Dr. Jordan and his assistant Anna are the best around! Very knowledgeable and caring. My Sandy girl is 13 years old she had to have a geriatric lateral repair on her left knee. Dr. Jordan called me himself to give me an update on Sandy. When I arrived she was up walking and wagging her tell. Dr. Jordans prices are very reasonable!!! Last year my husband and I had to put down one of our dogs that we inherited named Jack…Dr. Jordan and his team made it so easy for Jack to pass and also gave him Hershey kisses before he went to sleep. Sherri is so kind at the front desk and helpful at Fairview animal clinic.Thank you Dr. Jordan and Anna for all you do for our fur babies!! If you want people who truly care about animals and do what is in their best interest then take your fur babies to Dr. Jordan and his team!! He also owns Fairview animal clinic and Montgomery animal clinic.

Definitely not happy with this establishment!¡ they were going to charge us 1,200 dollars to remove a skin growth on our little dog. I have never seen such dishonesty in my life. I said I am taking him to my vet in Florida.....260$ people!!!!! These people are a chain corporation. One that takes advantage of loving pet owners. Smh....never will our dog go back. Ridiculous is what these people are!!!! Dishonest and takes advantage of people!!!

I like Dr. Jordan very much, I always found him caring, likeable and professional and his fees reasonable. And I went to this clinic when another vet operated it before Dr. Jordan and I was appreciative of that vet. Again, the fees was affordable and reasonable. But after COVID, this clinic went from being affordable to doubling their fees. Why!!? I had the teeth cleaned on my dog at this clinic before COVID and it cost me about 200 dollars, the last time after COVID when my dog's teeth was cleaned it was 600 dollars. What happened?

I took my 14 year old yorky there and they did test saying her kidneys and everything was fine to do a teeth cleaning. I was told by Dr Jordan that it would cost around 250 ish plus meds. Okay cool. I got there and it was like 600 and they said it was because they had to pull out a couple teeth. 200 a piece! What??? I get there and thier is blood all over her face and she is freaking out in pain. Two months later I had to put her down due to kidney failure! They lied about her being okay through surgery because she was in the final stage of the kidney failure when i went and had her put down at another vet! If they had done test before her cleaning then they would have known about it but they did not do thier job properly and didnt even care! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! DO NOT DO NOT!!!

According to my son, Seagrove Animal Hospital is the best within a 100-mile radius. That's including how much they care as well as how much they charge, etc. After the experience with my last vet, who I've changed to for the last few years due to my disability and the distance to Seagrove. But after I took my 15 year old T-Cup Chihuahua to my NOW old vet for throwing up BLOOD n charged me over $600 for NOTHING n gave me absolutely no diagnosis, just some damn nausea meds, I completely agree! I'm gonna start back driving from Trinity to Seagrove with no problem!!

Have been forgotten in waiting area and the last straw was when my Dog passed away there getting treatment and we wanted her cremated, yet each time I called week after week, they had no answer for me as to when everything would be finished. Nobody seemed to know anything until I called the cremation place and they said our dog hasn't been there. I called back and a Tech said our dog was still there! How hurtful and sad! After almost a year of ups and downs, I was asked to get my dogs ashes. I don't even know if it's my dog with how long it took them and getting a run around. As if losing a pet isn't hard enough!

I brought my cat in and saw Dr. Peace, he was so amazing. He knew about her breed and had a great understanding of her condition! He was very caring and knowledgeable and helped my sweet girl.

This was our first time taking our friend to the vet. The staff there are great, very helpful. The vet is a super nice guy, he was very patient with us, our friend liked him too. We now have a really nice place to take our friend.

I've been going there for years February 2023 I noticed things was changing.. and boy I seen how much it's changed today.. mislead giving misinformation and was very unprofessional, seen how much they don't care about pets as they do money.. wow just wow ..They are very (Unattached , insensitive) I was told one thing got there and was told another .instead of being pulled to the side to have a conversation my business was publicly shared.. and I guess I should have let them treat me any kind of way ..All my pets goes there ..To be so insensitive to the care of my four legged children.I would be scared to even take my fur babies back.. knowing how not only myself but my fur baby was just dismissed.. because they give me misinformation

SO today we get a card in the mail special reminder for Desiree OUR RECORDS INDICATE SERVICES ARE DUE FOR 3 YEARS OVERDUE 3/17/2024 RABIES AND ANNUEL PHYSICAL EXAM!!!! FUNNY HOW THEY COULDN'T FIND HER RECORDS AND SHE HAD TO BE PUT Down.TODAY IS 4/22/24 SHE'S BEEN DEAD 2 YEARS. NEVER TAKE YOUR PET THERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE

This is the ONLY VET my animals will ever go to! They answered every single question we had. We had some concerns with our puppy and Dr. Jordan told my wife and I that he would find some info out and that he would call us later that afternoon with what he found out.I was thinking that he would have 1 of his staff call us back with the info...NOPE!! DR. JORDAN himself called me that afternoon and explained everything he found out! WOW!!! I was totally surprised and I even told him that by him actually calling me back instead of pawning it off to someone else is the best service I've ever got from a vet and is what sealed it for us to Use Seagrove Animal Hospital and nobody else! Dr Jordan and his staff are awesome with animals and Laura at the front is super sweet! They actually get to know their patients by name and the patients humans name as well :)If you are looking for a Great vet or wanting to change vets, go see Dr Jordan and you won't look at any other Vet!!Mia says thank you tooDr Jordan! woof woof!!🐶

Dr.Jordan and his staff are absolutely WONDERFUL PEOPLE.Yesterday morning we took our 12 year old "Sadie Sue" in for an assessment. The Dr. Confirmed that she had cancer from her Colon, to her Lympnoids and Chest. That she couldn't be saved. So we had to make the devastating decision to have her "put to sleep".😭I want to THANK the Dr and staff for being so respectful, caring, and love shown to our beloved furr baby. They truly care for their patients! Thank you again for your compassion. ❤

My cats had a terrible gash on its upper back leg/hip and the vet I use to go to couldn't fit her in. Called S.A.H and they told me to bring her right away. They took her back, done blood work, stitched her up and gave her rabies vaccine and sent her home with pain meds. Excellent service by great people. I would and have recommended them to several friends and family!!

This veterinary hospital is OUTSTANDING! They treated our “Sweet Pea” and her puppy that they named “Butterbean” so well. They pampered the sick mom by giving her a fresh towel to go home with, a nice nail trim and some flea meds. They did this out of tue goodness of their hearts. They treated her like she was a person. She is precious to us and it meant so much that they treated her well. The vet was very personable and obviously cared a great deal about her. All the office staff and assistants were so kind and made sure I understood what was going on. They called me twice during the day to give me updates. We won’t go to any other vet office in the future. You have spoiled us! Thank you to all of you. ♥️

Dr. Jordan and his staff are amazing! They have always been friendly, attentive and compassionate. They put me at ease when I had to have my dog put down 3 years ago. I now take my new puppy to them. The act of putting down a cherished family dog should be a peaceful experience where we’re respected and comforted; instead we felt the complete opposite. There was chaos throughout the office, the lab techs were carrying on personal conversations over our dying dog’s body, and the vet didn’t even let us know when the solution was being administered - we only found out when they started listening for a heartbeat. What should have been a peaceful goodbye turned into an even harder and painful one.

Best veterinarian clinic! I drive almost an hour to take my dog here bc the care my dog gets here is unlike any other clinic I have ever been to. My fur baby has frequented this clinic since 2019 and I could not ask for a better experience or care for my pup. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, Dr. Jordan takes his time examine my dog, explains everything thoroughly and you can tell that he and his staff have genuine care and compassion for their clients. Every time my fur baby has gone here the staff and doctors have ALWAYS gone above and beyond, and never fail to exceed my expectations! Highly recommend this clinic.

We used this office once in the last few months for our bull mastiff who had a bad rash (we transferred the records over for both our dogs at this point) and were very happy with the service. Then last week we had to say goodbye to our beloved Beagle who had been with us since 2009. From the office staff when we got there, to the technicians in the room and then finally the doctor we were met with such love and compassion it helped us through this hard time. I will never consider going anywhere else considering this is how they treated a family that was somewhat new to the area and a dog that had not even been in to see the doctor prior to this. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional care for their animals.

Today we had to make gut wrenching decision to have our oldest dog put to sleep. The staff was so kind, respectful and caring. True caring can be felt and seen, let me tell you we felt it. They tried to reassure us of every step. They also gave us a paw print and some hair. The staff truly love animals and their human parents.

My mother's poor dog "Buddy" had cancer and they took care of his treatment. Unfortunately Buddy's cancer was incurable. They helped us treat his symptoms until it came to quality of life. They were with us every step of the way. We love them ❤️ and are thankful for everything they did.

How do you lose the records of two different dogs under two different owners? Did no one backup the data before the “software update” and compare record counts after it completed? The actual care by the vet was excellent but the front of house is a disappointment. Having to bring dogs back in for testing just for a refill when they were current on their vaccinations is not an easy task with four dogs.

We took our girl, Izze Pop, to see Dr Jordan for TPLO surgery. We live in Raleigh, so it was a bit of a hike (and, had to arrive by 8 AM), but it was worth it. Dr Jordan is one of the best at what he does. All of the people there were very pleasant even though Izze was extremely "vocal" during her entire visit. We are happy with our decision to take Izze to Sea Grove Animal Hospital.

Everyone is nice from the time you walk in the door. Doctor, listen to your concerns and answer all questions and concerns. Nurses are nice and great with the animals too.
