I have used this store for many years and only have good things to say about the staff and products. I have been to other health food stores in Winston and Greensboro and this store is hands down the best. The staff is actually knowledgeable and can help you in so many ways. My little girl was having tummy issues when she was a baby and they gave me a recipe for her to drink and it helped so much. I send all my friends and when I worked in healthcare, I also recommended this store to my patients.

I have visited many health food stores. Hands down S&L Natural Foods is the best. Very knowledgeable staff. I appreciate them having a food and supplement section. They research for the finest quality products that are reasonably priced and obtainable for the average person. Also something else unique that I have discovered about their store is they do have some random brand products because they enhance quality and selection. I love that they carry quality name brand products in sections and carry all or most of that company's product line. We're blessed to have this gem right in the heart of Randolph County!

If you are looking for a family-owned, clean, organized, and customer friendly store for all of your supplement and natural remedy needs, then S&L should be your only place to go!I appreciated the knowledge and personal assistance I received from the owner, Chris, when I was looking for something specific. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable of all the products he shared with me. I will no longer waste my time at chain drugstores. S&L has a new customer for life!

This spot is a hidden treasure! There is an extensive collection of hard-to-find health food store items, including 100% pure elderberry syrup. And, they stock my very favorite brand of raw, unpasteurized honey. 🍯 They also bag their own brand of raw-food snacks. I love their "cacao goji energy bites." They are absolutely delicious, and make an amazingly healthy snack. The prices can be high, but there are lots of reasonably-priced speciality items that make it well-worth regular patronage, including plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free foods.

Only because I cant give the store 0 stars. I am a pretty frequent buyer here but today will be my last day shopping here. I brought my son in with me because I was looking for some pills. My son was beside me and was not messing with anything but 2 boxes and just pushing them back. A older guy came up to him and told him to stop touching them or leave them alone. I can say this because I worked retail. Im sorry but if you don’t want children in your store then maybe put up a “no children” sign. Children are gonna touch things. pretty pathetic if you ask me. Dont shop here if you plan to bring your kids. 🙄

I visited once a few years ago to buy some specialty flours for my sourdough making and wanted to support a local business rather than Amazon... the most positive thing I can say is they had the items I wanted at the time. After my first impression of presumably the owner I would rather give up bread than shop here again.

This is the spot to go when looking for your nutritional supplements, certain dietary needs groceries, and for a knowledgeable staff. The customer service is always great. And, if they don't have what you're looking for they will see if its possible. My wife and I were looking for natural food coloring for baking purposes and, even though they didn't have it, they ordered it for us. Who needs Amazon when you have a great local company who is willing to do these kinds of things for their customers?

This store has a lot of items I haven't seen in larger natural food stores, like the Eden's organic kimchi! I like seeing more locally made products and their selection of supplements and immunity boosters is great. They even have pet CBD treats!
