They completely revamped everything!! I am so happy! I was not expecting this big of an upgrade. They have checkout lanes, self checkout, and customer service... An entire frozen section/produce, and they have gotten in so much more product than what they were selling before. I was very surprised with all of this. I will miss speaking with the owners in their little shop but I'm sure they are able to relax a bit more now and spend time with their families. And prices are still great!!!!!

Wide selection of Asian products that live up to its name. Being from ATL, was a little shocked at the prices, but other reviewers think these are good prices. Who knew? Not me.I six pack of Buddha Beer is $55..Anyhow, of you're healthy minded, be sure to read the ingredients. Lots of this genre of products contain MSG, tons of sweeteners, and various other chemicals. I thought the Ninja Turtles dealt with MSG in the 1980s?!

This is now a grocery store. The produce section is incredible they have things you won’t find anywhere else and it’s so clean! Incredible selection so happy to shop here.

OMG so fun. 😍 Even if you don't buy anything fun just to walk around and take in a different culture. Will definitely be back and buy something different each time just to try. Reasonably priced.

This place is awesome! I haven’t been in an asian grocery store comparable to the ones I used to have living in Brooklyn since moving back home. Staff is super nice too!

Very disappointed this visit. We have eaten here back in 2018 and it was always good and one of our favorite places to eat while in Asheville. Today, we came for the dinner buffet and arrived at 7:50pm. We purchased 2 adult buffets and they were $15.95 each plus 2 drinks of $2.50 each. The buffet was nearly empty of food and what was remaining tasted old. We waited 20 minutes to check the food again and nothing was added to the buffet. So we paid $39.48 for our meal for 2 and had to try and make a meal off what we could. Very disappointed! I would recommend checking the buffet before sitting down and ordering.

Nice, relatively large, and very clean and tidy grocery store! It's pretty big for an Asheville Asian grocery, and the seafood looked particularly clean and fresh!

So excited that this place has reopened as an asian market. It has a large variety of products, love that they have a fresh fish market and fresh produce. This is quickly becoming my one stop shop.

We usually drive to Charlotte, to shop at our favorite Japanese market. This was a nice find, as they do offer many Japanese items, and have a nice selection of fresh veggies, and fish. So less trips to Charlotte.

Though I don't normally prepare Asian food from scratch - delivery is easier - this may change now that the Asian Market is open. This place is amazing....a grocery store that has everything I might need to whip up a great Chinese/Japanese/ Thai/ Korean and any other similar meal. Noodles galore, fresh fruits & vegetables plus a wonderful variety of fresh fish and shellfish. The employees are helpful, and there is plenty of parking. Wow....all I might need!

Don't get the shrimp with chicken and black beans. Would have been nice to have discovered the cockroach before I ate. Very rude cashier still wanted me to pay. Finally a manager came over and agreed to comp the meal. Disgusting.

Now officially my favorite store to get those niche things that are normally unobtainable. Snack selection is amazing, and I can't get enough. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Wish they had some exotic kit kat flavors, but their selection more than makes up for that. Can't recommend this place enough.

Large selection of Oriental products. Many noodles, vinegars (no brown rice vinegar), fresh fish. If you cook Chinese food, you should check this out. It's where the Chinese buffet used to be.

Asiana Market is much larger than the other Asian groceries in the area and has a significantly larger selection. The produce is surprisingly good and the fish at the fish counter looks extremely fresh. The store is very clean and the people there are friendly.

Lots of variety, good prices, and helpful staff. 1/2 my life I've lived in big cities so diversity of ethnic cuisine has been at my fingertips. Now, there's nothing. Unless I drive 45 min. So, I needed to start my Asian pantry. Well, it's bangin' and I'm already making some food. Albeit, okay food lol. At least I have a place to stock up because I have a lot of practicing to do.

I went early in so the variety of products wasn't great but it was a start. It has a lot of promise. When you first enter, make sure to grab a chilled dessert from the right hand display.

This store was busy! Hooray! So great to have a full-size store with Asian fare. Even seafood with live lobster and live Dungeness crab. Also a terrific frozen food section.

Moved out of Asheville 5 yrs. ago & didn't realize the buffet had been renovated into a grocery store! In Asheville for a doctor's visit & came by for takeout! Employees still very friendly! Bought an ASIANA serving platter as a souvenir. Sad it's not a restaurant anymore😔💖

I made the mistake of going in right after the grand opening. There were too many people. Otherwise a great selection of foods . They do need to expand on their candy selection. For the area it is an excellent grocery store.

My last review was five years ago when it was a decent place,it has really gone down hill since then.Nothing is cooked fresh on the grill any longer and the food on the buffet is not worth the $16.00 dollars (with drink)that they charge,(half of it was cold by the way)The person waiting on us tried to hurry us along by taking our plates without asking if we were even done with them and when paying we noticed the HEALTH DEPARTMENT SCORE of 90.5,that is not good.Take your money and go somewhere else, you have been warned. The photos are for five years ago when it was good,Maybe the owners can look at them and remember what a decent restaurant looks like.

If you feel like stuffing yourself with sushi this is a good place. It's definitely a quantity over quality type thing. They have a good variety for the price, it's not the best sushi, but it's good enough if you're feeling down and want to drown your sorrows. Nigiri are in dinner buffet only, that starts at 3:30.They also have a hot bar, noodle soup station, and one of those Mongolian grill things. I just come here to eat soup and stuff myself on sushi.

I was sad to see the buffet go, but having such a well stocked Asian market in the area is great. I can't wait for the hot bar.
