment. I was only given a small towel and a large towel for my 70lb dog. The shampoo and conditioner were so watered down I couldn’t lather my dog. I wasn’t given a hoodie for my dog and there weren’t any in the container. And the water temp fluctuated when the bath next to us turned their water on and off.

Wonderful place to buy food treats and toys, but also a fantastic place to give your dog a bath! They provide everything you need including towels, shampoo and conditioner, tub and shower wand, even treats to keep your pup cooperating. The staff is super nice. We highly recommend this location!

This do it yourself dog wash is a great idea! It saves my back from bending over the tub at home and all the hassle of cleaning up the bathroom after bathing my husky. Totally worth the drive from Canton, we will be back!

Love this place! My dog is too anxious to go to a groomer. Giving her a bath here is a delight. The staff are helpful. They provide everything, towels, shampoo, and even treats.

This place is fantastic. I’ll be honest when I first saw the sign I didn’t really know what to expect beyond a typical pet food store but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Amazing staff, very attentive and helpful. Great selection of dog food. Teresa was particularly helpful and made sure I knew what I was doing because I sure didn’t. The bathtubs were clean and tidy. First time for me going to a self wash dog wash… but it won’t be the last.

Went on a Tuesday, nobody else was in store but employee acted very annoyed I had arrived.Rolled eyes when asked how to use dryer, and told me I should shop at another store because they do not have much knowledge of the raw food they sell.Disappointed and different than the Patton Avenue Pet I’m used to.

Did a walk in bath today for my sweet Leo after playing at the dog park this morning. I’ve been getting sponsored Instagram content from Bath and Bones for a couple of weeks now and decided to check them out. They had all the complimentary supplies a person could need to take care of their dog there (multiple kinds of shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, and happy hoodies). The main appeal of this was the dryers that I could use. Very clean and well managed space and look forward to taking my dog there more in the future.
