It's getting better with the renovations but a full staff flip would help. Instead of having employees standing around on their phones or stocking in the middle of the aisles in the way of customers, maybe hire people that value there job and are good with people.

This Walmart is usually stocked pretty well. But trying to get someone, from any department, is close to impossible. I tried for hours. The automotive department actually picked up, then hung up without saying a word. I actually would rather backtrack and go to the smaller one in Biscoe.

Self check out is terrible here. Every time you need a substitution and you call before picking up your order. They tell you that they'll go ahead and change it out for you before they give you your stuff and then when you call to pick it up, they change their mind and then they won't substitute anything for you. They won't make things easier for you either. So you have to go back in the store to change your order. And it's not efficient and it's not reliable.

Unprofessional came to swap an air mattress out with receipt it was opened u get 90days I had it less than 30 days it had a slow leak the pregnant girl game me an attitude when I asked for a manager going forward smh terrible will never be back to make matters worst it was guys in there stealing taking tvs while they aurgung with me about a receipt they say isn’t valid cuz it own my phone terrible place go to G3’s Walmart you and NICK GORDON TERRIBLE MANAGER

My husband and I went to Walmart this morning to pick up a few things and I went to grab a coffee out of the drink coolers they have at check out. The stupid woman who was “working” the self checkout decided she couldn’t wait 2 second for me to grab my drink so she literally almost smashed my fingers so she could put a drink back. My hand was on the door to the cooler before she even walked up to it. Do not use this Walmart if you don’t have to

I pay for Walmart Plus. $12.00 a month. To be able to scan and go. The first time I used it, I was questioned to see the digital receipt. No worries, please feel free to check. This time, the store was closing and I went to the register to scan my items, I received a message on the screen that an associate was on their way? A little confused, I stood there and waited, and the same gentleman came up to me in the middle of my transaction that was well over $85 at this point and asked to scan the cupcakes! I gave the same response, “please feel free and help yourself.” I scanned, bagged, and accepted payment. If walmart is not going to trust customers to pay for $3.00 cupcakes with a $130 bill total, please hire people to do the job that I’m generously doing for them! Once I understand. Twice, over cupcakes, no I don’t! Do I need to cancel my subscription and stand in line every time? Oh I don’t have that option when there are not any lanes open. Please get the employee under control and off his power trip. Not everyone has bad intentions.

Don't go here unless you wanna be held up and harassed for absolutely no reason. I had 2 bags in my cart and a bag of kitty litter and when i handed the person the receipt (who by the way was too busy talking to even notice me I had to get his attention) he then looks at me as if I was a criminal and inspects the receipt for over a minute (never had to wait this long at any walmart ever even with a full cart). I bought 6 things and they are all easily visible. Stop holding people up and do your job.

The most recent layout of the store has made my trips to Wal-Mart a whole lot faster and enjoyable. Everything is neatly placed which makes items easier to find. The store employees are always very helpful and there are many all around the store. Lastly Wal-Mart always offers the freshest veggies, latest tech and unbeatable price. Always happy to return!

Order was complete.took over an hour from check in until my car was loaded up.and that's after contacting the store manager.3 tubs and one box of Ice cream were melted, boxed items crushed on at least one side (pop tarts, oatmeal, snack cakes).Milk was not as cold as I expected coming out right of the store.I will connect with manager again to attempt to resolve issue.

One can't get around the fact that Walmart is a useful store. I can't say that shopping here is enjoyable, but they almost always have staple goods of decent quality. I'm glad that we have a store here in Asheboro.

Placed a pick up order at this location only because my Walmart didn’t have any other scheduled pickup time for that day , drove 25 mins there the sit for 30 mins to pick up and drove 25 mins back to only come home to unload and don’t even have half your grocery order !!!

This store is huge, and with many departments, full of an extensive variety of goods. However, it's sometimes difficult to find items, because the location of inventory is often being shifted around. Also, looking for and receiving employee assistance seems to take more time than it's worth, since the place is typically woefully understaffed. I've wandered the location, aimlessly, many times, looking for products that have been inexplicably moved since my last visit. Also, the one time their self-serve machine "ate" my $20 bill, and jammed, I not only waited a very long time for assistance - but, when an employee finally opened the machine up, and I saw my $20 inside, shredded up - immediately snapping a photo of the damage with my phone camera - she became obnoxious towards me, demanding that I "erase" any pictures I took. The employee claimed a need to protect Wal-Mart's "security," which I laughed about, while explaining to her that it was my money that was torn apart inside her company's faulty self-serve machine, noting that I have a right to "protect my security," too. Unmoved, she continued insisting I delete my photo, as per company policy, like some sort of a mindless automaton, reading from a script. Incidentally, the employee did this while technically holding my money hostage, so I feigned capitulation, confirming that I had, in fact, now deleted my photo, knowing that I'd simply retrieve it from my recycle bin, for evidence, if she didn't rectify the situation, immediately. After she removed my torn up $20 bill from the serve-serve machine, she filled out some short form, then brought me a new $20. The entire process took at least twenty minutes.

Don’t go here if you can help it employees are so rude and do not want to help anyone. Nothing is organized just a trashy store that is out of everything go about once every 4 months just to see if it gets better it never does.

Alot of items out of stock, no Cashiers present, had to use self checkout for a large purchase of groceries. They make you checkout your items and offer no assistance while watching you like you're committing theft. I have never liked this store and I don't recommend it. A customer shouldn't have to do the employees job when they're all standing around talking and watching you like you're stealing items.

I went to get some groceries with my boyfriend after a Long day of work and I had a group of teenagers follow us around and call him and I the N word! I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected and one of the cashiers was friends with that whole group and we told him to get his friends in order! I will Never return after that experience!

Expensive they have raised their prices so high that I don't want to grocery shop there anymore you can't afford to buy the food there the only thing you might be able to afford is bologna. Walmart is starting to become a rich person grocery shopping store not for a low or blue collar person just look at the prices. That's for hamburger and brisket what do ya think about those prices?

Hopefully someone will listen my husband had my car at walmart auto center to look at my tire because it kept having a leak, well we noticed that couple days later my door wasnt closing right and right under the edge of the driver side door its bent up no scratches no where just looks like car was let down from whatever on top of something, he said that he even had to tell tech that the air hose tire was wrapped around my tire when he went to pull car out since they said they couldnt repair it. So he takes it back for the damage to door one guy looks and says yea looks like it was let down on something, well he tells him go back to see manager next day he did, they file claim and now suddenly they dont see my car in the bay on that day?? of but they said they see it in the parking lot? ok he sat in the waiting room, they pulled it in the bay to look at tire, but that portion you dont see??? I will be taking this further because the first guy that my husband talked to told him they have cameras in bay area which shows both sides so where is the video????

So the auto care center is not properly staffed. They dont open til 9am. Need to change the hours so people don't waste their time getting up to be there at 7am. Also don't let non certified technicians work on cars then it won't cause you issues with your customers later.

Prices are up thanks to Obama/Biden-inflation. Paying 50% more. Some of the more cost effective products are out. Hardly any workers. Have to self-check out. A shaking is coming and is here now. Better get your eyes fixed on Jesus!
