Made a phone call last week after I began searching for carpet cleaning services here in our area and found Jaimes. Spoke to Kevin who was easy to schedule an appointment with and today, Alex arrived to handle the job. He was in and out in under an hour, professional, courteous and excellent to work with. Would most definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Cost wasn’t bad either, half of the big name companies!

Always ask for a WRITTEN quote!! They will verbally give you a different amount owed when the service is rendered. Receptionist very very unprofessional and argued price that was originally quoted. Will never use their services again.

My carpets were VERY dirty. Light color carpets in an area with red mud isn't the best mix then add a toddler Taz mania & it's sure to get dirty. Jaimes carpet cleaning came and left my carpets looking like new! I wish I had taken some before pictures to show the comparison.

Very professional and the guys were real nice, too!!! They sprayed a solution on my carpets to lift the dirt up before cleaning that smelled awesome! They even got out some bad stains, too! They were running a bit late so their office called me in advance, so very professional!!! will use them again for sure!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I just want to take a minute and say how great of job they do on everything! (Cleaning Carpets, Water Extractions or Flood Damages, Low Moisture Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, and Flooring and Installation) I would highly recommend them to anyone that comes my way. Also I have known them for quite sometime now since I work for an apartment complex and they do our work for us here and they are such a wonderful family buisness and such great people to be around very kind and generous.

If I could give a negative I would!! too expensive for the job they do! only washed half my carpet and charged me like they had washed over it three times, not to mention there's stains still underneath my couches because they are not allowed to touch stuff without permission! Which is understandable but they didn't bother to tell me that when I talked to them before coming, I gave the guy a call to make him aware of it and he was really rude with an "oh well" attitude the whole time.. not recommended
